Este ensayo pretende comprender la relación de la verdad con las perspectivas subjetivas ... more Este ensayo pretende comprender la relación de la verdad con las perspectivas subjetivas y objetivas en los contextos de educación formal. Para aclarar esta relación se desarrolló una discusión dialéctica entre los significados filosóficos sobre lo subjetivo, lo objetivo y la verdad. Se logró reconocer que la verdad en entornos educativos es inherente a ambas categorías; no obstante, estas serían representadas en términos parciales, donde la intersubjetividad es una de las principales representaciones de la objetividad. Tanto las técnicas subjetivas como las objetivas podrían ser confiables para verificar verdades pedagógicas, por lo que se exponen algunas ejemplificaciones para favorecer la comprensión de dicha idea. Se considera necesario repensarlas interpretaciones en la cultura educativa que desconfían excesivamente de la subjetividad.

Para un entendimiento del Homo deportivus, es un ensayo de corte epistemológico, que realiza un análisis filosófico sobre la praxis deportiva y el progreso espiritual del ser humano, el cual le ha permitido transformarse, en muchos casos, en Homo deportivus. El libro, que reflexiona acerca del significado de conceptos como filosofía, deporte, moral y juego –los que luego se abordan desde una perspectiva personalista, metafísica y ética–, espera aportar al entendimiento del deporte como una actividad cultural compleja, relevante y profundamente integral para, de este modo, contribuir a sentar algunas bases teóricas sólidas para el adecuado desarrollo de esta prestigiosa actividad humana.

Dicha disciplina pedagógica surge en la época moderna con la influencia de la corriente ontológica idealista, donde se redujo el cuerpo a un objeto carente de subjetividad, lo que derivó en una pedagogía mecanicista que entendía el cuerpo como una máquina. Ese dualismo estricto ha sido ampliamente cuestionado, de modo que se ha generado una crisis ontológica que incluso cuestiona la idoneidad del propio término de Educación Física. Una alternativa ontológica es la escolástica fundamentada por Tomás de Aquino, la cual reivindicó y desarrolló el hilemorfismo aristotélico. Se concluye que no todos los dualismos asociados al idealismo desprecian la corporalidad.

Se identifica que el liderazgo se asocia a la educación integral del estudiantado, así como también cumpliría un rol importante en la educación inclusiva y en la autonomía de los miembros de la comunidad educativa, sobre todo, en la transformación dialéctica e innovación de los entornos de aprendizaje. Se argumenta la importancia de promover el liderazgo en todos los miembros de la comunidad educativa, así como de abrir espacios a una cultura crítica y posmoderna que desafía los modelos tradicionales y conservadores de la educación formal, con énfasis en los contextos latinoamericanos.

The purpose of this study is to identify the affective perception of the 5th and 6th grade students of primary education in the games of cooperation and cooperation-opposition, in the physical education class, according to the sex and the country of origin of the students. The study is descriptive and its participants are 70 students belonging to the province of Alicante, aged between 10 and 12 years. The data was collected through the PANAS survey. The main results indicate that in cooperative games less positive affect is perceived than in cooperation-opposition. It is concluded that positive affect predominates in both sociomotor games, so it can be an ideal content to build a good learning environment. The study of emotions in physical education is increasingly common. However, the emotions of the ... more The study of emotions in physical education is increasingly common. However, the emotions of the students have enjoyed more prominence in the literature, compared to those of the teachers. The study of teachers' emotions is divided into two main approaches, one focused on intensity and the other on emotional quality. With the intention of contributing to the understanding of emotional quality, it has been decided to carry out a narrative review that aimed to analyze the meanings of the emotions of physical education teachers. The search was carried out in seven international databases and it was possible to identify seven qualitative investigations on the subject. The results indicate that teachers' emotions respond to teaching knowledge, values, work performance, personal and professional experience. It is concluded that the teachers' emotions express the complexity of the teaching work and their ethical positions in the face of diverse pedagogical situations
Critical review of gender inequality in the sports press (2012-2018): implications for school physical education

A narrative review of scientific research on gender inequality reproduced in the sports press of ... more A narrative review of scientific research on gender inequality reproduced in the sports press of Ibero-America is presented. It is noted that the sports press would have an important role in the reproduction of a patriarchal perspective of sport. Through a qualitative method, empirical research associated with the sports press and gender inequality, published during the years 2012-2018, was analysed. The data was analysed with a descriptive-interpretative approach, from frequency tables and content coding. The results show the presence of sexist corporal stereotypes and negative bias for female sports. These stereotypes are part of an androcentric culture that reproduces gender violence. In this way, the sports press contributes to the subjective-emotional configuration of schoolchildren. Consequently, through critical physical education, teachers have the challenge of deconstructing the rationalities of gender inequality present in the sporting context
La teoria del bienestar subjetivo, clasifica las emociones en positivas y negativas, lo cual ha s... more La teoria del bienestar subjetivo, clasifica las emociones en positivas y negativas, lo cual ha servido como base para el estudio de las emociones en la educacion fisica, con el fin de orientar la practica pedagogica hacia el desarrollo integral del ser humano. Estos planteamientos educativos son analizados desde un enfoque historico-cultural, argumentandose la problematica de reducir el valor educativo de las emociones a un plano solamente psicologico, debido a que no contribuiria a la formacion integral del alumnado. Se concluye que en la formacion escolar, como en la del profesorado, se requiere contribuir en el desarrollo o transformacion de los esquemas emocionales que generan consecuencias negativas a nivel personal y social.

