Abstrak: Pandemi Corona Virus Diseases 2019 (Covid-19) telah berdampak diberbagai sektor kehidupan masyarakat. Berbagai kebijakan diberlakukan pemerintah sebagai upaya mengurangi dan memutus rantai penyebaran Covid-19 salah satunya adalah membentuk program Kampung Tangguh Semeru. Dilaksanakannya program kampung tangguh semeru ini diharapkan sebagai upaya melawan penyebaran virus Covid-19 yang dilakukan mulai lingkup terkecil, yakni dari desa dan warga sekitar. Program kampung tangguh semeru dilaksanakan sebagai upaya penanggulangan Covid-19 di Desa Tegalsari yang masuk dalam zona hijau karena tidak ada warga desa yang tertular virus Covid-19. Untuk mendukung program pemerintah tersebut, dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian di Desa Tegalsari memiliki inisiatif untuk mengadakan 1000 masker, tempat cuci tangan dan handsanitizer sebagai bentuk dukungan terhadap program pemerintah tersebut untuk memutus rantai virus Covid-19. Kontribusi yang diberikan ini sedikit banyak membantu untuk memenuhi fasilitas serta sarana prasarana Desa Tegalsari sebagai Kampung Tangguh Semeru. Semua ini nantinya akan menumbuhkan budaya hidup sehat, aman, dan tertib. Abstract: The 2019 Corona Virus Diseases (Covid-19) pandemic has impacted various sectors of people's lives. Various policies have been implemented by the government in an effort to reduce and break the chain of the spread of Covid-19, one of which is the establishment of the Kampung Tangguh Semeru program. The implementation of the Semeru Resilient Village program is expected to be an effort to fight the spread of the Covid-19 virus which will be carried out from the smallest scope, namely from villages and local residents. The Semeru Resilient Village Program is implemented as an effort to tackle COVID-19 in Tegalsari Village which is included in the green zone because no villagers have contracted the COVID-19 virus. To support this government program, are carrying out service activities in Tegalsari Village have the initiative to hold 1000 masks, hand washing stations and handsanitizers as a form of support for the government program to break the chain of the COVID-19 virus. The contribution given is more or less helping to fulfill the facilities and infrastructure of Tegalsari Village as a Tangguh Semeru Village. All of this will eventually foster a culture of healthy, safe and orderly living.

Inferential statistics require students to understand and be skilled in the advanced application of descriptive statistics in the parametric and non parametric drawings required by students to achieve competence in the formulation of models, the selection of analytical techniques and conclusions as well as the interpretation of the sample statistical test results within the scope of the development economy. The problems faced are the limited knowledge of students both in the level of concept and the direct implementation of statistical materials. Another problem found in the learning process is the lack of understanding of students both individually and in groups towards the use of statistical tools to suit the needs of the analysis. The objectives of this research are (1) to know the implementation of life skill approach based on lesson study, (2) to know the increase of positive character of student of inferential statistic through life skill approach based on Lesson Study. This research uses type of action research based on lesson study with qualitative descriptive approach. The research procedure is carried out for two cycles. Each cycle is carried out on a single subject to know the results that have been achieved by the research subject as a basis for improvement in the next cycle. Each cycle consists of three stages: plan, do, see. Based on of research, the implementation of life skill approach based on lesson study can be implemented well and able to improve the positive character of student. AbstrakPengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumberdaya manusia dan mengangkat eksistensi UKM/Home Industri Kerajinan Bambu yang ada di desa Sonobekel. Ketersediaan bahan baku dalam hal ini bambu menjadi suatu pendorong usaha kecil ini untuk berproduksi. Usaha yang selama ini berjalan memiliki permasalahan terkait permodalan dan pemasaran. Sehingga perlu adanya pemberdayaan yang berisikan pelatihan guna mengatasi masalah tersebut. Kekurangan modal dapat diatasi dengan memberikan pelatihan dan pembentukan pra koperasi bagi warga pengrajin. Kedua, permasalahan pemasaran hal ini juga menyangkut kreasi barang yang dibuat/output. Semakin inovasi dan sesuai kebutuhan zaman maka akan semakin banyak pesanan barang yang terjual. Hal ini akan membuka pangsa pasar baru bagi industri kreatif khususnya kerajinan bambu. Sehingga perlu adanya pelatihan inovasi guna meningkatkan nilai guna kerajinan bambu. Proses pemberdayaan masyarakat perlu dilaksanakan secara bertahap, berkesinambungan dan berkelanjutan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu dari 20 orang yang diberikan pelatihan maka Tingkat partisipasi yang tinggi dari mitra program pengabdian kepada masyarakat memberikan dampak positif bagi pelaksanaan program, terlihat dari 80% kehadiran para pengrajin yang antusias untuk mengikuti pelatihan dan dukungan dari perangkat desa Sonobekel Tanjunganom Nganjuk. Sedangkan tentang pengelolaan keuangan dan pemasaran berbasis online para pengrajin dibuatkan akun medsos untuk menunjang kegiatan pemasaran produk. Pendampingan mengenai inovasi produk ada 5 orang yang berhasil mempraktekan teknik ukir untuk kerajinan bambu. U ntuk pembentukan pra koperasi sudah dilakukan dan sudah tersusun pendiri koperasi untuk dilanjutkan pembentukan AD/ART Koperasi.Abstract This community service aims to improve the quality of human resources and lift the existence of UKM / Home Bamboo Crafts Industry in Sonobekel village. The availability of raw materials in this case bamboo is a driver of this small business to produce. Businesses that have been running have problems related to capital and marketing. So there needs to be empowerment that contains training to overcome these problems. The lack of capital can be overcome by providing pre-cooperative training and formation for craftsmen. Second, this marketing problem also concerns the creation of goods made / output. The more innovation and according to the needs of the times, the more orders for goods sold. This will open up new markets for the creative industry, especially bamboo crafts. So there is a need for innovation training to increase the value for bamboo crafts. The process of community empowerment needs to be carried out in stages, continuously and sustainably. The results of this community service were from 20 people who were given training, the high level of participation from the community service program partners had a positive impact on program implementation, as seen from 80% of enthusiastic craftsmen attending training and support from the village of Sonobekel Tanjunganom Nganjuk. . As for financial management and online-based marketing, craftsmen made social media accounts to support product marketing activities. There were 5 people assisting in product innovation who successfully practiced carving techniques for bamboo crafts. For the establishment of a pre-cooperative it has already been carried out and the founders of cooperatives have been arranged to continue the formation of Cooperative AD / ART

