Abstract

There is an indication of the low employee morale as indicated by the increasing of employee absenteeism at PT. Angkasa Pura Support (Logistic Department). The company will always have to keep employee morale high to indirectly achieve the company goals. The population of this research is PT. Angkasa Pura Support employees (Logistic Department). The sample amount of this research is 50 respondents, while research method uses random sampling method. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis to test the effect of salary variable, job condition, job safety and promotion to employee morale at PT. Angkasa Pura Support (Logistic Department) Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar Airport. The test result showed that t test is 2.110 > t table in 95% confidence interval (α = 5%) and DF = 50, which is 2.009. This means that t count > t table, 2.110 > 2.009, shows that the effect of the promotion variable (X4) to the employee moral of PT. Angkasa Pura Support employee (Y) is positive and significant.

Abstract

The population in this study were all employees of PT. Dawn Makasar Television. While the samples used in this study were 58 respondents, and to test the hypothesis, researchers used descriptive analysis methods and simple regression analysis. Descriptive analysis is used to view and explain respondents' responses and improve employee performance. Indicators used for competency variables include work spirit, development, education level, work productivity, achievements and awards And the indicators used for performance variables are the quality of work, quantity of work, and timeliness of PT employees. The results of this study showed that there is an influence between human resource competency variables on performance variables where conducted t test with t calculated test results = 13.11 and t table 1.672 for a significant level of 0.05 means t calculate t table with dk = 58 - 2 = 56. This means the hypothesis in this study which states that there is an influence of human resource competence on the performance of PT employees. Abstract

PT PLN (Persero) in terms of career planning strategy allows the organization to develop and place its employees in a position that suits their interests, needs and career goals. PT PLN (Persero) in the management of human resources career is very attentive to the career development of its employees. the research was carried out at the office of PT PLN (Persero) Sulselrabar Load Management Unit, Jln Letjend Hertasning Makassar. the sample taken in this study was 55 people. From the calculation of regression coefficients obtained that the influence of career development variables have a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Office of PT PLN (persero) Makassar Sulselrabar Load Management Unit. The regression equation is as follows: Y= 0.969+ 0.604 X. T calculated value obtained and significant level on the table of 0.000 which means 0.0000.05 then Ho rejected and Ha received means that career development can affect the performance of employees in the office of PT PLN (Persero) Makassar Sulselrabar Load Management Unit at the standard level of its coefficient of 0.730 or 73%.                                                                                                                                                                Keywords: Development, Career, Performance, PLN

Abstract

Application by the village apparatus of Laguruda Village, Sanrobone District, Takalar Regency. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, because the data generated in this study are in the form of written or spoken words. The key informant of the research was the Head of Laguruda Village, Sanrobone District, Takalar Regency. Supporting informants consist of the Village Secretary, the Head of Government and the Head of Services, the Head of Welfare, the Head of Finance, the Head of Planning and the Head of Administration and General Affairs. Collecting data using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was determined using the source triangulation technique.The results of the study show the following: (1)data processing tasks which include transmitting data, storing data and displaying data have not been running well because village officials have not optimized the use of existing technology (2)the use of technology in facilitating administrative work is not optimal due to limited expertise the use of computer applications (3)the use of Application Technology in developing the capability of Village apparatus is still not being realized (4)the use of Application Technology in supporting and improving the quality of work is still low (5)the use of Application Technology in improving the quality and quantity of public services has not increased due to limitations in operating computers and knowledge of computer applications (6)the use of Technology in encouraging village progress is still low because it has not utilized Application Technology properly and correctly. This can be seen from the large number of village administration jobs that are maximal and often experience delays. Keywords: utilization, application technology, village apparatus

Abstract

The problem of this research is whether there is influence of compensation with indicator of giving service mark, health insurance, overtime allowance, giving of facility right, giving of charter of awards and giving praise to employee performance at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Makassar Container Terminal Branch? Data collection techniques in this study using observations and questionnaires. While the data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. And the results showed that compensation on employees of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Makassar Container Terminal Branch has an influence on employee performance. And from the data processing SPSS 21, obtained a simple regression equation Y = 0.198 0.995 X. Keywords: Compensation, Employee Performance

