In order for police organizations to remain competitive, they need to keep up with the rapid technological advancements that are taking place in order to stay ahead of the competition. The First Information Report (FIR) in South Asian and Southeast Asian countries is a legal document which provides police with information about an apparent crime which has been reported to them by the victims of crimes. It is part of the police's investigation process. The police still have a difficult time getting accurate information from victims in terms of what exactly occurred during the incident, which makes getting accurate information from them very difficult. The filing of a police report presents a wide range of challenges as far as police organizations are concerned. There is a major challenge in the investigation of crimes involving victims concealing information about critical knowledge subsets and the complexity of these sets from the police authorities. For police records to be managed effectively it requires an organisational transformation that is driven by well-established digital strategies that offer an overall view and full transparency of both the knowledge about FIRs as well as the access to them. There is no doubt that an organization such as a police force cannot underestimate the importance of adopting the right technologies and frameworks as part of its digital transformation strategy in order to be able to meet the needs of its customers. The challenge of solving the long-standing problem of police organizations with limited resources concealing knowledge is going to be a long-term task that can be quite challenging. This paper presents several strategies and best practices which can be adopted by law enforcement organizations so that they can successfully transform digitally and achieve their goals through the implementation of these strategies and best practices.

However, communities of South East Asia based game makers are emerging. Drawing from firsthand discussion and interviews with more than 400 game developers, 50 postsecondary academic faculty, and 15 academic organizations and universities, the authors offer perspectives, insights, and expected challenges for the region. The findings indicate that a combination of intellectual and creative energy as well as regional political and economic support have helped develop fertile ground for global attention. Most notably, the researchers observed a regional interest in shifting toward exploring innovative, original content and increasing educational capacities to explore creative practice in game design. These findings coincide with other reflections of the region's digital economy's development.

To maintain competitive advantages and foster innovation, the manufacturing industry must embrace digitization more than ever before. Digital transformation initiatives in the manufacturing sector will be successful if they are designed and implemented with the right technical knowledge, strategic frameworks, and best practices. A number of challenges arise when it comes to the implementation of digital technologies and the use of artificial intelligence in the manufacturing industry. A lot more than just technology, it is also very much about people and the processes they go through. The process of managing change can be complex and time-consuming, and this paper covers an action plan that can be used by manufacturing industries that are struggling with transforming their organizations with the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital technology as a tool for transformation.

Overarching impact of 4 IR is expected on the physical, digital and biological world. Several Asian countries have maintained high growth and have displayed true globalization by possessing elements and desiderata of the 4 IR. Asia has also displayed its innovative strength in many determinants of 4 IR. Although a gradual transition from labour to capital to talent is slated to happen, Asia will have its own amalgam of the three case-by-case. For example, some Asian countries have demographic assets to use labour in lowskill jobs and they will continue to compete as low-cost manufacturing hubs for a substantially long period despite high proportion of ageing people and less birth rate. Human talent-intensive services like healthcare and education stand to benefit from 4 IR by way of cost-reduction but concerted efforts of public and private sectors are needed in these areas. Unemployment and inequality may rise initially but may be offset to a sizeable extent by new jobs and engagements and also by reorientation of knowledge, skill and attitude, the three realms of education, through continuous training, skill upgradation and self-renewal. There could be eugenic effects such as defect-rectification at early developmental stages and ultimately moving towards designer human beings in the long long run. Significant role of the state, policy and mode of governance was observed in bringing about the 4 IR. It is hoped that while thriving on the fruits of 4 IR, all stakeholders would also unite for maintaining a vigil and holding up the human values like conscience, creativity and empathy to mar the possible ill-effects of the 4IR that could be dreaded in its most dehumanized form in the long run.

The importance of diversity in the society for knowledge generation has become increasingly apparent in recent years. In order to achieve diversity, we need to take into account people from various backgrounds and backgrounds, and to understand that every individual is unique. Differentiating people can be based on race or ethnicity, nationality, age, gender, sexual orientation, economic background, and disabilities. We must recognize that each of these differences results in different experiences for individuals, and that all of these experiences can be synthesized to generate knowledge that is both more inclusive and more comprehensive. Diverse initiatives can be used to promote diversity in educational institutions, such as affirmative action and diversity programs. As diversity enhances receptivity to learning from others' experiences, it is essential for creativity and innovation. Furthermore, diversity promotes productivity and performance as a team can draw on the experience of each individual to find solutions to problems. Individuals must be aware of different opportunities and possibilities in order to grow as individuals, and diversity allows this to happen. As diversity prepares individuals for a diverse world, it is also important to students' learning. Ultimately, diversity contributes significantly to the creation of new knowledge due to the fact that it helps people draw on their own experiences and the experiences of others in order to discover new approaches to problems.

