Abstract

This research focuses on using social media (Twitter) as a medium for public transportation services (Bus Rapid Transit - BRT) in Semarang and Jakarta.This study uses Nvivo 12 Plus as a tool in qualitative research methods. The results of this study answer that the function regarding Twitter accounts of BRT in Semarang and Jakarta has several differences. The difference is based on information integration services, interaction information and transparency, and adaptive and responsive information services. In conclusion, the information integration on Twitter accounts of BRT in Semarang and Jakarta services works well, but a more dominant function is found in BRT in Jakarta. The Twitter account of BRT in Jakarta provides more information on transportation routes, such as the number of routes and fleets. BRT in Jakarta is a responsive account, responding to questions or mentions given by itsusers. The high level of activity makes the BRT Jakarta account more active. Moreover, the form of information conveyed by the Twitter account of BRT Semarang has its characteristics because it shows more the character of the region (Central Java)

Abstract

Introduction. This study aims to determine the organizational culture in the National Library of Indonesia (NLI) based on several aspects including clan (human resource management), adhocracy (innovation organization), market (adaptation and strategic organization), and hierarchy (coordination and organizational structure). Research Methods. This study used a quantitative approach of Competing Values ​​Framework (CVF) developed by Cameron & Quinn (2011) to obtain data scores and the average of each aspect of organizational culture. Data Analysis. Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) is an organizational culture assessment instrument by using statements/questions relating to the six subsystems, namely organizational culture dominant characters, leadership, human resource management, internal solidarity, strategic management and organizational success criteria. The data was analysed by using SPSS with Pearson Correlation formula. Results and Discussion. We found that organizational culture of the National Library is cultural hierarchy. Conclusion and Recommendations. Organization culture of the (NLI) shows the cultural hierarchy. The cultural hierarchy is maintained as part of the working principles of the organization.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Open Government in Indonesia and the Philippines, where the two countries were part of the founders of the Declaration of Open Government from Southeast Asian countries. In the era of all-technology, the demand for improving the quality of government services is very much needed, given the existence of information technology that can be adopted in governance. So that the request for easy public access in supervising the performance of the Government as well as to combat acts of corruption committed by the Government is an obligation that the Government must fulfill. This writing uses a literature review from 329 journals. These journals were obtained from Scopus, then downloaded in RIS format. After that, the RIS file is processed in the Vosviewer software. The results of the Vosviewer become a reference in analyzing the data presented regarding Open Government. The results of this study indicate that responding to Open Government requires government data that is transparent, democratic, and the participation of citizens to control and monitor whether the state has implemented open data or not.

Abstract

The first round of simultaneous elections in 2015 included 269 regions. South Buru Regency participated in organizing the democratic party. South Buru regency elections that ended the conflict were followed by two candidate pairs Rivai Fatsey, S. STP., MPA & Drs. Anthonius Lesnusa, MM (HIKMAT) and Tagop Sudarsono Soulisa, SH., MT & Ayub Seleky, SH., MH (TOP-BU). Conflict resolution involves both HIKMAT and TOP-BU voters who are involved in the conflict with government institutionalization and local wisdom, the local kerafina approach with the aim of eliminating the politicization of customary law so that potential conflicts do not reappear. Another approach used is a familial approach in order to eliminate judgment, on the other hand, support from the government by accommodating the demands of both parties. Through the tradition of local equality and innervation, this conflict can be resolved or by using positive peace, the institutionalization of these values can influence the behavior of both parties so as not to create new conflicts. The meeting point of this conflict was the return of conflict victims and the return of non-permanent employees.Keywords: Simultaneous Local Election, Political Conflict, Democrative Conflict Governance