Abstract

The element of need is an internal condition that causes results to appear attractive. An unsatisfied need creates a tension that stimulates the impulse within the individual. Employee coaching is one of the priority assets of the company. This study uses a Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. PLS is a component or variant based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) equation model, the result is the residual variance of the dependent variable.The samples proposed in this study were 35 respondents to test the operational hypothesis by using the t test statistic, at the level of a = 10%, so that the resulting decision: Rejecting Ho if t t table, means that the model is significant and there is a relationship effect. Accept Ho if t count t table, it means that the model is significant and there is no relationship. Rejecting Ho if t count t table, it means that the model is significant and there is an effect. Receiving Ho if t count t table, it means that the model is significant and there is no relationship effect.Work motivation variables, work environment and work culture have an influence of 76.1% (R square value of 0.761%) so there are still 21.8% of other variables that influence job satisfaction apart from the variables examined in this study.Keywords: Motivation, Work Environment, Organizational Culture and Employee Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstrak. Mitra Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah Ibu-ibu Lansia dan Ibu-ibu PKK di desa Bontokoraang Kecamatan Bontomanai Kabupaten Selayar. Masalah yang dihadapi mitra adalah: (1) Mitra belum memiliki pengetahuan tentang pembuatan krupuk nasi ikan tanpa jemur, (2) Mitra belum memiliki jiwa kewirausahaan. PKM ini bertujuan; (1) Untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada ibu-ibu membuat kerupuk nasi ikan tanpa jemur; (2) Memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada ibu-ibu dan keluarganya agar memiliki jiwa kewirausahaan dan dapat mengoperasikan teknologi berbasis sosial media dalam memasarkan hasil produksinya. Metode yang digunakan dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yakni dengan pendekatan Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) dan Community Empowerment (CE), dengan metode pelatihan dan kerja praktik, dan pendampingan. Hasil yang dicapai adalah (1) Mitra memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pengolahan/pembuatan krupuk nasi ikan tanpa jemur. (2) Mitra memiliki jiwa kewirausahaan, sehingga termotivasi untuk berwirausaha kerupuk nasi ikan tanpa jemur. Keywords: Training, Entrepreneur

Abstract

Keindahan alam yang ditawarkan oleh desa Bonea Timur sungguh sangat memanjakan mata, sepanjang jalan disuguhkan dengan pemandangan pohon kelapa yang menjulang tinggi, udara yang sejuk serta aroma cengkeh dan pala yang terhirup menegaskan bahwa desa Bonea Timur adalah desa dengan penghasil rempah-rempah di Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar. Adapun masalah yang terlihat dari desa Bonea Timur mengenai hasil alam berupa : (1) dimana kelapa yang begitu banyak di daerah tersebut sehingga banyak yang hanya terbuang sia-sia atau membusuk karena tidak diolah. (2) masih kurangnya keterampilan masyarakat mengenai cara mengolah kelapa yang memiliki manfaat dan memiliki nilai jual. (3) adanya keinginan masyarakat yang ingin meningkatkan keterampilan. Dari masalah tersebut, sehingga tim pengabdi ingin mengolah kelapa menjadi sebuah produk yang bermanfaat buat masyarakat dan memiliki nilai jual sehingga dibuatlah pengabdian dalam rangka meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat melalui pembuatan sabun minyak kelapa di desa Bonea Timur, Kecamatan Bontomanai, Kabupaten Kepualauna Selayar. Adapun tujuan diadakannya pengabdian ini adalah : (1) agar hasil alam khususnya kelapa  di desa Bonea Timur dapat dimanfaatkan dengan baik. (2) agar dapat meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat (3) mewujudkan impian masyarakat Bonea Timur agar lebih meningkatkan keterampilan mereka. Adapun sasaran peningkatan keterampilan ini adalah seluruh masayarakat Bonea Timur. Adapun Metode pembuatan yang digunakan adalah Saponifikasi yakni reaksi hidrolis asam leamk oleh adanya basa kuat. Adapun hasilnya adalah menghasilkan sabun mandi dengan varian aroma dan nantinya akan dapat dijual ke masyarakat umum.

Abstract

DipiIihnya Dinas Pekerjaan umum Kabupaten Takalar sebagai objek penelitian Karena seringkaIi kepuasan kerja sebagai predikator kinerja tidak memperoIeh porsi yang wajar dan bahkan dicenderung di marjinaIkan. MasaIah kepuasan kerja dibiarkan begitu saja, tanpa pembinaan dan pengoIaan. Akibatnya, banyak pegawai yang Iemah kepuasan kerja. MasaIah kepuasan kerja yang yang terjadi adalah para pegawai merasakan suasana kerja disana kurang kondusif membuat pegawai kurang nyaman dalam bekerja dan juga kebanyakan disana pengambilan-pengambilan keputusan itu bepusat pada satu pimpinan saja para pegawai tidak diberikan kesempatan untuk membuat keputusan-keputusan yang strategis. HaI ini tentunya berdampak negatif pada kinerja pegawai tersebut dan juga berdampak negatif terhadap organisasi. Adapun tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran kepuasan kerja sebagai prediktor utama dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Takalar. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini melalui pembagian kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 48 orang pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Takalar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian t yang menunjukan bahwa kepuasan kerja positif terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Takalar.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Work From Home Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Gowa.Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Gowa. Pengambilan data menggunakan total sampling didistribusikan kepada 41 responden.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS statistik 26.0 for windows. Maka persamaan regresi linear sederhana dapat dirumuskan sebagai berikut : Y = 17,656 + 0,929 X. Besarnya pengaruh variabel Work Frome Home berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah 8.565 dengan nilai signifikan yaitu sebesar 0,000.
