He has about 13 years experience of teaching and research in various fields of physics and their and especially in fundamentals and applications of lasers physics and optics. Dr. Fadhali is the Author and Co-Author of more than 24 International peer reviewed International Journal and more than 35 peer reviewed proceedings and conference presentations. He has also a two years experience of working as an optical communication Engineer in Public Telecommunication Corporation, Yemen. He is a member of SPIE & OSA. - Reviewer to research articles published in many peer reviewed International Journals. He has Got good experience in laser weld machines and their peripherals, vacuum machines and Pulsed Laser deposition. He is very familiar with all the Photonics / Optoelectronics systems applied for Optical Communications and Biophotonics and programming with many programming languages and MATLAB coding and simulations for variety of applications. Dr Fadhali has good research and academic collaboration with Advanced Photonic Science Institute (APSI), UTM, Malaysia: In August 2008 was an invited guest speaker given an intensive course in Laser Materials Processing and Optical Coupling (theory and experiments) for Postgraduate Students. After that Invited as a Visiting Lecturer (Sept.2008 – Feb. 2009).
