Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) menghasilkan Media video pemangkasan layak digunakan, mudah dipelajari dan dapat digunakan untuk belajar individu, (2) menemukan efektivitas pembelajaran media video pemangkasan rambut. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan menggunakan model Borg & Gall dikombinasikan dengan model pengembangan pembelajaran Dick & Carey. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) tes ahli pemangkasan rambut kualifikasi sangat baik (80,46 %), (2) uji ahli desain pembelajaran kualifikasi baik (79.58 %), (3) tes ahli video dan desain grafis sangat baik di kualifikasi baik (83,40 %), (4) uji individu kualifikasi sangat baik (87,86 %), pengujian kelompok kecil kualifikasi sangat baik (83,95 %), uji coba lapangan kualifikasi sangat baik (97,96 %). T-test = 3,285 pada taraf signifikansi α = 0,05 dengan 56 df diperoleh ttabel = 1,67, sehingga thitung > ttabel, penggunaan efektif media video dalam rambut pembelajaran lanjutan pemangkasan = 80,46 %. Hasil kelompok mahasiswa yang tidak menerapkan media pembelajaran adalah 71,72 %. Data ini membuktikan bahwa penggunaan pembelajaran video lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi dan pengetahuan mahasiswa dalam kursus lanjutan daripada tanpa menggunakan media video pembelajaran.   Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran, Berbasis Komputer, Pemangkasan Rambut Lanjutan   Abstract: This research was aimed to: (1) produce advanced learning hair trimming video media which decent to use, easy to learn by the students and can be used for individual learning, (2)  to discover the effectiveness of advanced learning trimming hair video media that can be  developed  on Trimming Hair Advanced Course. The type of this research is a development research which use the product development model of Borg & Gall combined with a learning development model of Dick & Carey. The results showed: (1) tests expert of Advanced Hair Trimming subject are in excellent qualifications (80.46%), (2) test of instructional design experts are on a good qualifying (79.58%), (3) tests video expert and graphic design are very good in qualifying (83.40%), (4) individual trials are in very good qualifications (87.86%), small group testing is excellent in qualifying (83.95%), field trials are in very good qualifications (97.96%). T-test = 3.285 at significance level α = 0.05 with 56 df obtained t-table = 1.67, so t-test> t-table, the effective use of video media in advanced learning hair trimming = 80.46%. The results of group of students who weren’t applied the learning media is 71.72%. This data prove that the use of advanced learning video media hair trimming is more effective in improving the competency and knowledge of students in the advanced course of the hair trimming than without using the learning video media.   Keywords: Learning Media, Computer-Based, Advanced Hair Trimming

Abstract

Guru, murid, dan bahan ajar merupakan unsur dominan dalam proses pembelajaran.Kualitas pengajaran mempengaruhi keefektifan proses pembelajaran dan akanberdampak terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmeningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA kelas V SDNegeri 099 Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 34 orang siswa dengan 14 orang siswa laki-lakidan 20 siswa perempuan. Penelitian ini secara khusus menggunakan rancangan penelitianone group pretest-posttest desaign. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jumlah siswayang mencapai nilai di 60-100 pada pretest sebanyak 5 siswa, dan pada postest sebanyak25 siswa atau dalam bentuk persentase 15% dan 74%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian inimaka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis masalah berpengaruhterhadap peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA kelas VSD Negeri 99 Pekanbaru.Kata kunci: keterampilan berpikir kritis, pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis masalah.

Abstract

The service process carried out at the customer care center is currently still using a manual service system. Therefore, the researcher tries to implement a customer queuing system at the care center to simplify the service process. In this final result the researcher will use the ATMega 16 microcontroller minimum system module for the design and manufacture of a minimum system to simplify the customer queuing service process at the care center. Microcontroller programming is widely used for service system display functions on seven segment displays as well as print out queue no. The process begins with the visitor pressing the push button which then the system will issue a print out of the visitor queue no. If the customer care servant presses the push button in the system used by the customer service, it is used for seven segment displays. Then the data from the push button results will be sent by the microcontroller to print out the queue no on the printer, and then enter the data into the Personal Computer. After that the waiter at the customer care presses the button then the data is sent by the microcontroller to be output on the seven segment display.

