Abstract

Analysis of Seasonal Fruit Bonded Transactions Viewed from an Islamic Law Perspective in Selatbaru Village, Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency". In preparing this thesis, the author only limited it specifically to Selatbaru Village, because the author wanted to measure and examine problems regarding bonded transactions carried out by the people of Selatbaru Village and how Islamic law applies to bonded transactions. This research is field research using qualitative methods with data collection using interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and verification and conclusions. The results of the research show that: (1) The seasonal fruit bonded transaction procedure in Selatbaru Village is that bonded transactions are diverse and varied, but in general bonded debt is a form of tree rental from which the benefits are taken, namely in the form of fruit while the fruit is still on the tree. This practice of ijon is included in the prohibited type of buying and selling, namely Ba'i Al-Mukadhrah, namely selling fruit that is not yet ready to be harvested, such as selling durian, rambutan and fines that are still young/green nipples. (2) Islamic law regarding ijon is very clear that this ijon transaction is prohibited and invalid because in this transaction there is an element of gharar (uncertainty) both in the quantity and quality of the ijon transaction, so that the terms of mutual consent may not be fulfilled and can harm one of the parties. party. Bonded buying and selling is invalid and void by law because it does not fulfill the objective requirements of the agreement and in Islamic law it is not permitted because it contains elements of gharar (uncertainty) and maysir (gambling) and is included in urf because it is contrary to sharia.

Abstract

This type of research is field research. The research methods used were observation, interviews, documentation and literature studies conducted at the Ar-Raudhoh Mosque, Bantan District. The research subjects were the administrators and congregation of the Ar-Raudhoh Mosque, Bantan District, while the research object was the QRIS payment system used in electronic transactions for infaq and alms at the Ar-Raudhoh Mosque, Bantan District. Data can be analyzed qualitatively which produces descriptive data. The results of research on the practice of using QRIS in collecting donations and alms at the Ar-Raudhoh Mosque, Bantan District, 1) The practice of using QRIS in electronic transactions for donations and alms at the Ar-Raudhoh Mosque is in accordance with Bank Indonesia, namely that first the congregation must have the M-Application. Banking or E-Wallet such as BRIMO, BRKS mobile, OVO, DANA, Shopeepay and others. Open the application and select the QRIS menu, a scan camera will appear. After that, direct the scan to the QR code that has been provided, with that the camera will automatically scan the code and the name of the recipient will appear, namely the name of the Ar-Raudhoh Mosque and write the nominal amount of money that will be donated. Check all the information listed such as the recipient's name, namely the Ar-Raudhoh Mosque and the nominal amount, then complete the transaction, then the transaction will be immediately received in the Ar-Raudhoh Mosque account. 2) Review of the principles of sharia economic law regarding the use of QRIS for infaq and alms at the Ar-Raudhoh Mosque, Bantan District. Based on the MUI DSN Fatwa, namely to realize the benefit of humanity and all transactions in muamalah are basically legal until an argument is found that prohibits it.

Abstract

This Research is to determine the implementation of Micro and Small Enterprises (UMKM ) at the Bequranic Islamic Boarding School in terms of Sharia Economic Law. The data used by researchers uses qualitative data. Researchers use primary data which takes objects and subjects directly to the research site. The subjects in this research were UMKM at the Bequranic Islamic Boarding School. The object of this research is the UMKM community. The results of this research are that the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) can be a driving factor for regional and national economic growth, as well as assisting in alleviating poverty and unemployment in certain areas. From the perspective of sharia economic law, its role is to regulate economic activities in accordance with sharia principles and values, such as production, distribution and consumption so that they comply with sharia economic principles. And also the implementation of transactions in UMKM applies sharia economics as the basis for carrying them out, such as buying and selling with mu'athah contracts and so on.

Abstract

The justice system has a crucial role in law enforcement, where the clerkship is one of the important elements that ensures the smooth administration of the courts. However, in practice, clerkships often face various challenges, such as limited human resources, complex bureaucratic procedures, and uneven technology adoption. This research uses documentation, interviews and literature study methods to obtain relevant data regarding the implementation of clerkship duties. The research results show that optimization of clerkships can be done through increasing human resource competency, utilizing information technology such as e-Court, as well as reforming administrative procedures to increase efficiency and transparency in case management. This internship provides direct insight into how court administration works and the challenges faced in practice. It is hoped that the findings in this report can provide input for relevant agencies in improving the effectiveness of clerkships to support better justice services for the community.

Abstract

Waste paper is a type of waste that continues to increase in number from households, offices, and educational institutions. However, most of it has not been utilized optimally. The use of paper waste as a basic material for creative products can be an alternative solution to reduce environmental pollution. This research aims to develop tissue holder products from waste paper as creative products that are environmentally friendly, have aesthetic value, and have economic value. The method used is an experimental approach within the framework of Participatory Action Research (PAR) which actively involves the community in every stage of activities, ranging from planning, implementation, observation, to reflection. The results of the study show that tissue holders from waste paper have good visual appeal, adequate sturdiness, and can be further developed and become sustainable craft products
