The main goal is to provide dental clinics with a model that enables introducing a stress management service into everyday practice and provides patients with a better experience in a typically stressful situation. The approach is based on employing wearable sensors for monitoring physiological parameters, and a mobile application for progressive muscle relaxation therapy. Dental patients were divided into experimental and control groups. Participants from the experimental group were treated with progressive muscle relaxation through mobile health application with audio content, and patients from the control group were not exposed to any relaxation method. Heart rate was measured in both groups through three test phases: pre-intervention, intervention, and post-intervention. Evaluation of the anxiety level was performed using the STAI test. Results show that the measured heart rate in the post-intervention phase is lower than in the intervention phase in both testing groups, as well as in the pre-intervention phase. STAI scores were significantly higher in the control group through all test phases. The research found that the proposed system applied to dentist patients may relieve their anxiety symptoms and decrease stress level, which improves the patients’ experience and leads to higher patients’ satisfaction.

The analysis encompasses certain specific features of social marketing and particular steps in designing social marketing campaigns in e-health. Based on the analyzed concepts, a social marketing campaign is designed for promotion of reproductive health care among women in the Republic of Serbia. The proposed campaign relies on extensive usage of ehealth services. It is pointed out that an appropriate project management is needed in order to ensure a successful outcome of the campaign and the changes resulting in the behavior of the target population.

Meanwhile, the concept of the Internet of Things (IoT), which has transformed the traditional lifestyle into a modern lifestyle and is growing rapidly, is of great importance. This research deals with the critical challenges of IoT. Although not much time has passed since the advent of the concept of the IoT, today the Internet of Things has faced a great deal of complexity in the industry, which requires indepth studies to realise its potential and challenges. This study introduces and examines IoT challenges including security and privacy, scalability, interoperability, mobility, protocol & standardisation, and energy consumption. In this study, the relationship between these challenges has been clearly defined. Finally, based on the research, some main challenges or subchallenges considered for these challenges.

The goal is to develop a comprehensive open infrastructure based on Internet of things that can be used for conducting neuromarketing research. As a proof of concept, we have developed an infrastructure based on IoT devices and sensors for collecting data on examinee’s responses to marketing content. The software part of the system includes an application for presentation of marketing contents, a non-relational database for big data analysis the collected data, and a tool for visualization of research results. A neuromarketing experiment with 30 participants has been conducted to evaluate the developed infrastructure. Results show that the developed infrastructure can be used to detect users’ reactions in near real time, and to provide an adequate base for biofeedback.
