ABSTRACKThe purpouse of this study was to determine whether there is a correlation between religious independence and the character building based on Pancasila at the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri Colomadu in 2019/2020 Academic year. This research was a quantitative research. In this study, the population was 298 students in class X SMA Negeri Colomadu. The sampling technique used was proportional rondom sampling technique. The documentation technique was used to collect data on students at SMA Negeri Colomadu. The questionnaire technique was used to collect data on religious independence and character formation based on Pancasila. The data analysis technique used the productmoment correlation technique. The annalysis results showed thah the value of = 0,742 > r = 0,312 at the 5% significance level. Thus the hypothesis which stated that â€œThere is a positive correlation between religious independence and character formation based on Pancasila at the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri Colomadu in 2019/2020 academic yearâ€ was proven true.

This study aims to prove the role of organizational commitment as a mediator on the effect of locus of control on auditor performance. The research data were collected by questionnaire, with a sample of 88 auditors working in public accounting firms in the cities of Surabaya and Malang, East Java. Data analysis was done using Path Analysis with Smart PLS software. The research shows that locus of control has a positive effect on auditor performance, organizational commitment has a positive impact on auditor performance, and organizational commitment is a mediator of locus of control on auditor performance.

Dental caries is an infectious disease and is a process of progressive demineralization of the hard tissue surface of the crown and tooth roots caused by bacterial activity. microorganisms in the mouth. Plaque inhibition can be done with anti-microbial agents to suppress the activity of bacteria such as Streptococcus mutans. Streptococcus mutans is a cariogenic bacterium that causes cavities and is the most dominant in dental plaque. These bacteria can convert sucrose into lactic acid so that it can cause tooth demineralization (Haniyah, 2019). Lemon peel (Citrus limon) is known as an antibacterial ingredient. To facilitate the use of lemon orange peel extract, namely by making it into mouthwash preparations. Mouthwash is a solution that contains antibacterial substances to reduce the number of microorganisms in the mouth, is used as an oral rinse, and is easy to use (Ririn et al., 2019). Research using clove flower extract and lemon peel as antibacterial against Streptococcus mutans and Streptococcus viridans made in mouthwash preparations is still limited, therefore researchers are interested in conducting further research with the title test of antibacterial activity in mouthwash preparations combination of clove flower ethanol extract (Syzygium aromaticum) and lemon peel (Citrus limon) in inhibiting the growth of Streptococcus mutans and Streptococus viridans bacteria that cause bad breath can be formulated into mouthwash preparations and meet the evaluation test requirements for mouthwash preparations and the average diameter of the largest inhibition zone is 12, 31 mm for Streptococcus mutans at a concentration of 2%:0.5% and for Streptococcus viridans at a concentration of 2%:0.5%, namely 11.31.

Pada saat ini obat tradisional sedang dicari oleh kalangan masyarakat. Maka hal ini obat tradisional memiliki efek samping lebih kecil dibandingkn dengan obat-obat dari bahan kimia murni, murah dan mudah di ramu sendiri. Antioksidan adalah senyawa kimia yang dapat menyumbangkan satu atau lebih electron kepada radikal bebas, sehingga radikal bebas tersebut diredam. Suatu tanaman dapat memilki aktifitas antioksidan apabila mengandung senyawaan yang mampu menangkal radikal bebas seperti fenol dan flavonoid. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kandungan senyawa flavonoid dan untuk melihat daya hambat Antioksidan dalam rimpang temu hitam. Penelitian ini menggunkan eksperimental dengan ekstraksi secara maserasi menggunakan pelarut etenol 96%. Pengujian Antioksidan ekstark dan Vitamin C melakukan hasil rata-rata perendaman 2ppm ; 22,88 , 4ppm ; 36,48 , 6ppm ; 49,75 , 8pp ; 60,43 dan hasil vit c 2ppm ; 25,91 , 4ppm ; 43,71 , 6ppm ; 64,72 , 8ppm ; 90,28. Hasil yang didapatkan IC50 EERTH yaitu : 6,0313µg/ml dan hasil yang didapatkan IC50 Vit C yaitu : 5,46 µm/ml, dapat disimpulkan bahwa EERTH memiliki daya hambat antioksidan yang sangat tinggi karena setara dengan pembanding Vitamin C

Background: Acne occurs on the surface of the skin of the face, neck, chest, and back when the oil glands in the skin are overactive so that the pores of the skin will be clogged with excessive fat deposits. If the deposits are mixed with sweat, dust, and other dirt, it can cause fat deposits with black spots on them called blackheads. If the blackheads have a bacterial infection, then there is an inflammation known as acne, one of the bacteria is Propionibacterium acnes. Objective: This study aims to test the antibacterial activity of face wash containing gotu kola leaf, moringa leaf, and green tea leaf extracts. Results: Inhibition zone test results obtained facial wash containing gotu kola leaf extract (Facial wash B), moisture test results obtained that facial wash containing green tea leaf extract (Facial wash C) is more effective in moisturizing the skin, brightness test results obtained that facial wash containing moringa leaf extract (Facial wash A) is more effective in brightening the skin.

