Through a Bayesian network composed of variables that are mostly interrelated, coupled with probabilistic inferences that in turn project on others, with the purpose of analyzing their probabilistic behaviors by originating actions that should be considered as preventive measures in the face of insecurity. As a result of this study, people who have home surveillance systems installed as a preventive measure, choose to change their residence, which means that this security measure has not contributed to the reduction of crime. On the othe hand, most of the probabilities analyzed depend on the locality specifically since, in turn, these consist of different criminal indices. Applying the probabilistic analysis, it allowed comparing the results with current information, being coherent with the indexes issued by the different national and international organisms in relation to public security.

Therefore, it is important to analyze the causes that determine the generation of the Knowledge Society from the perspective of the education sector. On the other hand, Digital Competencies developed by teachers who use or not to use ICT as a tool in the teaching-learning process and the openness or resistance to digital inclusion that express them. The main objective of this article was to illustrate the aspects of Digital Abilities and the experience of teachers belonging to different generations. In this work, it was necessary to know the attitudes of the teachers involved and to identify the variables involved, which allowed to diagnose the main implications and opinions of the use and application of Information and Communication Technologies in the teaching-learning process. Perception of the existing digital inclusion according to the generational stage of each included teacher. The development of the Digital Competencies of teachers in the educational context in Oaxaca must be analyzed by the educational authorities, to train and train teachers in the teaching-learning process to use the resources provided by the technologies.

However, these politics have not generated the expected results since there are yet large differences to internet connectivity. This research presents an analysis of the availability and use of information and communication tech Diverse studies indicate that there is a verifiable inequality in terms of access to technologies, this difference is remarkable between municipalities and between regions. The analysis has allowed to know the main activities that the population makes through the ICT with the objective of determining the actions in matters of digital policies that must be considered by the local government. From the analysis performed it can be concluded that the majority of the population that Internet accesses does it through a desktop, laptop computer or a mobile phone. The most actions performed by the population through the internet are actions of entertainment and downloading software, as well as the search for general information, but participating in government affairs is not a priority issue. The population interested in public affairs is the one with the highest educational level, then that the institution requires the development of mechanisms to strengthen citizen participation in the taking of public affairs. It is also required to increase the communications infrastructure then that a greater percentage of the population can access the Internet. The programs on the use of technologies that must be

Access to information is a right to request, seek and receive information generated by the public... more Access to information is a right to request, seek and receive information generated by the public administration, which is considered as one of the main instruments to promote transparency, accountability and citizen participation, the goal is advance in the construction of a society that makes use of its rights and at the same time takes part of its responsibility for the making of decisions. Access to information creates a link between citizens and rulers, so that the former can learn about the actions of their rulers, and for the government to regain the lost confidence of its citizens. The present article to show the findings found when studying the municipalities of the state of Oaxaca through its web pages, analyzing them mainly in the matter of access to information. For this, the municipalities that have a web portal will first be identified, then the type of information will be evaluated, and finally the extent to which such information could be of benefit to the users.

Brain oscillations are often underestimated as compared to slower oscillations. Mean power spectra of scalp EEG signals exhibit distinct peaks emerging from the general decrease in power with increasing frequency, suggesting the existence of characteristic dependence oscillatory modes in cortical field potentials. The interactions between peaks in different frequency bands, within and between cortical EEG sources, are not well understood. The reviewed evidence supports the theory that relaxation through music can lead to behavioral and neuron chemical changes with benefic effects. This study was to address this concept by focusing on Bayesian Networks (BN) to describe the relationship between the EEG frequencies during relaxation through music. It was obtained a model with 97.7% to accuracy, in which shows the relations between each EEG signals. The dependency probability distribution was calculated, according to the signal amplitude behavior. Music changes the behavior of the low frequency signals, synchronizing them inversely proportional. Delta and theta interactions over Alpha promote increase Alpha 1 powers in relaxation through music. This event is accompanied by synchronized interaction of low-sequence signals, from Beta 1 to Gamma. Alpha 2 remains an independent variable. Further studies are needed to understand the differences between music and their subsequent effects on behavior. However, Bayesian Networks has been show to an excellent tool of EEG signal Analysis.

