Real time monitoring with IOT is developed in the industry of health care , this can enable the d... more Real time monitoring with IOT is developed in the industry of health care , this can enable the doctors and specialist to diagnosis the patient status in quick, smart and efficient methods. Although, there is a lot of research and studies are designed methods for observing the ECG signal remotely, there are no proposed methods for classifying these signals with monitoring, and therefore , to design complete health care system, classification techniques should be used to classify the extracted signal. In this paper , We have proposed ECG monitoring and classification system. The proposed system is extracted ECG signal based on AD8232 sensor with the ardunino nodeMcu, analog to digital converter and its communication is used to convert the signal to more precision , then the extracted signal is transmitted to cloud to be used at anywhere by using cloud, the signal is pre-processed to remove the noise and QRS complex is detected to determine the other characteristics of the signal such as heart rate, also to determine one cycle of ECG signal, later the signal is classified by using proposed convolution neural network model to detect the signal status. The extracted ECG signal is transmitted in real time to cloud (Ubidots cloud is used) through ESP8266 over to the cloud using WiFi based on MQTT publishing method. The experimental results are performed on different signals and the different stage of denoising and QRS detection are applied and different pooling layers are used in the proposed CNN model. The results show that the proposed classification model is achieved accuracy (94.94%) with (94.56%), (94.56%) and (5.06) for sensitivity, specificity and error rate (ERR) respectively.

Con el propósito de estabilizar un complemento nutricional líquido para niños, se ensayaron desde el punto de vista reológico; en una primera etapa, tres mezclas de hidrocoloides (T1: 100% goma xántica, T2: 50% goma xántica, 50% goma algarrobo y T3: 33, 3% goma xántica, 33,3% goma algarrobo, 33,3% carragenina kappa), dosificados en un nivel del 0,2% a las que se les determinó el efecto sobre las características sensoriales de importancia para la población a la que estaba dirigida. En una segunda etapa se evaluó la estabilidad reológica, sensorial y microbiológica de una bebida mantenida durante 20 días en refrigeración y estabilizada con 0,1% (T1'), 0,2% (T2´) y 0,3% (T3´) del hidrocoloide seleccionado en la etapa uno. Se concluye que la mezcla en partes iguales de los tres hidrocoloides (T3), fue la preferida por los niños y que los niveles de uso T1' , T2´ y T3´ no mostraron diferencias significativas para las variables analizadas, pero la mejor opción y la menor varianza fueron para la bebida estabilizada con 0,2% (T2´) del hidrocoloide; no obstante, el tratamiento de menor costo fue para la bebida estabilizada con 0,1% (T1´) del hidrocoloide.

Deep learning can be used to learn huge volume of data, which will be processed through hidden la... more Deep learning can be used to learn huge volume of data, which will be processed through hidden layers and according to the number of hidden layers ,filter size and numbers and the required computation cost is increased because of the size of raw data, this problem can be avoided by using pooling techniques, different method s are proposed to extract the basic features of the signal instead of all signal, but unfortunately this operation may introduce some noise or omission because of elimination important data from the signal. In this paper, A novel pooling method are proposed based on discrete cosine transform , this method is utilized DCT technique to reduce spatial redundancy of image by transform the spatial domain into frequency domain , which can preserve the most significant image information from the other coefficients, which represents the other details information of the image, so discard these less important coefficients. Its effect will be slight and this can reduce the eliminated information as compared with other methods. After applying DCT, we crop the most significant coefficients to be used in the reconstructed data by applying inverse DCT . then the result is combined in different methods with Max pooling and average pooling methods, this new structure can reduce the effect of discarding most important information and reduce the drawbacks of average and Max. pooling method. إلhe results are proved that our proposed methods are outperformed some standard methods and can be used in more application.

These noises are denoised by using hybrid filters. These hybrid filters come from join neuro fuzzy system (which also hybrid system join fuzzy system with neural network) with famous image filter which is mean filter. Memetic algorithms be accustomed to determine the best parameters for neuro fuzzy system that is the suitable numbers of fuzzy set for every input and also the advisable input and output weights of neuro fuzzy system. For evaluating the performance of hybrid filter, PSNR (peak signal to noise ratio) are used and all the results of hybrid filters will be compared with the famous image filters that are mean and median filters. The empirical results show that hybrid filters deliver the best results even the density of both (Gaussian and Salt & Pepper) noise is high.

Many algorithms, techniques, architectures, frameworks, and environments are found to enhance this concept and finally enhance the performance. However, two basic environments already exist to be used by parallelism; these two environments are Virtual and Physical parallelism. Both of these two runtime environments have their features, advantages and disadvantages. The paper focuses on analyze, evaluate and clarify some differences between these two environments. Results in this proposal depend on real case study executed via JavaThread, OpenMP, MPI in virtual environment and an MPI in physical environment. Implementation of the case study and validation results are shown and they clearly clarify the advantages, disadvantages and limits of using any runtime of them.
