Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, the influence of motivation on employee performance, the influence of the work environment on employee performance and the influence of organizational culture, motivation and work environment on employee performance at the Bank Indonesia representative office Gorontalo.The population that is used as the research target is the parties related to the employee's performance as many as 42 people, and all of them become respondents using multiple linear regression analysis models.Based on the results of statistical analysis through the SPSS Program, it shows that together the three independent variables, namely: organizational culture, motivation and work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance While partially it is found that the work environment has a dominant significant influence on employee performance at the Bank Indonesia representative office Gorontalo.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work competence, work motivation, work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Gorontalo City PUPR Office. The total population sampled in this study was 80 with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The research instrument used in this study is in the form of a liktert scale. The results showed that the influence of competence, motivation, work environment and job satisfaction combined on performance was 27.8%. The remaining 72.2 (100% - 27.8%) was influenced by other factors. In other words, the variability of performance that can be explained using variables of competence, motivation, work environment and job satisfaction is 27.8%. It was concluded that simultaneously competence, work motivation and job satisfaction together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Gorontalo City Public Works and Spatial Planning Office.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, work competence, education level, work motivation and understanding of good governance on the performance of individual employees of the Pohuwato District Inspectorate. The data collection method used in this study was to distribute questionnaires which were measured using a Likert scale. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis with multiple linear regression models. The results showed that (1) emotional intelligence has a significant positive effect on performance. (2) Work competence has no effect on performance (3) Education level has no effect on performance. (4) Work motivation has a positive effect on performance. (5) The understanding of good governance has no effect on the performance of the Pohuwato Regency Inspectorate Work Unit Employees.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the Influence of Recruitment, Placement, and Personnel Maintenance on the Performance of Police Members in the Gorontalo Regional Police. This study is an associative research with a quantitative approach. Data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. Sampling was done by census involving the entire population as research samples. The results showed that partially recruitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of police members in the Gorontalo Regional Police, placement has a positive and significant effect on the performance of police members in the Gorontalo Regional Police, personnel maintenance has a positive but not significant effect on the performance of police members in the Gorontalo Regional Police simultaneously recruitment, placement, and personnel maintenance have a positive and significant effect on the performance of police members in the Gorontalo Regional Police.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of trust, ease of use, and information quality on the decision to use online hydrological data at the Sulawesi II River Basin Agency. The sampling method was carried out through accidental sampling at the Sulawesi II River Basin Agency office in Gorontalo. Multiple linear regression analysis indicates that ease of use and trust insignificantly affect the decision to use hydrological data, while information quality has a significant positive influence. These results underscore the importance of information quality in influencing decisions regarding the use of online public services.

Abstract

The research objective of this community service is to undertake the rehabilitation, cultivation, seedling provision, planting, maintenance, and replanting of mangroves in the development program for the independent village area. The service is carried out through various stages, starting with monitoring and surveying of locations related to mangrove seedling, planting, and maintenance processes supported by PT Vale Indonesia Tbk. The results of this community service are reflected in the planting and maintenance of mangroves in coastal areas which is important in preserving ecosystems that are easily damaged. Planning is based on field surveys at carefully selected locations, prioritizing the preservation of rural areas. The fishing community plays a role in the seeding, planting and maintenance process which is supported by the village government and the company. Planting is adjusted to environmental conditions, with various types of mangroves for certain zones. The maintenance program involves empowered groups of fishermen, focusing on optimal growth and sustainability of the ecosystem. Maintenance steps include replanting, fencing and managing wild vegetation. Thus, planned and sustainable mangrove planting and maintenance involves community participation to protect coastal ecosystems from damage. === Tujuan penelitian dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ialah untuk melakukan proses perencanaan, pembibitan dan pengadaan bibit, penananam, pemeliharaan, serta penyulaman mangrove dalam program pengembangan kawasan desa mandiri. Pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan berbagai tahapan, yaitu dimulai dari pemantauan dan survei terhadap lokasi terkait dengan proses pembibitan, penanaman, dan pemeliharaan mangrove yang didukung oleh PT Vale Indonesia Tbk. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini tecermin pada penanaman dan pemeliharaan mangrove di wilayah pesisir menjadi penting dalam pelestarian ekosistem yang mudah mengalami kerusakan. Perencanaan berdasarkan survei lapangan pada lokasi yang dipilih dengan hati-hati memprioritaskan pelestarian wilayah perdesaan. Masyarakat nelayan berperan dalam proses pembibitan, penanaman, dan pemeliharaan yang didukung oleh pemerintah desa dan perusahaan. Penanaman disesuaikan dengan kondisi lingkungan, dengan berbagai jenis mangrove untuk zona tertentu. Program pemeliharaan melibatkan kelompok nelayan yang diberdayakan serta fokus pada pertumbuhan optimal dan keberlanjutan ekosistem. Langkah-langkah pemeliharaan meliputi penyulaman, pemagaran, dan pengelolaan vegetasi liar. Dengan demikian, penanaman dan pemeliharaan mangrove yang terencana dan berkelanjutan melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat untuk melindungi ekosistem pesisir dari kerusakan.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to analyze the effects of the work environment, supervision, and compensation on employee performance, with work discipline as an intervening variable, at the Religious Courts in Gorontalo Province. This research employed a census sampling method, involving 120 respondents, and used path analysis for data evaluation. The results of the path analysis show that the work environment can enhance performance through work discipline, whereas supervision does not have a significant indirect effect on performance through work discipline, indicating that work discipline does not mediate the relationship between supervision and employee performance. Conversely, compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance through work discipline, indicating that fair compensation, supported by high work discipline, can further improve employee performance. These findings emphasize the importance of creating a conducive work environment, providing fair compensation, and implementing effective supervision to enhance discipline and performance among employees in the Religious Courts of Gorontalo Province.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, keterikatan emosional dan harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan baru pada PERUMDAM Muara Tirta Gorontalo. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang bersumber dari pengisian kuisioner. Populasi penelitian adalah berjumlah 75 orang responden dengan menggunakan metode insidental. Tehnik analisis yang digunakan untuk menjawab masalah penelitian dan menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS). Temuan penelitian ini adalah (1) kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, (2) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, (3) keterikatan emosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, (4) harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas kepemimpinan, dukungan organisasi, kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada Biro SDM Polda Gorontalo. Populasi penelitian adalah berjumlah 119 orang responden dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Tehnik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (Path Analisyss) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Statistical Product Service Solution (SPSS) dan Lisrel untuk menganalisis data. Temuan penelitian ini adalah (1) kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja, (2) dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja, (3) kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja, (4) kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap motivasi kerja.