The Unitomo Employee and Lecturer Business unit in the city of Surabaya, Indonesia, has several problems arising from the implementation of a manual system in the form of a paper-based system, which has the potential risks, such as 1) Damage and Risk of data loss, 2) Ineffectiveness in making reports; 3) Increased risk of human error caused by transaction volume, lack of management, and non-integration data; 4) Limited user accesses to the ledger, Time-consuming processes, and no collaboration. This research aims to overcome this problem by developing an inventory recording system using an Agile approach with the Scrum framework, PHP with the Slim 3 framework, MySQL, black box testing, and adding revenue and sales features as a difference from previous research. The research results show that the system developed was successful in helping Unitomo Business unit employees and lecturers overcome their problems, especially in monitoring the amount of inventory stock. The proposed system has features for recording incoming and outgoing goods transactions and sales and income reports. The use of the Agile Scrum method in software development helps teams in project planning and monitoring progress throughout the design process.

Guru yang profesional adalah guru yang senantiasa meningkatkan kompetensinya secara terus-menerus, selalu kreatif, inovatif, serta menganalisis kelebihan dan kekurangan yang telah dilakukan dalam proses belajar mengajar yaitu melalui Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar IPAS siswa SD Negeri 24 Palembang dengan pembelajaran mennggunakan LKPD berbasis digital. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subyek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 24 Palembang. Keberhasilan dalam penelitian ini apabila hasil belajar peserta didik dalam suatu kelas mencapai ketuntasan klasikal ≥ 75% dari jumlah keseluruhan peserta didik dalam kelas dan dengan mencapai KKM dengan nilai ≥75. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan terlihat bahwa terdapat peningkatan persentase siswa yang tuntas (KKM≥75) dari mulai prasiklus (43%), siklus 1 (71%), dan siklus 2 (89%). Penelitian ini telah memenuhi indikator keberhasilan karena sebanyak 89% (≥75%) siswa tuntas. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunakan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis digital dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SDN 24 Palembang pada mata pelajaran IPAS.

Pengujian perangkat lunak merupakan tahap esensial dalam software development life cycle (SDLC) untuk memastikan sistem berfungsi sesuai kebutuhan dan tidak menghambat operasional organisasi. Sistem Informasi Inventory yang telah dikembangkan pada Koperasi Dosen dan Karyawan Universitas Dr. Soetomo untuk mendukung operasional koperasi. Namun belum dilakukan pengujian kualitas perangkat lunak secara menyeluruh. Pengujian diperlukan untuk meminimalkan risiko kegagalan operasional yang dapat mengganggu proses bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kualitas sistem melalui pendekatan black box testing dengan menggabungkan teknik Equivalence Partitioning (EP) dan Boundary Value Analysis (BVA). Metode ini diimplementasikan pada use case seperti input stok barang dan transaksi penjualan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa uji antarmuka (interface) mencapai efektivitas 93,33% (kategori sangat efektif), sedangkan uji fungsionalitas memperoleh 85,73% (cukup efektif). Temuan ini mengidentifikasi celah pada fungsionalitas yang memerlukan perbaikan, seperti validasi input dan konsistensi data. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi kepada pengembang untuk meningkatkan kualitas sistem, sekaligus menjadi referensi bagi pengujian sistem inventory berbasis metode EP dan BVA. To fortify itself against any harmful behavior, an organization has meticulously designed a whistleblowing policy system. Despite the availability of this channel, not all members actively engage in using it to contribute to the overall health of the organization. To address this issue effectively, organizations need to conduct in-depth analyses to identify the specific barriers within their context. Our study responds to such topical issues by observing the role of seniority in motivating organizational members to actively embrace their roles as whistle-blowers. The research specifically examines the role of maturity in influencing individuals to step forward and report wrongdoing within the organization. In doing so, we employed the moderated regressions as a methodological approach, involving 396 employees from eight East Java offices of the Directorate General of Taxation. The study's findings provide empirical support for the notion that positive attitudes toward the use of the whistleblowing system significantly increase members' intention to report instances of wrongdoing. However, the research fails to corroborate the hypothesis that age plays a significant role in influencing people’s intention to be whistle-blowers. Considering these results, the implications for organizational governance and policymaking are discussed.
