The global health crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the dynamics of political communication in various countries. Governments around the world are faced with unprecedented communications challenges, where rapid and effective decisions are urgently needed to address the spread of the virus. However, the effectiveness of political communication is often hampered by lack of information, misunderstanding and public distrust. This research aims to analyze how the government communicates with the public during a health crisis and how the public responds to this communication. The primary goal is to identify effective strategies and uncover communication gaps that can serve as valuable lessons for future crises. The method used in this research is content analysis from various news sources, government reports and social media. In addition, respondents were surveyed to measure public perceptions and responses to government communications. The research results show significant variation in the effectiveness of communication strategies between countries. Countries with open, transparent and consistent communication tend to experience higher levels of public compliance and more controlled spread of the virus. Meanwhile, countries with sporadic and ambiguous communications have had difficulty managing the pandemic and faced more excellent public resistance. This research concludes that success in managing a health crisis depends not only on the policies taken but also on how the government communicates with the public. Transparency, consistency and continuity in communications have proven critical in building public trust and supporting pandemic mitigation efforts. This research provides insights that can help policymakers improve communication strategies in the future.

One of the problems in schools, especially in the subject of Islamic jurisprudence, is that many students find that when practicing they do not pay enough attention to the teacher who is teaching, this is due to a lack of teacher interaction with students, where interaction in the learning process is very necessary to make students comfortable in learning. The aim of this research is to determine the benefits of the teacher's ability to interact with students in the fiqh learning process. The research method used by the researcher is a quantitative method using an in-depth interview and survey system. The results of this research show that students are able to understand fiqh material well when teachers can interact well with students in the learning process. So researchers can conclude that interaction between teachers and students is very important in the learning process. The limitation of this research is that the researcher only focuses on good interaction between teachers and students in Fiqh learning, therefore the researcher hopes that further research can be carried out in other learning subjects.

Bladder dysfunction is a frequent health problem faced by many individuals around the world. Biofeedback therapy has become an increasingly commonly used approach to address these disorders, focusing on improving pelvic muscle control and body awareness. However, few studies have specifically evaluated the effectiveness of biofeedback therapy in addressing impaired bladder function, especially in specific populations. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of biofeedback therapy in addressing bladder dysfunction in adults with incontinence or urinary retention. This study used a randomized controlled clinical research design. They were randomly divided into two groups, an intervention group that received biofeedback therapy for 8 weeks, and a control group that received no additional intervention. Measurements were made using standardized clinical evaluation scales and objective measurements of urine volume. The results of this study showed that the intervention group receiving biofeedback therapy had significant improvements in pelvic muscle control, incontinence frequency, and volume of retained urine resolved compared to the control group. This improvement was also maintained in the follow-up period after 3 months of intervention. The conclusion of this study is that biofeedback therapy is proven to be effective in overcoming bladder function disorders in adult individuals with complaints of urinary incontinence or retention. This approach can be an effective and sustainable treatment option to improve the quality of life and well-being of individuals affected by bladder dysfunction. Further research is needed to explore more deeply the mechanisms and factors that influence the effectiveness of biofeedback therapy in different cases of bladder function disorders.

Gerontology nurses play a vital role in providing care that is holistic and sensitive to the special needs of the elderly population. However, strong interpersonal relationships between nurses and elderly patients are often compromised by a lack of effective communication skills. Therefore, improving communication skills is important to ensure optimal quality of care for this population. This study aims to explore the effect of communication skills training on gerontic nurses in improving interpersonal relationships with elderly patients. The main focus is to assess whether the training can improve the nurse's ability to communicate with patients effectively, thereby strengthening the interpersonal relationship between the two. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental pretest-posttest design. The research results and data analysis showed a significant increase in the communication skills of gerontic nurses after undergoing training (p <0.05). In addition, there was a substantial improvement in interpersonal relationships between nurses and elderly patients. These results indicate that communication skills training is effective in improving interpersonal relationships in the context of gerontology care. This research concludes that communication skills training plays an important role in improving interpersonal relationships between gerontic nurses and elderly patients. These findings highlight the importance of investing in the development of communication skills for gerontology nurses to improve the quality of care for the ageing population. This research implies that communication skills training should be an integral part of gerontology nurses' training and development programs to ensure that they can provide sensitive and effective care for elderly patients.

The existence of technology in the world of education is a very important need. As time goes by, technology is developing rapidly along with the intelligence and creativity of the generation that will be the successor of the nation in the future. Therefore, students must also be able to develop technology in learning such as ChatGPT. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of ChatGPT in learning in college as a medium that can help lectures. The method used in this research is quantitative method, data obtained through online questionnaire distribution. The results found that there are various impacts such as ChatGPT can make it easier for students to do some of their assignments, however, socially the interaction and communication between students and lecturers will be reduced, because in the world of education what is needed is not only grades, but also the process that makes it clear that ChatGPT can be beneficial because it can help with assignments, but on the other hand, there is a lack of communication between lecturers and students. The limitation of this study is that researchers only conducted research on some students in higher education so that the data obtained is less relevant. Penliti hopes that future researchers can conduct more in-depth research. This research also recommends ChatGPT in college.

This research aims to describe the advantages, disadvantages, and ideal picture of superior schools and acceleration programs. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with literature study. The results of the theoretical review present concepts and definitions of excellent schools and acceleration programs. The advantages of excellent schools include a quality learning environment, skilled teachers, and a curriculum focused on critical skills. Disadvantages of excellent schools include high competition and lack of involvement in non-academic aspects. The strengths of accelerated programs are that the academic challenges match the abilities of gifted and bright students. Disadvantages of accelerated programs include social and emotional gaps and a lack of focus on non-academic skills. The ideal picture of excellent schools and accelerated programs includes a balanced approach between academic and non-academic needs, emotional and social support for students, and flexibility in the curriculum. In conjunction with the curriculum reform in Curriculum 2013 (K13), a school policy with an SKS (Satuan Kredit Semester) system was created that emphasizes students' independent and collaborative learning abilities based on Independent Learning Activity Units (UKBM).
