Abstract

Salah satu elemen yang mendukung pendidikan adalah keberadaan dosen di perguruan tinggi. Fakta dilapangan ditemukan masih kurangnya jumlah dosen khususnya program studi akuntansi pada Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS) di Kota Palembang. Kurangnya jumlah dosen ini disinyalir disebabkan oleh regulasi dan  motivasi yang kurang sehingga menyebabkan minat untuk menjadi dosen sangat kurang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh regulasi, dan motivasi terhadap minat menjadi dosen program studi akuntansi pada perguruan tinggi swasta di kota Palembang. Jenis penelitian bersifat asosiatif, dengan metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa program studi akuntansi di PTS di kota Palembang, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 367 responden. Metode pengumpulan data bersifat primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa regulasi, dan motivasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap minat menjadi dosen program studi akuntansi dengan nilai Sig. Sebesar 0,000. Sedangkan secara parsial, motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap minat menjadi dosen dengan signifikansi sebesar masing-masing 0,000 dan koofisien korelasi 0,323, sedangkan regulasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap minat menjadi dosen program studi akuntansi dengan signifikansi 0,000 dan koofisien korelasi sebesar -0,456. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa variabel regulasi merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap minat menjadi dosen program studi akuntansi.  Kata kunci : Regulasi, Motivasi, Minat, Dosen

Abstract

The most widely used surfactant is an anionic surfactant which is synthesized from petroleum namely Linear Alkylbenzene sulphonate (LABS). Methyl Ester Sulfonate which is currently being developed. Surfactant can produced from palm oil methyl ester via sulfonation sulfonate. When in this research using sodium metabisulphite. The aims of this work is to synthesize Methyl Ester Sulfonate surfactant from Palm Oil Methyl Ester using Sodium Metabisulphite and a catalyst Calcium Oxide. The effects of time and the mole ratio are also investigated. Sulfonation process carried out in 4, 5, 6 hours with mole ratio of 1: 0,5, 1:1, 1: 1,5, temperature of 80° C and with stirring speed of 450 rpm. It haven been found that the surfactant produced has density of (0.89490 g/cm3 - 0.89545 g/cm3), viscosity (2.0323 cP - 2.1329 cP), pH (2,03 - 2,48), surface tension (32.60 mN/m - 33.60 mN/m), interfacial tension (30.45 mN/m - 30.94 mN/m), and the stability emulsion (59.17% - 89, 17%).

Abstract

 Solid dispersions of the antiinflamation drug ibuprofen and polyethylene glycol 6000 (PEG 6000) were prepared by the melting method in order to increase the dissolution rates of this poorly water-soluble compound. The temperature/composition phase diagram of binary system was analyzed by termal analysis hot-stage microscopy, showing an eutectic formation. Polarized light hot stage microscopy and X-ray-powder diffraction confirmed, that solid dispersion technique decrease the crystalliny of ibuprofen after melting and solidifying of a 4/6 (w/w) mixture of ibuprofen and polyethylene glycol 6000 respectively, which the results enhanced dissolution rates compared to the physical mixtures and ibuprofen intact. However, no such chemical interactions in the solid state were confirmed by FTIR spectra which showed the presence of ibuprofen crystalline in solid dispersion.

Abstract

This thesis discusses the concept of Islamic education in the book Adab al-Mu'allimin. The Book of Adab al-Mu'allimin is a very important book as a source of reference by every teacher, especially for those who will be prospective teachers. IbnSahnun plays an important role in initiating education in Islam, so he is known by the educational leaders of Muslims. His work is about educating and combining the Tarbiyah School and the Fiqh School.In other words, it includes religious education, moral education, intellectual education, vocational education, physical education and social education. The competencies that an Islamic elementary educator should have include religious pedagogical competence, religious social competence, religious professional competence, religious moral competence, religious competence, and religious emotional competence.Theresearch model used is a qualitative model with qualitative descriptive approach, where descriptive research is not intended to test a particular hypothesis but describes "as is" about a variable, symptom or state. The end result of this research is that the existing thought in the book of adabal-Muallimin Ibn Suhnun unites the concept of fiqhwith tarbiyah, so it makes him a well-known teacher in terms of the concept of fiqih tarbiyah.

Abstract

Education plays a key role in realising Malaysia’s aspirations to be a developed nation. Malaysia’s achievement in education enrolment is significant. This is because the policies given in the education stage are very much considered. This policy emerged after independence in 1957. The policy towards Islamic education was included in national legislation. So that schools that were originally funded by the guardians of students, after the education law was issued, the state began to disburse development costs. Among the important things of this law is equal distribution of competent teachers in their fields.
