Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the local government’s success in its development, especially in the field of sports from the aspect of open space availability, community participation, sport resource, and community fitness level (Sport Development Index). Therefore, an evaluative research approach was employed in this study. The research employed both stratified random sampling and cluster sampling techniques. The population basic characteristics included the differences of regional progress level, gender between male and female, age ranging from children aged 7-12 year old, adolescents aged 13-17 year old, and adults aged 18-40 year old, while the basic cluster characteristics used were district and sub-district or village. The research results showed that the open space index was classified in low category (0.180), human resource index in medium category (0.551), public participation index in medium category (0.572), and physical fitness index in low category (0.488). Simultaneously, the Sport Development Index of Banyumas Regency in 2010 is classified in low category (0.487).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tinggi badan, panjang lengan dan daya tahan otot lengan dengan keterampilan bermain bulutangkis. Metode penelitian ini adalah korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional, jumlah sampel sebanyak 20 mahasiswa. Instrumen penelitian antara lain meteran, tes push up dan tes keterampilan bermain bulutangkis. Analisis data menggunakan uji pearson product moment dan korelasi ganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) terdapat hubungan signifikan antara tinggi badan dan keterampilan bermain dengan koefisien korelasi rx1.y = 0,650 > rtabel = 0,468, (2) terdapat hubungan signifikan antara panjang lengan dan keterampilan bermain dengan koefisien korelasi rx2.y = 0,641 > rtabel = 0,468, (3) terdapat hubungan signifikan antara daya tahan otot lengan dan keterampilan bermain dengan koefisien korelasi rx2.y = 0,611 > rtabel = 0,468, dan (4) terdapat hubungan ketiga variabel dengan keterampilan bermain bulutangkis dengan nilai rx1,x2,.x3,y = 0,498 > rtabel = 0,468, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara ketiga variabel dengan keterampilan bermain bulutangkis

Abstract

Currently traditional games are rarely played by children along with the times, even though several studies mention that traditional games have a very important role in stimulating the gross motor development that is owned by every child. This research aims to create new game products from traditional sport modifications that are appropriate to be used and can potentially develop the gross motor skills of children aged 9-12 years. The research method used is Research and Development (RD) which is carried out by the steps of: 1) Product Design, 2) Validation Phase 1, 3) Design Revision, 4) Second Stage Validation, 5) Trial of Small Scale Products, 6) Product Revision, 7) Final Product. The research sample was 30 students at Widarapayung Wetan State Elementary School 02 grades IV, V, VI. The research instrument was in the form of a questionnaire containing statements validated by experts, then the scores obtained were processed and converted into product evaluation criteria. The results of this study obtained an assessment of game experts by 94% or the category of "Very Good", education experts by 90% or the category of "Very Good" and experts for growth and development by 82% or the category of "Very Good", as well as an assessment of PJOK teachers by 85% or "Very Good" category, so as to get a final score of 91.2% or "Very Good" category, thus it can be stated that the PPS game is very appropriate to be used as a game model that can potentially develop gross motor skills of children aged 9-12 year.AbstrakSaat ini permainan tradisional mulai jarang dimainkan anak-anak seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, padahal beberapa studi menyebutkan bahwa permainan tradisional memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam merangsang perkembangan motorik kasar yang dimiliki oleh setiap anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan produk permainan baru dari modifikasi olahraga tradisional yang layak digunakan dan berpotensi dapat mengembangkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak usia 9 - 12 tahun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (RD) yang dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah: 1) Desain Produk, 2) Validasi Tahap ke-1, 3) Revisi Desain, 4) Validasi Tahap Kedua, 5) Uji Coba Produk Skala Kecil, 6) Revisi Produk, 7) Produk Akhir. Sampel penelitian adalah 30 siswa SD Negeri Widarapayung Wetan 02 kelas IV, V, VI. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket berisi pernyataan yang di validasi oleh ahli, kemudian skor yang diperoleh diolah dan dikonversikan ke dalam kriteria penilaian produk. Hasil penelitian ini memperoleh penilaian dari ahli permainan sebesar 94% atau kategori “Sangat Baik”, ahli pendidikan sebesar 90% atau kategori “Sangat Baik” dan ahli pertumbuhan dan perkembangan sebesar 82% atau kategori “Sangat Baik”, sert penilaian dari guru PJOK sebesar 85% atau kategori “Sangat Baik”, sehingga memperoleh nilai akhir sebesar 91,2% atau kategori “Sangat Baik”, dengan demikian dapat dinyatakan bahwa permainan PPS sangat layak digunakan sebagai model permainan yang berpotensi dapat mengembangkan kemampuan motorik kasar anak usia 9 – 12 tahun.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui korelasi keseimbangan dan kelentukan pergelangan kaki dengan kemampuan shooting siswa peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola SMP Negeri 2 Kembaran Banyumas. Metode penelitian ini adalah korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional, teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 60 siswa. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan meliputi Diagonal Dynamic Balance Test (Roy & Ghosh, 2017) dan kelentukan pergelangan kaki & Shooting (Widiastuti, 2015). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji korelasi pearson product moment dan korelasi ganda. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa tidak ada korelasi antara keseimbangan dengan kemampuan shooting dengan nilai rx1.y = 0,071 < r(0,05)(60) = 0,254, Ada korelasi antara kelentukan pergelangan kaki dengan kemampuan shooting dengan nilai rx2.y = 0,341 > r(0,05)(60) = 0,254, dan  Tidak ada korelasi antara keseimbangan dan kelentukan pergelangan kaki dengan kemampuan shooting dengan nilai rx1,x2,.y = 0,129 < r(0,05)(60) = 0,254, dari hasil tersebut dapat diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa tidak ada korelasi antara keseimbangan dan kelentukan pergelangan kaki dengan kemampuan shooting. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between ankle balance and flexibility and the shooting ability of students participating in soccer extracurricular at SMP Negeri 2 Kembaran Banyumas. This research method is correlational with cross sectional approach, the sampling technique uses purposive sampling with inclusion and exclusion criteria and a sample of 60 students is obtained. The research instruments used include the Diagonal Dynamic Balance Test (Roy & Ghosh, 2017) and ankle elasticity & shooting (Widiastuti, 2015). The data analysis technique used is Pearson product moment correlation test and multiple correlation. From the results of the study note that there is no correlation between balance with shooting ability with a value of rx1.y = 0.071 <r (0.05) (60) = 0.254, there is a correlation between ankle flexibility with shooting ability with a value of rx2.y = 0.341> r (0.05) (60) = 0.254, and there is no correlation between ankle balance and flexibility and shooting ability with rx1, x2, .y = 0.129 <r (0.05) (60) = 0.254, from the results It can be concluded that there is no correlation between balance and ankle flexibility and shooting ability.

