In order to optimize source allocation and decision making about marketing mix in flower and plan... more In order to optimize source allocation and decision making about marketing mix in flower and plant (F&P) industry field and in order to reach to benefit goals, this research estimate the effects of five elements included product, price, place, promotion and Sale Labor Traits on F&P sale volume. On this base, the effect of each of these elements on F&P sale volume is hyphenised and essential information is been collected from flower sellers' population in city Tehran by a questionnaire. We used random sample method and content of sample members has computed about 130 stores. The one sample t test in order to confirm or reject those hypothesizes has been used. All of hypothesizes was supported with 95 percent confidence interval, Then we ranked amount of effect of each element with Friedman's test.

The purpose of this study is to evaluation and compare efficiency of Qom hospitals(Public & priva... more The purpose of this study is to evaluation and compare efficiency of Qom hospitals(Public & private hospitals). There are several tools for efficiency evaluation. The method used in this study was Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) in which rate of output is evaluated by input and effective and non-effective units are determined. The first step in DEA is to prepare a list of inputs and outputs.The inputs in this study were the number of physicians, the number of nurses, the number of medical staff, the number of official staff and the amount of annual cost. The outputs of this study contained clinical visits, emergency visits, and occupied cot-days. The survey was carried out in 8 hospitals , using two methods: CRS & VRS.(Constant retrun to scale & Variable retrun to scale). The analysis indicated that 3 hospitals were non-effective. To improve non-effective hospitals and converting them to effective ones,we can increase hospital service or decrease the annual cost (financial & human ). functions of health systems (including financing, provision, stewardship and resource generation) . Managers try to perform the best works to improve the affairs in the own managerial area. However, we can see that a manager is successful in performing his/her tasks and another manager has not been able to achieve his/her aims. One can not say that an unsuccessful manager is someone who has not attempted to promote his/her own working field but one can say that a unsuccessful manager is someone who has not been able to achieve his/her aims. One can explain the reasons of managers' failure summarily as: lack of sufficient science on management, unfamiliarity with management theories, lack of management and leadership art, the impacts of environmental factors and instability of ambience, dominated atmosphere over organization, dominated atmosphere over the country, non considering the feedbacks, non controlling and monitoring by controlling agencies, high attention to political behavior rather than performing the affairs correctly, lack of necessary facilities and credits, problems in general policies announced by superior organizations, pressures by interested groups, unawareness of superior managers or parallel managers with new managerial techniques and lack of interaction among them, etc.

One of the difficulties is setting the initial genotypes consistent with observed phenotypes in order to make the chain start moving to different states (sets of consistent genotypes). In this paper a new algorithm for setting the initial genotypes for the pedigree under analysis is proposed. The proposed algorithm showed faster convergence than the existing algorithm. The efficiency of the new algorithm will be shown through examples. This algorithm is faster and more efficient than the existing algorithms.

The aim of present research is to determine and prioritize criteria and scales of evaluating cohe... more The aim of present research is to determine and prioritize criteria and scales of evaluating cohesive training systems. Present paper attempts to provide a paradigm for better devising of universities' cohesive training systems by identifying such scales. In terms of its aim, this research is an applied one and in terms of data collection method, it is descriptive and survey one. Its population includes elite training experts in the colleges and institutes affiliated to University of Tehran. It attempts to study domestic and foreign papers and to identify criteria and scales for evaluating cohesive training systems. Library method is used to gather information on theoretical basics, literature and to identify aspects and scales. Identified aspects include: content, flexibility, organizational structure, usage convenience, usage services and apparent form. To prioritize identified aspects and scales, the opinions of elite training experts in University of Tehran are used. Data gathering tool was questionnaire. Data were analyzed by AHP method and Expert Choice software. According to research findings, the relative supremacy of content was 0.362; flexibility, 0.225; organizational structure, 0.155; usage convenience, 0.115, usage service, 0.087; and apparent form, 0.056. So, one can say that the importance of identified aspects to evaluate cohesive training systems in terms of priority is content, flexibility, organizational structure, usage convenience, usage services and apparent form.

In fact we want to recognize the most important attributes of a product that influence product choice. We use probabilistic neural networks tool and dicriminant analysis tool for this modeling to compare these tools. This paper chooses the mobile phone as the research product. We use questionnaires to collect data in Qom city. Result of this research explores influential attributes of mobile phone on the selection of the brand and influential attributes of mobile phone on the selection of the price in two way and the level of important of these attributes. In addition, this paper show neural networks tool is more power than discriminant analysis tool in this modeling and neural networks need less variables than discriminant analysis for modeling.