Los fundamentos teóricos de la educación han evolucionado desde una perspectiva moderna a una pos... more Los fundamentos teóricos de la educación han evolucionado desde una perspectiva moderna a una posmoderna, surgiendo nuevas teorías del aprendizaje, como la perspectiva constructivista y sociocrítica. Desde esas bases teóricas se desprende el tema de este ensayo, que es el aprendizaje significativo crítico en el contexto de la educación infantil. De este modo, se discute la mirada adulto-céntrica que ha perjudicado el protagonismo, la autonomía y el liderazgo en el aprendizaje infantil. Se considera que el aprendizaje es un proceso particular e individual, analizando tres principios teóricos del aprendizaje significativo crítico y desarrollando algunas propuestas prácticas para dicho aprendizaje. Así, la educación infantil reconoce a sus estudiantes como sujetos de derecho a una formación emancipadora, creativa, consciente y democrática.

Modernity left us the discovery of subjectivity and a mechanistic conception of the human body as... more Modernity left us the discovery of subjectivity and a mechanistic conception of the human body as a legacy. Thus, different philosophers of the phenomenological school have preserved the patrimony of subjectivity and have worked to overcome the Cartesian dualism. However, philosophical advances do not always fertilize the pedagogical field for many reasons, so it is essential to promote a constant philosophical reflection in the context of Physical Education. For this reason, this essay has been developed with the aim to analyze the perspective of the human body in the German phenomenological stream of the 20th century, in particular, in the ideas of Edmund Husserl, Max Scheler, and Edith Stein. Through the study of their different works, it can be mentioned that there is a key concept in their ideas, i.e. the living body. This body would express the spirit or the embodied subject, who experiences reality through his/her psychophysical being. Then, the human being would have, in all his/her experiences, a living body, but also physical or material. Therefore, from this analysis it is concluded that to overcome the mechanistic conception of the body in Physical Education, it is not necessary to change the name of said pedagogical discipline, but to understand that the human being's matter is inseparable from its subjectivity

For that reason, this essay focuses on the following two objectives: a) discuss the importance of addressing moral reasoning around patriarchal culture in formal education; and b) expose the relationship between moral education in terms of human rights and the emotional dimension of apprentices. For the discussion on the role of moral reasoning, the contributions of Lawrence Kohlberg's theory of moral development are included. Later, the role that feelings would have in moral education and a proposal of education based on love are exposed. It is concluded that it is essential to address moral reasoning to prevent gender-based violence, but it must be an activity complemented by virtuous practice around human rights

The development of gender in Chilean society is strongly mediated by the androcentric culture, wh... more The development of gender in Chilean society is strongly mediated by the androcentric culture, where masculinity is associated with the projection of strength and femininity is linked to the cult of beauty. Therefore, the objective of this study was to qualitatively analyze the internal regulations of different school education centers in Chile, in order to recognize the presence of sexist norms that stereotype corporality. The research methodology used corresponds to the qualitative and documentary approach, so that the internal regulations of 21 educational establishments were analyzed. The results present nine sexist regulations, which refer to the body image of men and women. Therefore, it is concluded that the educational centers in Chile are stereotyping the corporality of the students through a sexist education

Philosophical activity is directed primarily to the world of ideas, that is, it deals with though... more Philosophical activity is directed primarily to the world of ideas, that is, it deals with thoughts and meditation on the deepest themes of human and non-human existence. On the other hand, the pedagogical activity is mainly directed to more practical purposes, although not less important, and takes advantage of the knowledge revealed by the different referents of philosophy. However, it has been pointed out that for different reasons education has strayed far from the deeper world of ideas, which can lead to very superficial pedagogical activity. This essay aims to bring philosophy closer to education and, specifically, to physical education. First, the objective was to analyze the meaning of love proposed by two philosophers associated with the phenomenological school, Max Scheler and Jose Ortega y Gasset. Later, that meaning was associated with ethical training in school physical education. The analysis reflects that both agree that love is an objective feeling and an intentional act aimed at adequately preserving what is positively valued. They also recognize that love precedes emotions, thoughts, and desires, as well as its direction goes from the top to the bottom. knowledge can be applied in physical education in different ways, highlighting awareness on the relationship between emotions and ethical values, such as solidarity, respect for human rights, tolerance, and humility

