Abstract

During COVID-19, the face-to-face learning process was temporarily replaced by an online learning system. This is done to prevent the spread of COVID-19. But on the other hand, some students complained about the online learning system, especially the material that contained practicum elements, because they could not practice directly and also the material obtained was not easy to understand due to limited feedback and existing networks. In addition, the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at the University of Dehasen Bengkulu does not yet have an application that can assist students in providing an assessment of the learning system, especially online, so that these complaints are sometimes not conveyed properly. The online learning system evaluation evaluation application at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Dehasen Bengkulu University is an application that was built to make it easier for students to give scores to the online learning system and also make it easier for the faculty to evaluate the assessments given by students. In helping the analysis of student assessment of the online learning system, this application has applied the Servqual Method where the assessment is divided into 2 parts, namely perceptions and expectations. An online learning system evaluation evaluation application at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Dehasen University Bengkulu, was created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This application can be accessed online via the link http://belyna.vadapp.my.id/, so students can fill out the assessment anywhere and anytime. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the results show that the functionality of the online learning system evaluation evaluation application at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Dehasen University Bengkulu runs as expected.

Abstract

Management Study Program is one of the study programs at the Faculty of Economics, The University of Dehasen Bengkulu. Every academic year, students who have fulfilled the credits or are in semester 6 or 7, submit a file for submission of titles to the staff of the study program, then the Head of Study Program will check related to the title submitted, if possible and in accordance with the disside of science, the title is issued will approved and the study program will appoint supervisor 1 and supervisor 2 from the student concerned. The application of the pattern for selecting students’ thesis titles at the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, The University of Dehasen Bengkulu was made using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008r2 database. In the application, the Levenstein Distance Algorithm has been applied to the new title submission form, where a comparison will be made against previously accepted titles that have been stored in the database. The title is accepted if the similarity level is below 50%, while the title is Rejected if the similarity level is above 50%. Based on the trial for submitting a new title, the application is able to provide information on whether the title is accepted or Rejected based on the Levenstein Distance Algorithm approach. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the functionalities of the application run as expected and the application is able to display the results of the analysis through the stages of the Levenstein Distance Algorithm for the submission of new titles.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this final project is to find or recommend recipients of revolving fund borrowings at the cooperative office, therefore a Decision Support System is needed for the recommendation for acceptance of revolving capital loans at the cooperative office using the smart method. The research method applied in this research is the development of the waterfall method. The waterfall method is a systematic and sequential information system development model Implementation of the Smar Method in a Decision Support System for determining the acceptance of a revolving fund capital loan at the cooperative service is an algorithm for processing data based on the weight of the criteria. The Samrt method is a method used to determine the acceptance of a revolving fund capital loan based on the weight of the criteria, at the Cooperative Service there are six criteria, namely, capital range, rate, number of members, cooperative status, legal entity, length of establishment, each decision is calculated based on the six criteria above. Decision Support System Recommendation Revolving fund loan acceptance is built using Visual Basic programming language and Microsoft Access database. The Decision Support System produced in this study can display cooperative data and the ranking of the results of receiving revolving fund loans based on existing data so that it can be used as a solution or consideration in the process of receiving revolving fund loans.

Abstract

Analysis of the pattern of guest visits at the Rio Asri Bengkulu Hotel with the a priori algorithm is carried out to obtain rules and predict the next guest visit and provide guests with marketing rewards to increase the interest of other visitors in utilizing and using hotel services regularly or periodically. A priori analysis is defined as a process to find all the rules that meet the minimum requirements for support and the minimum requirements for confidence. The implementation of the system uses the Visual Basic 2010 programming language and the method used in this study is the waterfall method. The results of the analysis carried out with the variables used are arrival time, number of guests, area of ​​origin and class of room chosen by guests, it is found that the itemset with the best pattern is influenced by the specified minimum support value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how to design, build and test a multimedia software for media introduction of the alphabet with Macromedia Flash 8.0. The purpose of this study is the media making to introduce the letters of the alphabet in Early Childhood. Working procedure of making the application of introduction letter of the alphabet is determining the material, making the display format, the display and determine the final design is a trial. After doing research through these stages, the obtained results of the study in the form of application. Highlights in this application is the introduction of the letter, guess letters, and charades developed with Macromedia Flash 8.0. Making these applications are expected to be useful for education, especially in early childhood, and can be used as a reference in the form of interactive multimedia learning media.

Abstract

Science and technology evolve in line with the progress of activities undertaken to support humans. The computer is one of the results of human creation, combined with science to develop according to the needs of the user.This research aims to create a website Office Technical Implementation using Adobe Dreamweaver CS3,.The method used in this research is to use the method of system development. To get the required data the authors use data collection methods such as observation, interview techniques, and literature. Applications that are used in the manufacture of the Technical Unit Office website Jembatan Kecil Mini Hospital of Bengkulu is using Adobe Dreamweaver CS3, Programming Languages PHP, and MySQL as the database.These results indicate that the website needed to reduce the lack of information on the distance and time, so it does not have to come to get what is needed. Technical Unit Office website Jembatan Kecil Mini Hospital of Bengkulu should be able to run it online to be accessed anytime and anywhere through internet-connected computer.

Abstract

This research is focusing on back-propagation algorithm with neural network that have to be implemented with MATLAB software. The data is observe directly and studying about university election by the graduate high school student. This research wants to find the direct problem, so it can be implemented with neural network by using back-propagation algorithm. This research using three (3) model of neural network back-propagation algorithm. From the data have been analyze with MATLAB software, the training convergence process stop at 5th iteration, last MSE = 1,01777. Meanwhile the testing convergence process stop at 5th iteration, with last MSE = 0,288833.

Abstract

One effort to present information about the construction material supply house, is one of them by making Materials Inventory application using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. This is a software program (software) that is used in the design of a program. In addition, Microsoft Visual Basic 6 is also equipped with a more complete capabilities, are easy to use in the design of a program, coupled with connections that support a variety of databases. Abstract

Poor management of educational facilities and infrastructure can cause various problems, especially in documenting and managing existing assets in schools. Educational infrastructure is a school asset that must be organized and managed well to support ensuring the quality of education at school. The use of information technology through programming languages ​​can create various applications according to user needs. This research aims to create educational facilities and infrastructure using the Visual Basic programming language and mySQL database. The system development method used is the Lift Cycle Development System (SDLC) OR the waterfall approach. The research stages start from system design, system analysis, system design, coding program, program testing, system implementation and system maintenance. The results of the research are the application of educational infrastructure with spatial data reports, infrastructure reports by type, infrastructure reports per space and recapitulation of educational infrastructure. The expected application is expected to be able to improve services for schools regarding information on educational facilities so that they can guarantee the quality of education at SMKN 4 Bengkulu City.
