The study analyses the relationship among the organisational cultures specific to each field of speciality (human-social sciences versus exactnatural sciences), the satisfaction of researchers and the homogenisation of psychosocial behaviours with the mediation of the professional mobility variable; that is to say, the construction of organisational/disciplinary identities within the scientific system. Quantitative and qualitative techniques were used. Among the first, two questionnaires were used; among the latter, we used nonobstructive observation and interviews. This research concluded that Scientists' psychosocial responses and achievement levels vary according to their speciality areas, highlighting distinct disciplinary and organisational cultures within the scientific community. Dissatisfaction with team leadership is widespread across scientific disciplines, driven by factors such as effort, expectations, and societal influences, necessitating the development of transformative competencies, particularly leadership skills, to address these issues and promote well-being among scientists.

The research model included socio-cultural, psycho-social, organizational and structural factors. Our objectives were: a) to analyze the value that PhD graduates give to doctoral education within a context of diploma devaluation and the massification of higher education; b) to observe if doctoral programs still provide an academic and labor market "plus" under current market conditions; c) to observe the effects that field choice has on Professional Satisfaction; d) to observe what role expectations/aspirations have in relation to valuing the market; e) to understand how Status Inconsistencies act on experiences and responses (micro level); f) to identify differences in representations according to academic fields and macrosocial contexts. The original approach was macro-micro-meso-macro (Aparicio 2015 a and b)[1][2]. The methodology used was in part quantitative (statistical analysis), though mainly qualitative (interviews, hierarchical evocations). This last technique allowed us to observe which aspects for each node-University, PhD degree, labor market, future expectations, etc.-were given priority for each issue, thus constituting the core of the representation, and which were peripheral. Our findings show the value given to doctoral education (in and of itself) and as relates to market offers according to institutional/disciplinary fields (meso level); macro-social context, with its "plafond effects," and personal/professional expectations (micro level). The three levels feed each other.

It comprises two central issues: the issue of identity bound to the issue of professionalization within the domain of training and employment. Nowadays, professionalization of the individuals, inside a troubled occupational world, demands the implementation of mechanisms favoring the development of both the individuals and the institution in which they work. All this has an impact at the local, regional and even national levels. Three levels of analysis interplay from a sui generis perspective: macro-meso-micro-macro (Aparicio, 2005; 2007a; 2007b, 2013a, 2014, 2015 b, d-See the Three-Dimensional Spiral of Sense Theory). The aim was to be aware of the doctors' representations regarding the value of such degree under the present "degree devaluation", and its impact on the professional future as well as on the core issues of the labor market which need urgent measures with a view to a belter interaction between the two systems. The methodology used was quanti-qualitative (semi-structured questionnaires, interviews, and hierarchical evocations). The population consisted of doctors (2005-2012) from the National University of Cuyo, in Argentina. The results helped us understand the nucleus of such representations and the peripheral aspects by career and institution,

According of the interactionist or reproductivist paradigm, education is considered as the central tool of personal, professional and national development and mobility, to be blamed for the perpetuation of cultural and social differences. This issue has been dealt with by Dr. Aparicio in works covering more than three decades and three generations along the line in university individuals (graduates, drop-outs, teachers, doctors), inserted in different occupational areas. The general purpose was to analyze the factors (quantitative) or dimensions (qualitative) which make an impact on university and work achievement (in their interaction) from their sui generis systemic theory. We will also work on the comparative studies done with doctors from different contexts, which are related to the professional mobility "observed" regarding the widely spread idea of degrees devaluation and mobility stagnation under the plafond effects (saturation) and problems associated to work insertion and promotion according to the level of education reached. The results show: a) said occupational mobility is resent even in quite marked-out levels within contexts in which the plafond effects make a lesser impact.

In this paper, the focus is on what the author describes as a "psychosocial competency" in light of her theory, or Resilience. Like resilience, this theory, the Three Dimensional Spiral of Sense, involves three interacting and selfsustained levels: micro (individual), meso (organizational) and macro (national). We present two studies in which the impact of Resilience was observed: a) on academic achievement for delayed students, associated with institutions that do little to promote resilience and b) its importance in the shared representations of university students with respect to the competencies necessary for facing new challenges in the workplace. This group was taking part in a bilateral exchange program in France. COVID-19 suddenly placed them in an emergency situation, which demanded flexibility and the ability to adapt (stranded, without financial or health resources and lacking psychosocial support). Both research studies refer to the Quality of university education as regards Achievement, Professionalization, Identity and Employability. Both reveal deficiencies in the education system in terms of coping with crises. The methodologies, respectively, were quantitative (bivariate and multivariate level) and qualitative (techniques: interview and hierarchical evocation). The results of both studies show: a) the relevant role