Kabupaten Sumenep merupakan salah satu penghasil rumput laut berkualitas ekspor. Namun, masyarakat Desa Aengdake, Kecamatan Bluto yang merupakan penghasil dan pembudidaya masih melakukan penjualan rumput laut berupa raw material. Padahal rumput laut tersebut bisa ditingkatkan nilai ekonomisnya sehingga dapat meningkatkan juga kemandirian ekonomi. Kegiatan pengembangan produk dodol rumput laut sebagai diversifikasi olahan rumput laut dilakukan di lingkungan pondok pesantren Nasyrul Ulum Desa Aengdake yang melibatkan siswa SMK Perikanan sebagai role model tenant bagi masyarakat ini dilakukan dalam dua tahapan kegiatan, yaitu sosialisasi dan pemaparan materi serta simulasi produksi dodol rumput laut dan kegiatan kewirausahaan. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi potensi rumput laut di desa Aengdake, materi kewirausahaan termasuk pengelolaan keuangan sederhana dan pemasaran berbasis daring/online. Kegiatan pengabdian terbukti mampu memberikan stimulus bagi siswa untuk berpikir kreatif meningkatkan nilai ekonomis sumberdaya alam yang ada disekitar untuk meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi. Hal ini salah satunya bisa dilihat dari antusiasme siswa dan santri untuk melakukan branding produk dodol rumput laut dengan merek “ekamato” yang telah diciptakan bersama. Pandemi Covid-19 membawa pada sebuah tantangan global dan berdampak pada sektor Pendidikan. Kebijakan physical dan social distancing membuat aktivitas pembelajaran harus dilakukan secara daring dengan memanfaatkan teknologi dan media pembelajaran. Faktanya, masih banyak pendidik dan fasilitas sekolah yang tidak siap dalam menghadapi perubahan ini. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan kepada guru sebagai aspek penting dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan dituntut untuk memahami dan memilih metode dan model pembelajaran daring yang tepat. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan melakukan diskusi grup dan pelatihan dengan memperhatikan protocol Covid-19. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan ini telah membantu guru dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran yang inovatif dan praktek pembuatan konten pembelajaran. Antusiasme guru guru sangat tinggi dalam kegiatan ini untuk membuat konten pembelajaran yang berkualitas bagi siswa. Kata Kunci: inovasi pembelajaran, pembelajaran daring, media pembelajaran. AbstractCovid-19 pandemic has been a global challenge and it has impacted to educational sector. Since the implementation of physical and social distancing, it drives to movement from conventional model to online learning activities by adapting technology. In fact, many educators and school facilities are not ready with this remarkable condition. This project aims at assisting educators in using online learning activities and providing innovative learnings to obtain same benefits like normal situation. This activity is carried out by conducting group discussions and training with due regard to the Covid-19 protocol. The results of the implementation of this activity have helped teachers in developing innovative learning and learning content creation practices. The teacher's enthusiasm is very high in this activity to create quality learning content for students. Keywords: Learning innovation, online learning, learning medium, students accomplishment.

