Abstract

Pemasaran yang berorientasi pasar merupakan aktivitas pemasaran yang memberikan perhatian pada pelanggan, pesaing dan kolaborasi unit kerja didalam perusahaan yang sangat diperlukan didalam meningkatkan nilai inovasi untuk membangun keunggulan bersaing yang akan berdampak pada kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji sejauhmana pengaruh orientasi pasar, nilai inovasi dan keunggulan bersaing terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian dilakukan pada perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orientasi pasar berpengaruh terhadap nilai inovasi dan keunggulan bersaing. Orientasi pasar tidak berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Nilai inovasi dan keunggulan bersaing merupakan variabel yang intervening yang memediasi pengaruh orientasi pasar terhadap kinerja perusahaan.

Abstract

Abstrak Daya saing masih menjadi isu utama dalam usaha kecil menengah. Salah satu modal daya saing adalah inovasi. Program Pengabdian masyarakat dalam paper ini adalah mengusung tema inovasi produk melalui pemanfaatan limbah kulit pisang menjadi krupuk pisang. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan di Desa Kedungsalam Kecamatan Donomulyo Kabupaten Malang. Kegiatan ini melibatkan mitra yaitu usaha kecil menengah yang memproduksi aneka makanan berbahan dasar pisang. Kegiatan yang disponsori oleh departemen riset Pemerintah Indonesia memberikan bantuan teknis dengan tujuan meningkatkan capacity building. Inovasi produk berupa krupuk kulit pisang mampu meningkatkan produktivitas usaha.. Daya saing usaha juga meningkat selaras dengan bertambahnya variasi produk. Abstract

Abtraksi. Manajemen pengetahuan sebagai sumber utama daya saing sangat diperlukan untuk kelangsungan hidup perusahaan dan pengembangan bisnis. Oleh karena itu, manajemen pengetahuan telah menjadi salah satu agenda terdepan di banyak perusahaan untuk dikembangkan dan dipraktekkan. Manajemen pengetahuan dianggap sebagai strategi bersaing yang bisa memberi banyak keuntungan bagi perusahaan. Dengan menerapkan manajemen pengetahuan yang baik maka organisasi akan menjadi organisasi pembelajar yang mampu beradaptasi dalam perubahan melalui inovasi berkelanjutan. Inovasi adalah hasil cerdas pengetahuan sebagai sumber keunggulan bersaing perusahaan. Saling kait antara knowledge management, inovasi dan kinerja perusahaan seakan menjadi bahan kajian yang tidak pernah berhenti untuk diteliti. Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana pengaruh knowledge infrastructure capability dan knowledge process capability terhadap inovasi produk serta dampaknya pada kinerja perusahaan. Sampel penelitian adalah perusahaan sektor manufaktur dan perusahaan jasa sebanyak 200 perusahaan. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan structural equation modeling berbasis partial least square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif signifikan antara knowledge infrastructure capability terhadap knowledge process capability. Knowledge infrastructure capability dan knowledge process capability keduanya juga berpengaruh terhadap inovasi produk dan kinerja perusahaan. Hasil Penelitian juga menegaskan bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif siknifikan antara inovasi produk terhadap kinerja perusahaan.Kata Kunci: Knowledge infrastructure capabilities, knowledge process capability, product innovation, knowledge process capability, Firm PerformanceAbstract. Knowledge management as a significant source of competitiveness is indispensable for enterprise survival and business development. Therefore, knowledge management has become one of the leading agendas in many companies to develop and put into practice. Knowledge management is considered a competitive strategy that can bring many benefits to the company. By applying proper knowledge management, the organization will become a learning organization capable of adapting to change through continuous innovation. Innovation is the result of in-depth knowledge as a source of competitive advantage of the company. The interconnection between knowledge management, innovation and manufacturing performance seemed to be a study material that never stopped to be studied. This study examines how the impact of knowledge infrastructure capability and knowledge process capability on product innovation and its effect on firm performance. The sample of research is manufacturing and services company as many as 200 companies. Hypothesis testing using structural equation modeling based on partial least square. The results showed that there is a significant positive effect on knowledge infrastructure capability to knowledge process capability. Knowledge infrastructure capability and knowledge process capability have an impact on product innovation and firm performance. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to examine the effect of marketing strategies andsalesman behaviouron customer retention. Seventy-five respondents were involvedin this study. The analytical method used to test hypotheses is partial least square. We find that marketing strategies and salesman behavior influence customer retention. Price and promotion are essential aspects of the marketing mix. Ethical behavior and establishing closeness with customers is a dominant aspect of salesman behavior. The novelty in this study is that this research was conducted in the Hajj and Umrah travel industries and emphasizedon salesman behavior.AbstrakTujuan penelitian adalah menguji pengaruh strategi pemasaran dan perilaku salesman terhadap customer retention. Sebanyak 75 responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah partial least square. Kami temukan bahwa strategi pemasaran dan perilaku salesman berpengaruh pada customer retention. Harga dan promosi merupakan aspek bauran pemasaran yang penting. Perilaku yang baik dan menjalin kedekatan dengan pelanggan merupakan aspek dominan dari salesman behavior. Kebaruan dalam penelitian ini adalah meneliti industri travel haji dan umroh serta menekankan pada perilaku salesman.

