This quasi-experimental study involved 35 purposively selected Grade 5 pupils in Calamba Elementary School. A pretest/post-test assessment tool was the main instrument of the study. The pre-test assessment yields an MPS of 68.14 showing that the pupils are low performers. Meanwhile, the post-test yields an MPS of 77.29 which manifests increased in performance. The formative tests yield a mean score of 43.49 and MPS of 86.97. The comparative analysis reveals significant difference between the results of the pre-test and post-test assessment ([tcomputed=-2.923; ttabula =1.995; p-value=0.005) which implies that the use of VAC tool has significant effect on pupils' language development. The usefulness of VAC tool was restricted by pupils' capacity to divide their attention among three types of stimuli: visual images, text, and audio. According to , pupils' attention capacity is limited, learners have to use attention selectively. The researcher offered a framework to enhance the development/preparation and implementation of VAC tool to maximize its effects on pupils' language skills development.

Hence, the study aimed to assess the CF (Consultation and Facilitation) which applied structured experience on coaching and mentoring of new teachers in Calamba Elementary School. The 15 newly hired teachers on School Year 2022-2023 participated in the study. Purposive sampling technique was used in selecting teacher-participants who were identified under three years of service.