Kemajuan jaman sekarang ini menggeser budaya asli daerah dengan budaya barat yang sangat jauh dari norma ketimuran. Berangkat dari keresahan inilah mencoba untuk mendekatkan budaya ini kepada generasi muda agar tetap bisa dikenal dan dilestarikan. Bidang usaha yang digeluti oleh waragawear ini berupa clothing line dengan konsep budaya lokal unik sesuai dengan selera pasar yang kreatif, edukatif dan inovatif. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan produktivitas mitra usaha dalam mengembangkan usahanya. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini dengan melakukan Focus Group Discussion dengan mitra, kemudian melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan terhdapa mitra. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini, sudah dilakukan pelatihan pemasaran online dengan dibuatkannya website www.waragawear.com kemudian pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan dan juga pendampingan dalam keikutsertaan waraga wear dalam pekan budaya hari jadi kabupaten kediri yang terselenggara pada 13 Juli 2019 yang bertempat pada lokasi Simpang Lima Gumul. Hal terakhir yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdian adalah mendaftarkan Merek Dagang Waraga Wear dan juga HKI produk waraga wear.

This gamification training for SMAN 3 Nganjuk teachers aims to improve teachers' understanding and skills in utilizing mobile learning in learning activities carried out especially during the pandemic era. Student learning activities are expecting not only to be carried out through the WA group or Google Classroom, but can also doing by using other applications that can attract students' learning interest. This service activity carried out in 3 stages, namely, 1) the preparation stage, 2) the implementation stage, 3) the mentoring stage using the lecture method and FGD (Focus Group Discussion). The enthusiasm of the teacher in participating in this training activity looks very big, so that the results obtained from this service are as many as 85% of the teachers have mastered the use of applications well and are ready to practice it in classroom learning.

This article aims to identify how entrepreneurship literacy could trigger the emergence of potential entrepreneurs from students. This paper presented a case study of the implementation of learning innovations for entrepreneurship courses using the project-based learning (PjBL) models. The implementation of PjBL on entrepreneurship subjects aims to instill an entrepreneurial spirit in students and motivate them to become entrepreneurs. This phenomenology research uses primary data through observation and interview with respondents that attended entrepreneur courses. The result of the business plan arranged by the student was analyzed and the internalization measurement of entrepreneurial spirit was conducted through student activities in class. This study has identified the criteria such as discipline, creativity, responsibility, leadership, decision-making, learning motivation, and communication skill through classes. Based on the in-depth interviews with eight students of entrepreneurship courses, the PjBL could stimulate students to improve entrepreneurial character, mindset, and skill to support participation and performance in a range of entrepreneurial activities. The entrepreneurial spirit showed a significant difference between before and after class which can see not only in the business plan and student’s presentation skills, also in their dream to continue the business there has been started. Furthermore, this study alternated formulation for entrepreneur courses in higher education.

Facing the current digital era of information, learning activities tend to be done online, this causes changes in the education area that require educators to be able to provide learning through online media. Efforts to support these conditions require capacity building to improve the skills of teachers. The purpose of this study was to determine the teacher's needs for the ability of online learning media and what strategies can be done to improve the ability of teachers to use online learning media. The method used in this study is qualitative with a case study of high school economics teachers in Kediri Regency. The technique used is to provide training related to online learning media. This training is carried out through material presentation, as well as guidance and explanation or joint practice in making innovative learning media using Sparkol Videoscribe. This training activity aims to increase innovation by training teachers at SMA Kediri Regency using online-based media, namely Sparkol Videoscribe. The training participants amounted to 45 teachers who were members of the Economics Subject Teacher Community (MGMP) of Kediri Regency. As a result, the capacity building strategy with this training has been running optimally and has achieved its goals with indications that there has been an increase in the skills and understanding of teachers regarding online-based learning media. The purpose of research and development of this Interactive e-module is to provide a solution for studying Economics in high school in the sub-subject Basic equations of Accounting in online learning during the Covid 19 Pandemic. This interactive e-module research and development activity adopts the Borg Gall (2003) model which consists of 7 stages (needs analysis stage, initial draft development, validity test, draft revision, group trial, and revision stage). The results of research and development show that this Interactive e-module discusses three learning module units containing Economics material with the sub-subject of Basic Accounting Equations which is equipped with several interesting interactive features such as QR Code, music, YouTube videos, quiz applications, and games as support. students learn. This interactive e-module is very appropriate to be used as a solution for learning Economics during the Covid 19 Pandemic.