Abstract

Background - Based on the observations of researchers while being an accreditation companion at a fully accredited health center, several components of the success of the puskesmas in getting accreditation need to be studied so that they can be applied in other Puskesmas scopes. Purpose – This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of individual characteristics and leadership skill on organizational performance with Teamwork as an intervening variable at accredited Community Health Centers in Pasuruan district. Design/ Methodology/ ApproachThis study examines the effect of individual characteristic and leadership skill on organizational performance with Teamwork skill as an intervening variable at plenary accredited Community Health Center in Pasuruan district. The sample of this study are employees who involved in accreditation process and quality improvement at two plenary accredited Community Health Centers totaling 157 people. Hypothesis testing used Structural Equation Modelling with Partial Least Square regression. Result and Discussion – The result of this study shows that individual characteristics and leadership skill have significant positive effect toward Teamwork skill. Individual characteristic and leadership skill also have significant positive effect toward organizational performance through Teamwork which means that improvement on individual characteristic and Teamwork skill lead to better organizational performance along with better Teamwork skill. Leadership variable dominantly affects organizational performance through Teamwork skill rather than individual characteristic. Leadership is second order variable with transformational leadership which has dominant measurement toward leadership skill rather than transactional leadership. Conclusion –The result of this study shows that there is positive and significant effect between individual characteristic and leadership skill toward organizational performance with Teamwork skill as an intervening variable. Leadership skill dominantly affects organizational performance through Teamwork rather than individual characteristic. Leadership is second order variable with transformational leadership dimension which has more dominant effect toward leadership skill rather than transactional leadership. Research Implication – This research has implications for assessing individual characteristics and leadership, as well as Teamwork on the organizational performance of the health center.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran dari competitive advantage sebagai variabel median pada pengaruh antara learning orientation dengan organization performance. Penelitian dilakukan pada UKM (Usaha Kecil Menengah) di Kota Malang sebanyak 150 UKM dan dari kuesioner yang disebarkan yang layak di analisis sebanyak 134 kuesioner, yang dianalisis menggunakan program SmartPls 2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh antara learning orientation terhadap organization performance pada total effects menunjukan nilai β = 0,511 dengan nilai t = 7,370 > 1,86 (t tabel α = 5%) secara statistik berpengruh dan signifikan. Learning orientation juga berpengaruh positif terhadap competitive advantage dengan koefisien β = 0,670 dan nilai t = 7.889 > 1,86 (t tabel α = 5%). Competitive advantage juga berpengaruh positif terhadap organization performance dengan β = 0,248 dan nilai t = 2,501 > 1,86 (t tabel dengan α = 5%). Competitive advantage terbukti memediasi pengaruh antara learning organization terhadap organization performance dengan nilai koefisien β pada total effects sebesar 0,511 dan nilai t = 7,370 > 1,86 (t tabel pada α = 5%) dengan sifat mediasi parsial.

