Abstract

KA Sancaka that serve Yogyakarta-Surabaya route has a very important role for the movement of people and goods between the two cities. Competition among modes of land transport and air modes also requires the ope-rator to be able to provide good performance for users KA Sancaka. For that is necessary to study how users KA Sancaka assess the performance of both the executive class or business-class. Data retrieval is based on the results of questionnaire respondents Sancaka KA users. The total number of samples of 558 respondents bottom-right on the population data of passenger volume in the first week (dated August 2 to 8, 2010) as many as 1287 passengers in business class and 687 executive class passengers. Analysis of data using IPA (Importance Performance Analysis).Results indicate that the performance variable performance Sancaka KA executive class and business class today is pretty good. Variables placed quadrant 1 need attention from PT. KAI From each of the 24 variables, 7 variables in executive class and 13 in business class variable has been in line with expectations applications of nanya. Variables in quadrant 3 can be maintained in accordance with what has been done in the current conditions. Variables in quadrant 4 although considered important by the user can still be tailored to the users wishes.

Abstract

The rapid development of Surakarta closely impact on people mobility and transportation in the city. It can be seen from traffic volume increasing on some major roads in Surakarta. At peak hour, traffic in Surakarta is dominated by motorcycle. According to Police Traffic Unit of Surakarta data, the highest ranked accident by the type of mode of transportation is a mo-torcycle and the highest accident victims in the productive age which is 16-30 years. By education level, the highest number of traffic violations conducted by the level of high school education. Based on this condition it is necessary to do research on the characteristics of high school students who use motorcycles. The focus of this research is to determine high school student understanding of the road markings meaning and traffic regulations. This study uses a questionnaire tools that have previously been tested for validity and reliability. Research sample is high school student of Batik 2 Surakarta with a total sample of 140 respondents.The results showed that the level understanding to road markings obtained 78 respondents are very understand, 51 respondents including category of understand and as many as 11 respondents do not understand. The results showed that the level understanding to road markings obtained 78 respondents are very understand, 51 respondents including category of understand and as many as 11 respondents do not understand. While the results of the discussion on the understanding of traffic regulations showed the respondents level of understanding with the three classifications which is very understand there were 121 respondents, 19 respondents are understand classification and classification do not understand as much as 0 respondents.

Abstract

Nowadays there are some problems caused from the cost overruns that impact to losses in the implementation of road construction project. The cost overruns is very depends on several factors, both internal and external factors of the project. Thus, a high level of expertise, knowledge, and experience is needed to estimate costs from project costs to cash flow management during the implementation phase. This is done so that, in the future there will be no cost overrun that can disserve the contractors. The data that obtained from questionnaires are grouped and arranged based on thing that will be examined, to simplify and accelerate the research process. Furthermore, the data that has been grouped is processed using the SPSS program to test its feasibility as seen from the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and multiple linear regression test. The results of the analysis show that the dominant factors of cost overruns on road construction projects in Solo for the fiscal year 2017-2018 is the implementation time factor (X8).

Abstract

Surakarta has several locations prone to congestion due to at grade highway-railway crossing, one of which is in the Manahan area. The solution made by the government to overcome this problem was to build the Fly Over. Nevertheless, this condition affects the surrounding traffic condition, such as on Slamet Riyadi Street. This study aims to determine the characteristics of the traffic, and the existing performance of the road, then to compare it with the previous road performance. The primary data used are the existing condition of geometric, side frictions, volume and travel time which is then analyzed using IHCM 1997. The results show that ??during morning peak hour is obtained a volume of 1827.7 pcu per hour with the averages speed is 38.25 km per hour. The road performance expressed by the degree of saturation is obtained at 0.38. This value is smaller than before the change. This shows that the performance after the Fly Over is better than before. Nevertheless, both performances are still categorized in good condition.

