Abstract

The research aims to provide implications in the independent curriculum-based learning process for students' interest in learning in Civics subjects, to find out the extent to which the independent learning curriculum system influences students' interest in learning because it can indirectly be a benchmark for the world of education. This research was carried out at MTs Wali Songo 1 Maron, in February-March 2024. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach to find out more deeply about the implementation of the independent curriculum on students' learning interests. Data collection was obtained through interviews, observation and documentation with informants, Head of Madrasah, Deputy Head of Curriculum, Civic Education Teacher and representatives of 2 students at MTs Wali Songo 1 Maron. The results of the research show that the implementation of the independent curriculum at MTs Wali Songo 1 Maron has only been running for the 2023/2024 academic year for less than 1 year, the implementation of the independent curriculum has not been optimal, the Madrasah has not yet received a decree from the Government, but has implemented several IKM points, although not all. and the impact of implementing the independent curriculum on students' interest in learning has increased as evidenced by the fulfillment of indicators of student interest in learning, especially in Civics learning. Among them, students are happy in class, the learning process is going well. Student involvement is active in asking questions, expressing opinions, answering, discussing and even making projects or final assignments and their learning outcomes have increased significantly.

Abstract

Matematika merupakan ilmu abstrak, sedangkan taraf berfikir siswa sekolah dasar masih berada pada taraf operasi konkrit. Oleh sebab itu, dalam menyampaikan materi-materi Matematika di sekolah dasar diperlukan media pembelajaran (alat peraga) untuk membantu siswa memahami materi. Permasalahan yang muncul di beberapa sekolah dasar di kabupaten Probolinggo adalah rendahnya hasil belajar Matematika siswa pada materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan pada bilangan bulat. Hal ini disebabkan karena dalam pembelajaran, guru tidak menggunakan media pembelajaran (alat peraga) yang memudahkan siswa memahami materi. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah membantu siswa kelas IV SDN Pajurangan dan MI Darul ‘Ula memahami konsep penjumlahan dan pengurangan pada bilangan bulat dengan pelatihan penggunaan media kartu dalam pembelajaran penjumlahan dan pengurangan pada bilangan bulat. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SDN Pajurangan dan MI Darul ‘Ula. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini meliputi tiga tahap kegiatan, yaitu tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Pencapaian kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah (1) 90,4% peserta pelatihan memperoleh skor tes akhir lebih tinggi atau sama dengan KKM;  (2) tingkat kepuasan peserta terhadap kegiatan pelatihan sebesar 100%; dan (3) 100% peserta pelatihan menyatakan bahwa pelatihan pengunaan media kartu dalam pembelajaran materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan pada bilangan bulat membantu mereka memahami materi materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan pada bilangan bulat.

Abstract

This service explains the activities of the Student Exchange Program 3. PMM 3 is a one-semester domestic exchange program that will provide the experience of studying at the best universities throughout Indonesia, apart from that it will provide experience of getting to know diversity, honing leadership skills, building networks during college. , with the Nusantara Module activities, one of which is Social Contribution, social contribution is the final series of PMM 3 in 2023. We carry out social contributions in Rindu Hati Village, Kec. Taba Penanjung, Kab. Central Bengkulu, Prov. Bengkulu. The activities we carry out are divided into 3 fields, namely 1. Education, 2. Health, and 3. Tourism Village. And the results of this social contribution activity are being able to help free medical treatment, help teach at SDN 08 Central Bengkulu, provide books as learning media, and develop tourist attractions into tourist villages.
