The impacts that may have on our lives in the future are examined. Most importantly, the advantages and disadvantages of digital transformation have been highlighted throughout the chapters. The overall perspective of this transformation and its impact on private and public sectors are presented. The increasing trend of Society 5.0 is explained by considering the technology-centred economic system. Since the concept of Industry 4.0 has joined the literature, the importance of government regulations has been a well-discussed topic in social and economic studies. The actions of the European Commission towards the European Digital Single Market are outlined in this study since they are crucial practices of the expected digital transformation. As a result of this systematic literature review, the impacts will become more apparent after the structural digital transformation is achieved on a global scale.

The aim of the SIM is to relate these databases. The SIM territorial measuring grid consists of 1236 measuring points with 21 elements content in Hungary. These points are representatives. Distribution of the points by soil types represents the variety of soil types of the country. The SIM is the essential basis of rational agri-environmental management and at the same time is an integrated unit of the environmental diagnosis of soils. Our aim is developing a statistical based information system from the data of the measured SIM points. We developed a method for estimating element content. To determine the concentration of the elements, need only the GPS coordinates of the place based on the number of nearest neighbouring points. This method does not calculate with spatial circumstances. The other possibility is using the kriging method (spatial interpolation) for estimating more precisely the element content. In this study these two methods are compared. After building our statistical based information system we can develop an Internet-based service that makes it possible to reach the objectives through arranging the results of analyses into a database. Based on available data, the developed Internet-based service makes it possible to estimate element content at a certain diagnostic point with some statistical errors; it can also be applied in analyzing effects of environmental pollution.

Based on the results of a survey, the authors' objectives are to propose an adequate solution system that uses open source solutions for the SME through the development of a prototype based on a DBE concept. Design/methodology/approach-On the resulting principal components, the authors applied the variance analysis and built two LISREL (a linear structural equation system involving multiple indicators of unmeasured variables) models. LISREL can handle a wide array of problems and models. Based on a survey, an open source prototype solution was developed based on DBE philosophy. Findings-The authors defined different clusters. An SME can then find within the clusters further methods that could be important for their business. The authors developed two LISREL models, aiming to examine the factors that impact the use of the community applications and how they impact them, as well as the factors that impact the increase of the on-line sales. Based on the survey, a prototype system was designed and created that can be used for the setup of digital business networks. Practical implications-The paper proposes an adequate solution system that uses open source solutions for the SMEs through the development of a prototype based on a DBE concept. Originality/value-Building DBEs helps to create and operate value chains that help enterprises to extend their markets. Through their help, the inquirers and buyers get to know the elements of the value chain, and can therefore make decisions much easier. The paper shows how to define e-attributes of SMEs and clusters to build and use a DBE system for them.

A systematic review was adopted in which academic papers, magazine articles as well as high rated websites with related fields were checked. This study's findings should contribute to the general understanding of AI's impact on the HRM recruitment process. It was impossible to track and cover all topics related to the subject. However, the research methodology seems reasonable and acceptable as it covers a good number of articles related to the core subject area. The results and findings were almost precise that using AI is advantageous in the area of recruitment as technology can serve best in this area. Moreover, time, effort, and boring daily tasks are transformed into computerized, making adequate space for humans to focus on more important subjects related to boosting performance and development. Acquiring automation and cognitive insights as well as cognitive engagement in the recruitment process would make it possible for systems to work similarly to the human brain in terms of data analysis and the ability to build an effective systematic engagement to process the data in an unbiased, efficient and fast way.

This rate is very low and has to increase in the next years, because the employed person needs ICT user's skills. At the first level the digital literacy and at the second level the higher knowledge of ICT acquiring is very important, because nowadays, without these abilities it is not so easy to get qualified jobs in Hungary. In the information society it is very important to measure the digital literacy. For this measuring we have to ask the users to evaluate their own knowledge. In the World Internet Project evaluation we did not find a significant disparity between the evaluation of average Internet knowledge usage and that of the computer usage. In both cases, most people thought that their knowledge was good. Approximately every tenth person surveyed characterized his or her knowledge as outstanding and in a similar proportion the users thought their knowledge is weak. Taking part in organized courses and training can help to increase the digital literacy and ICT users' skills. This taking part is decreasing parallel with increasing of age. That is why we need to take into account how we can connect these "older" people to the lifelong learning programmes, where we use the e-Learning tools. Nowadays, the importance of e-Learning is growing rapidly, partly due to the information and communication technologies in the information/knowledge-based society is developing. The goal is to enable the knowledge and skills to help the individual to become an active member of society, teamwork, motivation, and to possess the skills necessary for finding a place in the labour market.

This paper presents the position of the Human Resources recruitment and selection, an aspect of HR management, regarding incorporating AI solutions. The paper addresses the following questions: To what extent will humans use AI to hire humans? To what extent and how will AI affect recruiters’ jobs? What are organizations’ and HR managers’ roles in this transformation? To this end, a set of literature and proposed models as well as examples of most commonly used temporary artificial intelligence solutions for the acquisition of Human resources have been reviewed to analyze and understand the previous contribution. It has been concluded that AI provides promising solutions for recruiters to optimize talent acquisition by taking over time-consuming repetitive tasks such as sourcing and screening applicants, to improve the quality of the hiring process and neutralize human biases. Augmented intelligence will be used widely and increasingly to produce better and more effective results; as a result, routine administrative jobs will be replaced by smart AI technologies and will gradually disappear.