Abstract

Rumah Sakit Karima Utama Surakarta adalah Rumah Sakit Khusus Bedah yang termasuk dalam Rumah Sakit dengan Tipe C untuk melayani kebutuhan medis masyarakat setempat. Fasilitas tersebut harus  memiliki fasilitas parkir yang cukup luas. Karena rumah sakit umumnya memiliki tempat parkir yang terbatas, sebagian bahu jalan diubah menjadi tempat parkir. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik parkir dan perlu diperhatikan dalam pengelolaan ruang parkir. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa waktu masuk/keluar masing-masing kendaraan, diperoleh dalam format tabel dari server parkir rumah sakit mulai pukul 07.00 sd 19 18 dan  20 Januari 2020, 12 jam sehari. 00 WIB. Analisis didasarkan pada pedoman Direktur Perhubungan Darat 1998, termasuk akumulasi tempat parkir, pengindeksan tempat parkir, jam parkir, volume tempat parkir, roaming tempat parkir, dan permintaan tempat parkir. Menurut analisis hari Senin, kumulatif harian tertinggi adalah 132/15 menit dengan mobil dan 253/15 menit dengan sepeda motor. Rata-rata jumlah mobil per hari adalah 239/12 jam dengan mobil dan 540,5/12 jam dengan sepeda motor.. Indeks parkir tertinggi mobil penumpang sebesar 110.00% dan sepeda motor 110,48% dengan rata rata durasi  parkir harian untuk mobil penumpang adalah 197,86 menit dan untuk sepeda motor 156,84 menit. Tingkat turnover parkir mobil penumpang dan sepeda motor  tertinggi terjadi sebesar 2,45 dan sepeda motor sebesar 3,14.

Abstract

Rumah Sakit Universitas Sebelas Maret merupakan rumah sakit umum milik pemerintah daerah yang merupakan fasilitas umum yang sangat dibutuhkan keberadaannya oleh masyarakat sekitarnya. Rumah Sakit Universitas Sebelas Maret dengan tipe pelayanan A,B dan C yang mempunyai misi menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan yang proffesional, efisien, efektif, memberikan kepuasan pelanggan, menjunjung tinggi kode etik kedokteran, sebagai tempat pendidikan, pelatihan dan pengembangan tenaga kesehatan dalam rangka meningkatkan derajat kesehatan. Dengan banyaknya pelayanan dan fasilitas tersebut tentunya harus di iringi dengan sarana parkir yang tentunya memadai. Rumah Sakit Universitas Sebelas Maret memiliki fasilitas parkir yang terbatas sehingga sebagian bahu jalan dialihfungsikan sebagai tempat parkir, berdasarkan kondisi tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karateristik dan kebutuhan parkirnya serta dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan pengelolaan parkir di Rumah Sakit Universitas Sebelas Maret. Pada penelitianini dilakukan pengambilan data sekunder dari server parkir selama dua hari, setiap harinya 12 jam yaitu pukul (07.00 – 19.00 ). Data durasi parkir yang didapat kemudian dianalisis berdasarkan pedoman Dirjen Perhubungan Darat (1998) yang antara lain meliputi akumulasi parkir, indeks parkir, durasi parkir, volume parkir, turnover parkir dan kebutuhan ruang parkirnya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis di dapatkan hasil penelitian berupa akumulasi maksimum harian tertinggi untuk mobil penumpang terjadi pada hari senin sebesar 94 kendaraan/15 menit, dan untuk sepeda motor terjadi pada hari senin sebesar 292 kendaraan/15 menit. Rata rata volume harian untuk mobil penumpag 228 kendaraan/12 jam dan untuk sepeda motor 660 kendaraan/12 jam, kemudian didapatkan indeks parkir tertinggi untuk mobil penumpang sebesar 160% dan untuk sepeda motor 109.77% dengan rata rata durasi parkir harian untuk mobil penumpang adalah 145.62 menit dan untuk sepeda motor 207.51 menit. Tingkat turnover parkir mobil penumpang tertinggi terjadi pada hari Senin 4 Februari 2019 yaitu sebesar 3.68 dan untuk sepeda motor terjadi pada hari Senin 4 Februari 2019 yaitu sebesar 3.32. Besarnya kebutuhan parkir secara teoritis untuk mobil penumpang (off street) adalah 82 SRP dengan SRP yang tersedia sebanyak 80, sehingga belum memenuhi standar kebutuhan. Besarnya kebutuhan parkir secara teoritis untuk sepeda motor adalah 273 SRP dengan SRP yang tersedia sebanyak 266 sehingga belum memenuhi standar.
