Abstract

Training and guidance for the application of Local Marketing of Organic Product (IFOAM’s Guide For SME’s) to organic farmers in the Melung village, Banyumas regency. It’s conducted to apply marketing strategies recommended by IFOAM is a guide for small and medium enterprises in local marketing in the marketing of organic products. This activity aims to 1) increase the knowledge and ability to partner with the interpersonal contact consumers for the purpose of educating consumers and convincing consumers of the advantages and benefits of organic products, and 2) increase access to consumer potential marketing partners in collaboration with grassroots (association, communication, etc.) to visit and socialization of organic products are not directly develop the strategy of word of mouth publicity for organic products.The results of activities improve their knowledge and skills for organic farmers in the implementing effective communication strategies to target consumers. Socialization of organic products to the public increase consumer knowledge about the advantages and benefits of organic products and where to get organic produce from the village and is able to gain access of organic farmers for potential consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze in depth how the strategic management of early childhood in North Purwokerto district Banyumas. The strategy used in this research is case study. The data required is about the history and development of early childhood up, Vision, Mission, Goals and strategies, early childhood programs, data on the implementation of early childhood, data on customer satisfaction. These data were collected through interviews, observation and questionnaires. Based on data analysis and discussion, concluded that the strategic formulation in early childhood usually do not go well. The study also concluded that the performance aspects of early childhood visits from satisfied customers (parents) in general is good. This study provides implications, the need for long-term strategy formulation, or surveys of consumers with different indicators.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kedua media yaitu software Movie Maker dan media software Prezi terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPS dengan materi ekonomi dan mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar dari kedua media tersebut. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif komparatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMAN 1 Baturraden yang berjumlah 304 dan untuk sampel berjumlah 98 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian dilakukan di SMAN 1 Baturraden. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa soal pilihan ganda dan angket. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh hasil uji hipotesis terhadap data post-test pada kelas eksperimen I dengan menggunakan software Movie Maker menunjukkan bahwa Ha diterima yang artinya media software movie maker berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Sementara pada Kelas eksperimen II menggunakan software Prezi menunjukkan bahwa Ha diterima yang artinya media software prezi berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Rata – rata hasil belajar post-test kelas eksperimen I dengan menggunakan media software Movie Maker sebesar 82,08 dan kelas eksperimen II yang menggunakan media software Prezi memiliki rata rata hasil belajar sebesar 78,71. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media software Movie Maker lebih baik dari media software Prezi. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis menggunakan Uji t-test independent sample, menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung > t tabel atau 2,157 >1,994. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan media software Movie Maker dengan media software Prezi.