Abstract

The study was undertaken with the rationale that service quality is an important aspect for organization leaders to consider, especially for service oriented organizations to satisfy their customer. Satisfying the customers provides the organization with a good corporate image. A good corporate image serves as an effective strategy in winning the competition with other businesses of the same type. Leading companies who wish to keep their status should always keep service quality mind. It has to be an absolute concern as the organization does not only have to face the competitors but also the customers who continuously change, vary, and are aware of their needs. Therefore, continuous enhancement of service quality has to be provided. This study is aimed at 1) determining the service quality level of public hospital in Tuban, form the patient perspective; 2) determining influence of service quality on corporate image. Service quality is measured in five dimensions know as servqual technique. The five dimensions serve as tangibility (x1), reliability (x2), responsiveness (x3), assurance (x4), empathy (x5). The research was conducted at the regional public hospital of Tuban, with the VIP, first class, and second class patients as the analysis units. Sampling was done by stratified random sampling technique obtain 73 respondents. Gap analysis was used by comparing performance and expectation, while regression analysis was used by the inter-variable relationship of the hypothesis. As many as 18 items were used as main instrument of the questionnaire which was distinguished into five quality variables used to collect the data, both through interview and questionnaires to be filled out by respondents. Verification of research instruments showed high reliability and validity. The result of this study showed that gap analysis technique used could provide information from the patient?s perspective at the service quality at the public hospital of Tuban was good. Statistical testing revealed that significant influence was evident of service quality and corporate image, with R=0.83 and R2=0.66. The most dominant variables, however, for corporate image were tangibility and reliability. In conclusion, the result of this study support some theories developed by the Parasuraman (Servqual), Brown (Customer Satisfaction/Revenue Enhancement Models) and Elhaitammy (Service Excellence). Furthermore, this confirms the hypothesis that significant influence is evident quality on the corporate image

Abstract

Muharram month is the month for Muslims to maximize their practice by sharing with others. For this reason, the service team of STIE Malangkucecwara together with Lazis Sabilillah Malang carried out spiritual activities with the theme of the meaning of Muharram as well as providing entrepreneurial motivation for orphans and poor people in the Sabilillah mosque area of Malang. This activity is at the same time providing compensation as a give away for orphans and dhuahas. This activity is expected to make the month of Muharram more meaningful and meaningful by making them happy and encouraging them to rise.

Abstract

The research objective is to explain the success of organizational transformation in improving performance. A Balanced Scorecard is used to direct the achievement of organizational performance. Data is analyzed by quantitative descriptive. The results show that the effectiveness of organizational transformation begins from a learning and growth perspective that emphasizes the competence of human resources as agents of change that impact internal business processes more productively. The capacity of marketing and services is getting better so it contributes significantly to increasing revenue. Organizational transformation also brings a big change in the mindset of organizational members, from bureaucracy to entrepreneurship. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan keberhasilan transformasi organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja organisasi di Balai Inseminasi Buatan Singosari. Balance Scorecard digunakan untuk mengungkap capaian kinerja organisasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas transformasi organisasi diawali dari perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan yang menekankan pada kompetensi sumber daya manusia sebagai agen perubahan yang berdampak pada proses bisnis internal secara lebih produktif. Kapasitas pemasaran dan layanan menjadi semakin baik sehingga berkontribusi signifikan pada peningkatan pendapatan transformasi organisasi juga membawa perubahan besar atas mindset anggota organisasi, dari birokrasi menjadi wirausaha.
