<![CDATA[ABSTRACT;This study aims to find out, (1) how is the knowledge of Civics Study Program students about freedom of expression. (2) The attitude of the students of the Civics Study Program is related to the implementation of freedom of expression. To achieve these objectives, the researchers used data collection techniques through observation, documentation and interviews. The data obtained from the research results were processed using qualitative analysis.The results of this study indicate that. (1) Knowledge of PPKn Study Program students about freedom of expression in this case the implementation of demonstration actions has not been maximized because some do not understand the regulations regarding the implementation of freedom of opinion and those who know it do not implement the regulations properly. (2) The attitude of the PPKn Study Program students regarding the implementation of freedom of expression in this case the implementation of demonstration actions is not in accordance with the regulations for implementing freedom of expression in public because its implementation still disturbs public order, such as road closures and tire burning.Keywords: Perception, Students, Freedom of OpinionABSTRAK;Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, (1) Bagaimana pengetahuan mahasiswa/i Prodi PPKn tentang kebebasan berpendapat. (2) Sikap masahasiswa/i Prodi PPKn terkait dengan pelaksanaan kebebasan berpendapat. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Data yang diperolah dari hasil penelitian diolah dengan menggunakan analisis kualitatif.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa. (1) Pengetahuan mahasiswa/i Prodi PPKn tentang kebebasan berpendapat dalam hal ini pelaksanaan aksi demonstrasi belum maksimal karena ada yang tidak memahami peraturan tentang pelaksanaan kebebasan berpendapat dan yang mengetahuinya pun tidak melaksanakan pertauran tersebut dengan baik. (2) Sikap mahasiswa/i Prodi PPKn terkait dengan pelaksanaan kebebasan berpendapat dalam hal ini pelaksanaan aksi demonstrasi belum berkesesuaian dengan peraturan pelaksanaan kebebasan berpendapat dimuka umum karena pelaksanaannya masih mengganggu ketertiban umum seperti penutupan jalan dan pembakaran ban.Kata Kunci: Persepsi, Mahasiswa, Kebebasan Berpendapat]]>