The interactions between peaks in different frequency bands, within and between cortical EEG sources, are not well understood. The reviewed evidence supports the theory that, in some circumstances, intermittent access to sugar can lead to behavioral and neuro chemical changes that resemble the effects of a substance of abuse. This study was to address this problem by focusing on Bayesian Networks (BN) to describe the relationship between the EEG frequencies in sugar abstinence epicedium. We obtained a model with 96.1% to accuracy, in which shows the relations between each EEG signals. The dependency probability distribution was calculated, according to the signal amplitude behavior. An EEG signal is the result of the sum of distinct signals at different frequencies, which are serially interconnected and dependent of the Delta signal. Further studies are needed to understand the differences between sugar and their subsequent effects on behavior. However, Bayesian Networks has been show to an excellent tool of EEG signal Analysis.

In this study, we propose an estimation method performance driving based on of fuel consumption and its relationship with motor sensors from vehicle information through OBD-II. We used K2 algorithm to find a configuration that best described the performance in 2.0, 2.4, and V6 3.2 motors observed data. we obtained that 2.0 and 2.4 motors present major performance than V6 motor only in short distance and low velocity. Due all variables are related developing a complex non-linear and dynamic system, Bayesian Network models are an ideal method for used in studies to require multivariable analysis. The BN models can be use as analyze the driving performance.

Its main contribution is the energy due to its high starch content. Starch can be modified to decrease its bioavailability and to change characteristics of the flour. For this work, we prepare processed flour, dough, and tortilla grain, characterized by the traditional method, and further subjected to a chemical process of acetylation, phosphatation and succination, with prior hydrolysis and their modifications. We tested seven treatments of pasta and tortillas, and analyzed the substitution degree, physicochemical and rheological properties were also determined to the tortilla. We analyzed our results with Bayesian Network to determine the effect of treatments on the yield. The analysis indicates the yield susceptibility to other variables. Repetitions of treatment are independent to other process variables, which this is disable. No previous studies describing a direct relationship between tensile strength with weight loss during cooking. Weight loss during cooking could be used as a control variable for processing in subsequent studies, aimed at automation in manufacturing tortillas.

For which it is important to know the best gravimetry and optimal concentration of ammonium used in zeolite-based devices. In this research, ammonio at 5, 10 and 15 g/l through three different gravimetries of zeolite were simulated by Computational Fluid Dynamics, to measure its performance as ammonium remover. The zeolite was activated with NaCl at 200 °C with the aim of presented better physical and chemical characteristics. The laboratory results allowed us to obtain the initial values and to develop the calibration computer models. The results obtained by the models showed that the concentration of 10 g/L and particle zeolite size between 1.00 mm to 1.55 mm, were the most effective values in absorbing ammonium. To increase the performance to ammonium absortion process, we apply a multivariate analysis method based in Bayesian networks, in order to obtain inferences and determine the variables of greatest significance in the absorption of ammonia process. Analysis by Bayesian networks, using Naïves Bayes determined that the height of the device simulated had influencia to absorption. Introduction Natural zeolites are used in the treatment of wastewater from urban areas, industrial and agriculture areas, and circulating water systems for ammonia removal. The large cation exchange capacity of zeolites is due to unbalanced loads that will attract the nearest to maintain neutrality cation. The catalytic property is related mainly with the active surfaces of the structure of zeolites with internal passages and vacuum system, the size of the internal cavities and cation exchange properties. Several industrial plants use zeolite: what the ammonium concentration in the effluent is reduced from 15 ppm to 2 ppm [1]. Rezakazemi et al., [2] simulated by a stationary 2D CFD model, a hollow membrane for removing ammonia in aqueous solution, estimating the concentration distribution. They were considering parameters such as feed rate, feed concentration and pH on the elimination of amníaco. The simulation results showed that the model developed can be used to evaluate the effective parameters involving the removal of ammonia by means of membrane contactors. Other studies were performed by Mandowara and Bhattacharya [3] for removing ammonia water through a selective membrane. They obtained correlation between simulation results and experimental data for a contactor

Smaller greenhouses have less stable conditions, but they are easier to control than large commercial greenhouses. However, it is more profitable to have large greenhouses, for reasons of management. The main problem that a large commercial greenhouse has is that ventilation is inadequate, leading to the use of forced ventilation, increasing production costs. Airflow speed near the floor is insignificant to reduce the negative effects of solar radiation. We analyzed the environmental conditions within a large commercial greenhouse in order to obtain improvements in its design using Computational Fluid Dynamics approximation. The results of the numerical approximation were analyzed with Bayesian classifications to improve the relationships among variables for defining the environment conditions. Large greenhouse geometry defines environmental conditions: height of cover determines the radiation incident inside. Thus, higher greenhouses are more convenient as they are less warm. The results of this study are useful for future designs in countries with warm climate.
