This paper attempts to diagnose the current state of the process of evaluating research, and univ... more This paper attempts to diagnose the current state of the process of evaluating research, and university theses, which surrounded a lot of mystery and controversy and differing visions of what is important and not important during the evaluation process which reflect negatively on the student and the development process of scientific research in the university. And that the source of this difference is due to the absence of scientific criteria or standards agreed upon by everyone. Therefore, this paper seeks to provide an idea about the validity standards in scientific research and threats that could prejudice this validity and finaly the paper proposes a scale that can be used to assess different types of validity and the different types of research.