Unfortunately, poorly qualified colleagues are even found in sector today. The EU ensures that the knowledge, skills and creativity of the European workforce (including ICT practitioners) meet the highest standards, by using effective lifelong learning. ICT programs offer workers the full advantage of strategic and operational opportunities. More and better qualified ICT practitioners and e-skilled managers are needed to take advantage of them. That is why e-skills are a central aspect of European policies, which increase the competitiveness and productivity of the workforce. Education providers, government and industries have to collaborate to accomplish these goals. Important factors of the digital divide are networking, internet penetration and services, as well as e-skills on all levels. This research and developments focus on the discovery of the differences in the e-readiness and developing of education programs in agri-informatics to reduce the digital gaps in agriculture and rural areas. In the first part of the article, the usage of network services were evaluated on two regional levels. On the national level, it analyzed the EU member states, in order to compare their actual development level. On a micro-regional level, the SMEs of a typical rural settlement were evaluated, since within the functional analysis, the evaluation of rural regions has grown in importance and, with regard to territory and population, Hungary is mainly classified as a rural area. 106 enterprises were involved in this study and the data collected during the research were derived by Principal Component and Cluster analyses. Farms consider network services to be unnecessary because of the nature of their work, even though most of the factors included in the analysis were considered important or expressly important by service and commercial enterprises, regardless of the applications they use. The second part of the article presents those educational tools which could increase the e-readiness of SMEs and principally aid agricultural enterprises.

Of course, digital technologies rapidly implemented in the education system. We can call this term Education 4.0 due to the school of thought that encourages non-traditional thinking when it comes to imparting education. Education 4.0 essentially uses technology-based tools and resources to drive education in non-traditional ways. Instead, with Education 4.0, you can have remote students that sign into their classrooms using the internet through modes like massive online open courses or video chat or dialling in through voice calls, to learn materials that are more dynamic in nature with peers who might or might not be learning at the same pace as them. At the present moment corporate and university circles understand that 'Lifelong learning' has been not only a buzzword but vital objective for an opportunity to follow modern trends and stay competitive. An Unicon study reports that the number of corporate universities - which provide education in-house, on-demand, and, often, on the job - has exploded to more than 4,000 in the United States and more than twice that number worldwide. The first trend in the Education 4.0 is powerful trends reshaping the industry and fueling the emergence of the Personal Learning Cloud as a networked learning infrastructure. The second trend is the decline of standard classroom-based programs, such as those primarily offered by business schools and universities. The third trend is the rise of customizable learning environments, through platforms and applications that personalize content according to learners' roles and their organizations' needs. The dominant platforms now count millions of enrollees in individual courses and tens of millions of total users. These trends are linked and form a cohesive pattern. Our goal is to present these trends in Education 4.0 and the strategies, benefits and challenges of digital education.

Co... more After several years of decline, dairy herd and milk production have started to rise from 2011. Considering the first growth phase, in current article we analysed the enterprises operating in the dairy product manufacturing sector in the period of 2012-2016. Among the principal financial indicators, we have chosen RoA and RoE to determine the general financial situation of the enterprises and analyse the changes in the five-year period. Based on the literature review we made our analysis by dimensions of enterprise size categories. Income statement and balance sheet needed for calculating financial indicators of enterprises have been downloaded from EMIS. Enterprises involved in our analysis belonging to small, medium and large size category and mean representative sample as this sample covers 30% of the total population. Share of sample enterprises from key performance indicators is similar to the total population so we can consider our sample representative also in this respect. Total assets value of enterprises analysed increased in the five years under consideration, however, this growth is mainly due to the increase of assets of large enterprises. The share of large companies from the total assets rose by 7% during the five years (from 64% to 71%), while the share of small and medium sized enterprises fell. Considering small enterprises, the total value of the domestic sales revenue in 2016 declined by 30% below the level of 2012. In the first two years analysed, a significant recovery of export revenues was noted, the total value export sales revenues almost doubled from 2012 to 2014. Domestic sales revenues of medium sized enterprises in 2016 show only a small percentage difference compared to 2012, but the trend of export sales is similar to small companies. The increase of domestic and export sales revenue of large companies is slight but continuous. Indicators of RoA and RoE show dynamic increase for large companies during the five years. Medium sized enterprises also experienced growth, however, in the last the years considered there was a fall. RoA calculated for small enterprises became positive, but its value is volatile, while RoE clearly show a continuing decrease.

On account of opening of the pollution we can process the experimental data fast and exactly so we can get such a large number of new information. The environmental pollutant affect of the molybdenum was studied by elements load experiment in Nagyhörcsök Experimental Station. The relation was analyzed between the uptake of molybdenum and other micro-elements and its effect on plant organs (loaf, seed) using by different statistical methods. The aim of our investigations to search for answers on how to arable crops respond to a possible soil contamination. It is also important to determine the extent of mobilized elements from the soil into the plants, which type of effect on them, and how leach the harmful substances into deeper layers (groundwater). A computer programme based on Visual C# was developed to process of the large amount of data. The MySQL was applied to prepare the database, since we want to allow access to the newly developed database via internet technology. The data was filled up to the data tables mainly from the Excel tables. Data in internet-based databases must be properly protected. The program can provide access for two types of users at present: the database administrator who is authorised to do everything in connection with the database, and the user who is authorised to make queries only.