This is evident in the rise of digital-driven networks of consultants and independent consulting groups, and this is having a direct impact on the ability of consultants to build relationships and provide assistance to their clients. An increasing number of organizations can operate in an agile manner as a result of this approach. Technology is being used to enable some of the collectives that make up these groups to work together more effectively, while others have used it to enable digital platforms to share their information. Access to technology helps consultants remain up-to-date with new tools that can be used to increase customer acquisition and engagement, and build strong relationships with clients. Through their services, organizations are able to transform digitally and optimize their business processes more efficiently.

Despite emerging technologies being so popular in news and media publications, knowledge sharing remains an area of research that is underresearched in the emerging technologies context. This research aims to identify the barriers and factors to knowledge sharing within an emerging technology context. A comprehensive in-depth interview was conducted with 38 professionals working in 5 organizations engaged in the field of emerging technologies in order to arrive at the findings discussed in this paper. Based on the analysis of the surveys, we found that there are six main factors driving the need for sharing knowledge. The six factors are: regular cadence, integrating expertise from different teams, diversity-inclusive social environment, Interconnected platforms that are accessible to all, a regular update schedule that needs to be followed, to create points of contact within different departments of an organization in order to facilitate sharing. It is important to note that the distribution and use of knowledge in organizations is dependent on the interactions between individuals.

USA, Argentina and Brazil continue to be the top three producers and exporters of soybean and soymeal. Indian soy industry has also made a mark in the national and global arena. While soymeal, soyoil, lecithin and other soy-derivatives stand to be driven up by commerce, the soyfoods for human health and nutrition need to be further promoted. The changing habitat of commerce in soy derivatives necessitates a shift in strategy, technological tools and policy environment to make Indian soybean industry continue to thrive in the new industrial era. Terms of trade for soy farming and soy-industry could be further improved. Present trends, volatilities, slowdowns, challenges faced and associated desiderata are accordingly spelt out in the present article.

Numerous leading social scientists in this field have asserted that organizational knowledge should be regarded as a strategic asset. There is a growing awareness of the importance of gathering, locating, capturing, and sharing collective knowledge and expertise of societies, and societies are urged to develop effective and efficient methods of gathering, locating, capturing, and sharing that knowledge in order to deal with problems and to benefit from opportunities. People living in many countries and regions are interested in implementing knowledge management processes and technologies, and many of them have included knowledge management as an integral part of their overall development strategies. The management of knowledge plays an increasingly important role in global economic development . In order to remain relevant in the modern world, organizations should not ignore knowledge management and emerging technologies.

The Impact of New Technologies on Society: A Blueprint for the Future
We already see the impact of emerging technologies on our lives and the economy in many different... more We already see the impact of emerging technologies on our lives and the economy in many different ways, particularly when it comes to the way we live our lives and the way we work. Due to this, there is fierce competition among companies across the globe in order to ensure that they are able to benefit from the new technological developments. Globally, the United States and Asia are emerging as the two global leaders in this area. Over the years, there has been a significant change in the landscape of emerging technologies since Alan Turing first asked in the 1950s if machines could think like humans. Emerging technologies will enhance economic growth and efficiency in the future. It is possible to greatly improve decision-making when large amounts of data are analyzed by improving efficiency. It is likely that new products and services, new markets, and new industries will be created as a result, which will in turn boost consumer demand and generate new revenue streams. On the other hand, emerging technologies may also have a profound effect on society and the economy. The creation of superman-like organizations could negatively affect the economy, according to several researchers. Further, it may lead to a wider gap between developed and developing countries, as well as a rise in the demand for workers with emerging skills and technologies, thereby creating job losses. The latter trend may have a significant impact on the labor market in the long run.

Currently, it is pertinent to look in depth and critically at the impact of the pandemic on rural economies now. However, most previous studies ignore the above-mentioned research gap. This is especially critical to marginalized populations living on limited resources, small landowners, and migrant workers who earn low wages in an economy where fewer resources are available. There is also imperative to identify solutions that would enable member states to quickly reconstruct the rural economy sector in a sustainable way. Hence, to explore the effect of COVID-19 on the rural economies of the Asia region, we adopt a qualitative research approach. Based on this technique, our findings suggest that one of the solutions to increasing the resilience of the rural economy is the automation of the rural economy in a sustainable manner. Particularly, our findings indicate that the adoption of a sustainable and inclusive approach to automating the rural economy can enhance efficiency and speed at each stage of the supply chain. Moreover, our findings suggest that it is possible to take many measures to maximize the contribution of sustainable rural economy automation efforts. These can contribute to the recovery and resilience of the rural economy sector. Based on the above findings we provide theoretical and practical implications.
