Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of students' reading comprehension in recount texts through Picture Stories in SMA NOMMENSEN to determine the factors that influence the improvement of students' reading comprehension of recount texts in SMA NOMMENSEN. This study analyzes the average score of each test to determine the improvement of students' reading comprehension in recount texts after the activity (action) is carried out. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of picture stories can improve students' reading comprehension. There is an improvement in the average score of students from the text. This can be seen from the results of the average score of students in test cycle 1 70. Increased to 80.61 in test cycle II. It can be concluded that researchers choose picture stories to understand texts as one of the media to improve teaching and learning to read recount texts.

Abstract

Pelayanan kesehatan adalah salah satu bentuk pelayanan yang sangat penting dikalangan masyarakat. Setiap upaya pelayanan kesehatan yang diselenggarakan sendiri atau secara bersama-sama dalam satu organisasi untuk memelihara dan meningkatkan kesehatan, mencegah penyakit dan penyembuhan serta pemulihan kesehatan perseorangan, keluarga, kelompok, maupun masyarakat. untuk mengetahui faktor yang memengaruhi peningkatan BOR terhadap kualitas pelayanan di Rumah Sakit Umum Sundari. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Lokasi penelitian di RSU Sundari Medan. Populasi pasien rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Umum Sundari Medan dan sampel sebanyak 50 orang. Menunjukkan bahwa variabel responsiveness (daya tanggap) memiliki nilai p=0,0000,05, reliability (reliabilitas) p=0,0000,05, assurance (jaminan) p=0,0010,05, emphaty (empati) p=0,0000,05, dan tangible (bukti fisik) p=0,0000,05. ada hubungan responsiveness (daya tanggap), reliability (reliabilitas), assurance (jaminan), emphaty (empati) dan tangible (bukti fisik dengan kualitas pelayanan di RSU Sundari Medan dengan p sig 0,05. Disarankan agar petugas kesehatan lebih sigap dalam menanggapi keluhan pasien dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang akan diberikan.
