Abstract

Kisaran suhu cenderung sama dengan suhu udara sekitar perairan yaitu 26-31 ºC, tingkat kecerahan 7-40 %, TSS 32-161 mg/L, TDS 41-278 mg/L, DHL 18-238 µS/cm, kecepatan arus 6-13 cm/detik, DO 5,90-12,35 mg/L, BOD 0,47- 5,42 mg/L, COD ttd- 14,5 mg/L, pH 4,85-6,95, dan lemak 211-289 mg/L.

Abstract

Abstract

ABSTRACT During the COVID-19 pandemic, social restrictions were imposed in Indonesia, thus making all activities recommended from home, including teaching and learning activities in schools. But in some areas face-to-face learning has begun to be disseminated, so it is necessary to conduct a review to determine school readiness including sanitation facilities, and implementation of health protocols. Sampling was done by simple random sampling consisting of 326 teachers from 56 elementary schools in 10 sub-districts in the city of Palembang. data analysis was univariate, namely maintaining distance, washing hands with soap, and using masks, while the variables for sanitation facilities are facilities for washing hands with soap, waste disposal facilities, waste water disposal facilities, clean water, and toilets. It was found that 38.4% of teachers have not been disciplined in washing their hands with soap, 20.7% have not kept their distance in their activities and 47.2% have not been disciplined in using masks. As many as 55.4% of schools do not have adequate hand washing facilities with soap, around 80% of facilities for garbage disposal and water disposal are not standardized. As many as 21.4% of schools that do not have access to clean water according to standards, and the cleanliness of toilets that are not clean is 37.5%. School readiness must be worth 100% of all aspects to ensure the prevention of the transmission of the COVID-19 virus. The provision of sanitation facilities needs to be carried out by schools to the maximum, so that local government support is needed. Keywords: Sanitation, health protocols, primary school, COVID-19 ABSTRAK Pada masa pandemi COVID-19 pembatasan sosial diberlakukan di Indonesia, sehingga membuat semua kegiatan dianjurkan dari rumah, termasuk kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah.

Abstract

Information on the diversity of dragonfly in the University area is still not much. Reduced areas that support the growth and development of dragonfly species are thought to have an impact on the decline of the population and the diversity of these species. The purpose of this study identified and analyzed the diversity of dragonfly species. Dragonfly are collected through direct capture and using sticky traps, then visual observations are made for identification. Environmental conditions in the area of Sriwijaya University Campus is still good, with the visibility of environmental parameters in the form of DO, BOD and COD still meet environmental quality standards so that dragonflies are still able to lay eggs to keep their generation. Sriwijaya University campus found 19 species of Odonata belonging to 5 families and 2 sub-ordo, with the value of species diversity index of 2.05 and moderate

(Eds.), Prosiding Seminar Nasional Lahan Suboptimal 2019, Palembang 4-5 September 2019. pp. 211-220. Palembang: Unsri Press.Mosquitoes have a beneficial role for the ecosystem, such as food chain and its role is detrimental to its host as a vector. An appropriate morphology identification can be useful to determine the character and number of species to provide an overview of diversity in some areas as an effort in preventing and controlling the distribution of mosquitoes in the areas or geography. This study aims to identify the types of mosquitoes and to determine the distribution pattern or distribution of mosquito species based on adult mosquitos’ morphology in the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Sriwijaya University Campus, Indralaya. This research has conducted from January until March 2019 at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Sriwijaya University Campus, Indralaya and identification is done at Entomology Laboratory, Baturaja Health Research and Development Center, South Sumatra. The  Human Landing Collection technique is used to catch mosquitoes that land on the collector’s body. The collector is left in an open space for 12 hour  (06.00 pm until 06.00 am) with 40 minutes catch interval and  rest for 10 minute. This research was carried out with several steps, start from sampling, capturing and collecting species, mosquito preservation (pinning), mosquito identification, and data analysis.  The results are presented in table form by analysis of Shannon-Weinner. The results showed there are species such as Armigeres subalbatus,  Aedes albopictus, Mansonia annulata, Anopheles letifer, Culex vishnui, Culex gellidus, Culex quinquefasciatus, and Culex tritaeniorhynchus.  Then the value of diversity (H ') is obtained at each location from the highest to the lowest sequentially from 3,2,4, and 1 location with values of 0.95, 0.90, 0.82, and 0.34 which symbolized as H' < 1, shows that the diversity of species in a community is low. Keywords: characteristic, distribution  pattern, human landing collection, identification, pinning

Abstract

There are still many food products that do not have a P-IRT or a food production permit for household industries. This is influenced by the lack of knowledge of the procedure for obtaining a P-IRT certificate by industry players. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between knowledge and acceptance of the importance of distribution permits for Pempek SMEs in Palembang City. This research method uses descriptive-analytic through cross-sectional design. The population in this study is Pempek SMEs. The sampling technique is a total sampling of 30 business actors. The results of the study showed that as many as (60.0%) received distribution permits from business actors, and the results of the analysis showed that there was a relationship between business actors' support and the acceptance of the importance of distribution permits for Pempek SMEs in Palembang City (p = 0.021 < 0.05, OR = 10,000). Based on the results above, it is concluded that business actors do not support the importance of distribution permits for pempek business actors in Palembang City, so it is suggested that all business actors raise more awareness regarding the issuance process of distribution permits so that their businesses can develop and the goods marketed and consumed by consumers are guaranteed cleanliness and health and do not interfere with public health.