Thus, through this essay, it is intended to contribute to that pedagogical discussion, which analyzes the consequences of the ethics proposed by Max Scheler, in the good emotional development. From this analysis, the role of love in the appropriation of positive values is exposed. Therefore, the act of love would be what arouses the appropriate emotional content. Equally, it would be the source that drives to transform society, as Johann Pestalozzi and Paulo Freire point out. Finally, it is concluded that the adequate emotional content is independent of the pleasure or pain it produces

La educación física moderna es una actividad pedagógica que surge influenciada por una perspectiv... more La educación física moderna es una actividad pedagógica que surge influenciada por una perspectiva filosófica idealista, que favoreció su enfoque higienista y utilitario. Con el tiempo dicha concepción filosófica ha sido relativizada, dando lugar a una discusión filosófica donde se enfrentan las miradas objetivista y subjetivista. En este artículo se abordan ambas concepciones y se incluye una nueva mirada conceptual; en concreto, la perspectiva ecléctica que encuentra sus bases filosóficas en la corriente fenomenológica, existencialista y realista. De este modo, se concluye que el ámbito físico del ser humano responde a una síntesis entre aspectos objetivos y subjetivos, el cual puede ser educado de manera intencionada y con mayor protagonismo que en otros procesos educativos.

El desarrollo del género en la sociedad chilena se encuentra fuertemente mediado por la cultura a... more El desarrollo del género en la sociedad chilena se encuentra fuertemente mediado por la cultura androcéntrica, donde la masculinidad se asocia a la proyección de fortaleza y la feminidad se vincula con el culto a la belleza. Por lo tanto, el objetivo de este estudio fue analizar cualitativamente los reglamentos internos de diferentes centros de educación escolar en Chile, con la finalidad de reconocer la presencia de reglamentaciones sexistas que estereotipen la corporalidad. La metodología de investigación utilizada corresponde al enfoque cualitativo y de tipo documental, de modo que se analizó el reglamento interno de 21 establecimientos educacionales. Los resultados presentan nueve reglamentaciones sexistas, las cuales hacen referencia a la imagen corporal de hombres y mujeres. Por lo tanto, se concluye que los centros educativos en Chile se encuentran estereotipando la corporalidad de los estudiantes por medio de una educación sexista.

Представлен метод балансировки нагрузки вычислений с использованием кривых Гильберта применительн... more Представлен метод балансировки нагрузки вычислений с использованием кривых Гильберта применительно к параллельному алгоритму решения уравнений мелкой воды. Рассматриваемая система уравнений мелкой воды возникает в сигма-модели общей циркуляции океана INMOM (Institute of Numerical Mathematics Ocean Model) при разрешении гравитационных волн и является одним из основных блоков модели. Из-за наличия в океанах островов и берегов балансировка нагрузки вычислений на процессоры является особенно актуальной задачей. В качестве одного из таких методов был выбран метод балансировки нагрузки вычислений с использованием кривых Гильберта. Продемонстрирована большая эффективность этого метода по сравнению с равномерным разбиением без балансировки нагрузки и показано, что этот метод служит хорошей альтернативой библиотеке разбиений METIS. Оптимальность реализованного разбиения для мелкой воды точно соответствует оптимальности и для трехмерной сигма-модели INMOM в силу одинакового количества вертикальных уровней во всей расчетной области. Ключевые слова: уравнения мелкой воды, метод декомпозиции области, параллельные вычисления, метод балансировки нагрузки вычислений, кривые Гильберта.

Se presenta una revisión narrativa de investigaciones científicas sobre la desigualdad de género ... more Se presenta una revisión narrativa de investigaciones científicas sobre la desigualdad de género reproducida en la prensa deportiva de Iberoamérica. Se constata que la prensa deportiva tendría un rol importante en la reproducción de una perspectiva patriarcal del deporte. Mediante un método cualitativo se analizaron investigaciones empíricas asociadas a prensa deportiva y desigualdad de género, publicadas durante los años 2012-2018. Los datos fueron analizados con un enfoque descriptivo interpretativo, desde tablas de frecuencias y codificación de contenido. Los resultados muestran la presencia de estereotipos corporales sexistas y sesgo negativo para el deporte femenino. Estos estereotipos forman parte de una cultura androcéntrica que reproduce violencia de género. De este modo, la prensa deportiva contribuye a la configuración subjetiva-emocional de los escolares. En consecuencia, a través de la educación física crítica, los profesores tienen el desafío de deconstruir las racionalidades de desigualdad de género presentes en el contexto deportivo.