Abstract

This paper's purpose for this study is to provide an overview related to the partnership or the cooperation between the government and the private sector, specifically the manager of the industry and the community in the environmental management of the industrial area in Gresik and Sidoarjo Regency. This research used a qualitative approach to analyze the data, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. This study revealed that the environment's management in a sustainable manner should be supported by stakeholders, the government, the community, and the private sectors. Also, this research attends to instill a sense of environmental concern in the entire party. Collaborative urban governance sustainabilitycan not be separated from the leader's success in embracing the related parties and using existing industry resources. The stakeholder determines the success of managing the industrial area in the Gresik and Sidoarjo Regency, government, public, and private parties through a Collaborative Urban Governance model.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran kemitraan atau kerjasama antara pemerintah dengan pihak swasta, khususnya pengelola industri dan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan lingkungan kawasan industri di Kabupaten Gresik dan Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk menganalisis data, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan angket. Studi ini mengungkapkan bahwa pengelolaan lingkungan secara berkelanjutan harus didukung oleh pemangku kepentingan, pemerintah, masyarakat, dan pihak swasta. Selain itu, penelitian ini hadir untuk menanamkan rasa kepedulian lingkungan pada seluruh pihak. Keberlanjutan Collaborative Urban Governance tidak lepas dari keberhasilan pimpinan dalam merangkul pihak terkait dan menggunakan sumber daya industri yang ada. Keberhasilan pengelolaan kawasan industri di Kabupaten Gresik dan Sidoarjo ditentukan oleh keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan, pemerintah, publik, dan swasta melalui model Collaborative Urban Governance.

Abstract

This paper utilizes NVivo 12 Plus, a type of qualitative data analysis software, for qualitative document content analysis as a means of understanding informal fiscal policymaking practices, including bribery, corruption, collusion, lobbying, negotiation, and transactional politics. Use of NVivo 12 Plus for qualitative document content analysis facilitated the management, analysis, and visualization of data on informal fiscal policymaking. More specifically, qualitative content analysis of decisions of the Supreme Court of Indonesia revealed that informal fiscal policymaking in Malang City, Malang Regency, and Batu City, Indonesia, involved the practices of bribery, corruption, collusion, lobbying, negotiation, and transactional politics between regional leaders, bureaucrats, private actors, and political brokers. This paper contributes a qualitative research design that can be used to explain informal practices in fiscal policymaking and budget management.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the factors that drive the Jakarta BRT public transportation to be of interest. This research method uses qualitative methods, data sources in this study include (satudatajakarta.com), (transjakarta.com) and (opendata.com), this study also uses the qualitative data analysis software (QDSA) NVivo 12 plus method. The results of this study answer the increase in the number of TransJakarta users driven by the number of modern infrastructure and integrated transportation systems. Management of information through social media, websites, and applications encourages the quality of TransJakarta services, trans-Jakarta users can access information quickly about location and information on Transjakarta. Abstract

Jatuhnya pesawat Sriwijaya Air 182, jurnalisme optimis, jurnalisme air mata serta perlombaan dalam menyampaikan sebuah berita secara cepat dalam media online menjadi pijakan sekaligus pemantik awal penelitian ini dilakukan. Pintu masuk dari penelitian ini adalah memahami dua konsep penting yaitu jurnalisme optimis dan air mata. Jurnalisme optimis arahnya tidak mengeksploitasi penderitaan korban bencana, mengedepankan sensitivitas pada penderitaan korban bencana, informasi mitigasi bencana diperhatikan dengan baik, fungsi edukasi media menjadi aspek utama, optimisme pada korban menjadi perspektif utama. Sedangkan jurnalisme air mata dekat dengan mengeksploitasi penderitaan korban bencana, tidak memiliki sensitivitas pada penderitaan korban bencana, informasi mitigasi bencana kurang diperhatikan, fungsi edukasi media kurang, mencampurkan mitos dengan berita tidak mengedepankan optimisme pada korban. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjawab terkait posisi jurnalisme optimis dan jurnalisme air mata dalam pemberitaan media online di Indonesia ketika kasus jatuhnya Sriwijaya Air di awal tahun 2021. Media online yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah detik dan okezone. Menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan analisis media steps coding conten, dan menggunakan Nvivo sebagai alat analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pertemuan jurnalisme optimis dengan jurnalisme air mata dalam berita-berita tentang jatuhnya pesawat Sriwijaya Air di okezone dan detik lebih mengutamakan eksploitasi penderitaan korban dan dramatisasi sedangkan aspek-aspek terkait jurnalisme optimis dan mitigasi bencana persentasenya tergolong kecil. Kemudian hasil penelitian ini juga menemukan pemberitaan-pemberitaan pasca jatuhnya pesawat Sriwijaya Air tersebut mayoritas menggunakan sumber berita dari media sosial.
