A totalof 90 samples were selected from the three districts of Amritsar, Jalandhar, and Patiala of Punjab State. These sampleswere further divided into two groups of Physical Education teachers atthe Primary and SeniorSecondary levels. Each group had an equal size of 45 Samples. These subjects had a minimum of three years of teaching experience.Burnout among Physical Education teachers was measured by a questionnaire of Maslach Burnout Inventory by Maslach and Jackson (1986), whereas the level of aspiration was measured by the questionnaire of Dr. Mahesh Bhargava and Late prof. M. A. Shah (1996) for the collection of data. For the purpose of data collectionof burnout of primary and senior secondary Physical Education teachers in relation to their level of aspiration was applied. To know the statistical difference t-test and Product movement correlation have been employed. The results of the present study found, a significant difference in Burnout between primary and secondary physical education teachers in relation to their professional qualification and an insignificant difference inthe Level of aspiration among physical education teachers and relation to their professional qualification. In the relationship between burnout and level of aspiration among physical education teachers and in relation to their professional qualifications was a positive relationship found.

With the increasing competitiveness in international sports, structured talent identification models are crucial for nurturing athletes from an early stage. This study explores the key physiological, psychological, technical, and tactical parameters that can be used to recognize promising players early in their careers. The methodology involved a mixed-method approach combining literature reviews, expert interviews, field surveys, and performance data analysis. Data was collected from field hockey academies across Punjab and Haryana, using standardized fitness testing protocols (Yo-Yo Test, Illinois Agility Test, Anthropometric analysis), psychological assessments, and skill evaluation metrics. Statistical tools such as SPSS were used to analyze and interpret the data. The findings suggest that a combination of physical attributes (speed, endurance, flexibility), cognitive abilities (decision-making, game IQ), and emotional resilience strongly correlates with long-term athletic success in field hockey. A proposed model has been drafted to streamline talent identification and suggest developmental pathways tailored to individual profiles. The conclusion emphasizes that an integrated, evidence-based model will bridge the gap between potential and performance, leading to consistent excellence in national and international arenas. Limitations include sample size and regional focus, which may limit generalizability. This study contributes significantly to sports sciences, coaching strategies, and youth development frameworks.

The idea of entrepreneurship that is gender-specific has been one of the major advancements in the concept. The scientific community has just begun to identify women entrepreneurs. The only criteria used to characterize women entrepreneurs are businesses that they have founded or operated. The contribution of female entrepreneurs to economic growth and women's empowerment has not received enough attention, nor has their significance in India's entrepreneurial scene been sufficiently explored. The shortage of studies on Indian women entrepreneurs. The absence of research on women entrepreneurs contributes to our ignorance of the problems and obstacles they confront. This paper identifies and critically examines the existing body of literature on women entrepreneurs. As a result, the current article presents research on the challenges and future aspects of women entrepreneurs in India.

While aggression can sometimes serve as a motivating force, unchecked aggression may lead to injuries, disciplinary actions, and disrupted team dynamics. This study explores the complex nature of football player aggression during gameplay and training, emphasizing how modern technologies-such as wearable sensors, video analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and biofeedback systems-are being used to monitor, predict, and manage aggressive behaviors. By combining psychological theory with technological interventions, the paper highlights how real-time data collection and behavior prediction can help coaches and sports psychologists reduce harmful aggression while maintaining competitive intensity. The research draws upon current literature, case studies, and data from elite clubs to present a holistic view of aggression control in modern football. Furthermore, it discusses ethical considerations, potential biases in AI models, and the future of aggression analytics in sport.

Effective rehabilitation plays a crucial role in ensuring safe and optimal return-to-play while minimizing the risk of re-injury. This review paper presents a comprehensive overview of rehabilitation strategies used in managing sports injuries, emphasizing a multidisciplinary approach. The study aims to identify and evaluate the most effective rehabilitation practices, including physical therapy, psychological support, nutrition, and technological interventions. A systematic review methodology was applied using databases such as PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar, and ScienceDirect, analyzing over 60 peer-reviewed articles from 2010 to 2024. Tools such as PRISMA guidelines were used to filter the studies. Research findings indicate that individualized, sport-specific, and multidisciplinary rehabilitation plans significantly improve recovery outcomes. Interventions combining manual therapy, strength and conditioning, proprioception training, mental health support, and wearable technology show the most promising results. The findings highlight the need for collaborative efforts among physiotherapists, sports psychologists, nutritionists, and coaches. Limitations include variability in sample sizes, injury types, and intervention durations among reviewed studies. This paper contributes to the fields of sports science, physiotherapy, and athletic training by offering a synthesized framework that can be adopted for athlete-centric rehabilitation.