Abstract

This study aims to develop Flipbook learning media based on Flip PDF Professional and determine the feasibility of learning media on basic practical elements of hair beauty at SMK Gelora Jaya Nusantara Medan. The research method used in the Research & Development (R&D) research method with the ADDIE development model. The sample of this study was class X students of Beauty Management at SMK Gelora Jaya Nusantara Medan as many as 35 students. The research instrument used is a questionnaire instrument with descriptive statistical data analysis techniques. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the validation results from material experts get a score of 85.9% in the "Very Feasible" category. The results of validation from media experts get a score of 92.3% in the "Very Feasible" category. Student responses regarding learning media get a response of 91.86% in the "Very Feasible" category. The conclusion is that the Flipbook Learning Media Development based on Flip PDF Professional on Basic Practical Elements of Hair Beauty for Grade X Beauty Students is very feasible to use as learning media in the learning process.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini ialah (1) Mengetahui pengembangan media E-Modul Menggunakan Aplikasi Flip Book Maker pada Mata Kuliah Ilmu Gizi Kecantikan Prodi Tata Rias Universitas Negeri Medan. (2) Mengetahui kelayakan media E-Modul Menggunakan Flip Book Maker pada Mata Kuliah Ilmu Gizi Kecantikan Prodi Tata Rias Universitas Negeri Medan. Metode penelitian menggunakan model penelitian Research and Deveopment (R&D). Subjek dalam penelitian ini ialah mahasiswa pendidikan tata rias stambuk 2022 Universitas Negeri Medan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan angket. Uji validitas yang dilakukan oleh 2 ahli materi dan 2 ahli media yang berkompoten dibidangnya, selanjutnya melakukan uji coba produk kelompok kecil, sedang dan besar. Hasil penelitian pengembangan media pembelajaran e-modul gizi kecantikan menunjukkan bahwasanya berdasarkan validasi penilaian oleh ahli materi untuk menentukan kelayakan produk diperoleh rata-rata 86% dengan kategori “Sangat Layak”, penilaian oleh ahli media diperoleh rata-rata 96% dengan kategori “Sangat Layak”. Pada Aspek Uji coba untuk menentukan pengembangan produk dilakukan uji coba kelompok kecil yang berjumlah 6 orang mahasiswa dipeoleh persentase sebesar 82% masuk kedalam kategori “Sangat Baik”. Pada uji coba kelompok sedang yang berjumlah 12 orang mahasiswa dipeoleh persentase sebesar 89% masuk kedalam kategori “Sangat Baik”. Pada uji coba kelompok besar yang berjumlah 39 orang mahasiswa dipeoleh persentase sebesar 95% masuk kedalam kategori “Sangat Baik”. Dari hasil pengembangan produk diperoleh kesimpulan bahawa media e-modul gizi kecantikan kulit dinyatakan layak dan dapat digunakan dalam mendukung kegiatan belajar menagajar.

Abstract

Data mining is a technique to extract new information from the data warehouse, information is considered very important and valuable because by mastering the information so easily to achieve a goal, this makes everyone competing to obtain information, as well as on trading businesses such as bag store BRANDED. store is located close to the home of the population, this certainly affects the level of sales, with the daily sales activities, sales transaction data will continue to grow, causing data storage is greater. Sales transaction data is only used as an archive without being put to good use. Basically the data set has very useful information. The analysis of market basket with Apriori Algorithm is one method of data mining which aims to find the pattern of association based on consumer spending pattern, so that it can be known what items are purchased simultaneously. The result of this research found that the highest support and confidence value is Ysl and Chanel with a support value of 50% and confidence of 75%.

Abstract

Semua organisasi memerlukan sumber daya manusia yang mampu bekerja lebih baik dan lebih cepat, berhasil atau tidaknya organisasi meraih tujuannya didasari komponen mendasarnya yaitu sumber daya manusia. Pegawai yang puas akan menjalankan tugasnya dengan optimal, sehingga tercapainya kinerja yang diharapkan kantor UPTD PUPR Pematangsiantar dengan baik. Disisi lain jika stress sangat tinggi, kinerja pegawai berkurang dikarenakan stress dapat menjadi gangguan dalam produktivitas pekerja. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor UPTD PUPR Pematangsiantar. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor UPTD PUPR Pematangsiantar. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan stres kerja secara bersama-sama atau simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor UPTD PUPR Pematangsiantar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini kuesioner, wawancara, dokumentasi. Sedangkan uji instrumen penelitian adalah uji validitas, teknik analisis data, statistik deskriptif data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif, uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji autokorelasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil nilai thitung pada variabel kepuasan kerja sebesar 7,018 > ttabel dengan df = n-k-1 (53-1-1 =51) sebesar 2,00758 atau dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak, artinya kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada UPTD PUPR Pematangsiantar. Sedangkan nilai thitung pada variabel stres kerja sebesar -3,972 < ttabel dengan df = n-k-1 (53-1-1 =51) sebesar -2,00758 atau dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak, artinya stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai  pada UPTD PUPR Pematangsiantar.

Abstract

Messages require high security in the exchange process because the message is confidential and may only be read by the intended recipient. Information security problems in messages are often encountered, such as active eavesdropping, passive eavesdropping, fraud and data manipulation by unauthorized parties. To overcome this problem, cryptography can be used. This research uses cryptographic techniques with the Vigenere Cipher method to encrypt messages. The aim of this research is to encrypt messages to produce codes that will be sent to the recipient. The encryption process is carried out using the Vigenere Cipher method in the Python programming language. The researcher implemented a program to encrypt the message. The research results show that messages can be protected more strongly and securely. So, if the message is hijacked or intercepted by irresponsible parties, it will be difficult for them to find out the contents of the message. In this way, the confidentiality and authenticity of the message is maintained until it reaches the recipient.

Abstract

This introduction to the Macromedia Flash 8 application aims to provide students with understanding and skills in using Macromedia Flash 8 for design and understanding the use of Flash 8. Introduction to the Macromedia Flash 8 application is often needed in creating animations and designs for student learning. The Macromedia Flash 8 application allows its introduction to be personal and efficient, by using image and sound designs from separate sources into one Macromedia Flash 8 application. During the introduction to the Macromedia Flash 8 Application, participants will be taught about the concept of designing the use of Macromedia Flash 8, steps -design preparation steps, creating animations using Macromedia Flsah 8, and merging data into the application. This introduction to the Macromedia Flash 8 application will also discuss the benefits of using Macromedia Flash 8, including time efficiency and accuracy in the student learning that will be created. Through a combination of theory and practical exercises, participants.It is hoped that they will be able to master the steps in the application development process that will be presented using Macromedia Flash 8. The results of this training are expected to provide participants with the ability to create personal and efficient student animations, including for education and other organizations. Thus, the introduction of this application contributes to increasing the effectiveness of communication in various activities involving the student learning process.