Abstract

Olahraga bulutangkis memiliki beberapa teknik pukulan, salah satunya smash yang membutuhkan beberapa komponen fisik sebagai penunjang keberhasilan melakukan pukulan smash. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara power otot tungkai, kekuatan otot lengan, dan koordinasi mata tangan terhadap ketepatan smash bulutangkis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional, bertujuan untuk mencari hubungan antara variabel bebas power otot tungkai, kekuatan otot lengan, dan koordinasi mata tangan terhadap variabel terikat ketepatan smash. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 20 atlet anggota PB Delta Purwokerto. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi sederhana dan regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi hubungan power otot tungkai dengan ketepatan smash sebesar 0,571. Koefisien korelasi kekuatan otot lengan dengan ketepatan smash sebesar 0,735. Koefisien korelasi koordinasi mata tangan dengan ketepatan smash sebesar 0,520. Sedangkan hasil dari f hitung > f tabel (17,364 > 3,49) dengan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,000. Dari hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara power otot tungkai, kekuatan otot lengan, dan koordinasi mata tangan dengan ketepatan smash bulutangkis.Badminton has several hit techniques; one of them is smash which requires several physical components as a support for the success of making a smash. This study was to determine the correlation between leg muscle power, arm muscle strength and hand eye coordination on badminton smashes. This study was a correlational study and the purpose was to find out the correlation between the independent variable of leg muscle power, arm muscle strength and hand eye coordination to the dependent variable smash accuracy. This study had 20 of PB Delta Purwokerto athletes as the subjects. The researcher used product moment correlation test to analyze the data. Based on the data analysis, the correlation coefficient value between the leg muscle power and the accuracy of the smash was 0.571, the correlation coefficient between arm muscle strength and smash accuracy was 0.735, meanwhile between the hand eye coordination and smash accuracy was 0.520. The result of f > table f (17,364 > 3,49) with a probability value of 0,000. The result of the data analysis indicated that there was a significant correlation among leg muscle power, arm muscle strength, and hand eye coordination with the accuracy of badminton smashes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola pengembangan wisata olahraga rumpit bike and adventure di Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui observasi, focus group discusion, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penentuan sampel diperoleh dengan teknik purposive sampling. Uji validitas menggunakan trianggulasi data dan teknik analisa data menggunakan analisa interaktif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) Upaya pengembangan wisata yang dilakukan adalah: a) Pembentukan kelompok kerja, b) Penataan bukit rumpit, c) Menggandeng tokoh pemuda, d) Meluaskan jaringan dengan komunitas, e) Pemanfaatan sosial media, e) Pembuatan spot foto, f) Memberlakukan harga tiket masuk, 2) Faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya adalah: Pendukung: a) Ada tempat spot foto yang terkini b) peminjaman sepeda gratis, c) Ada tempat dengan pemandangan alam yang menarik, d) Potensial untuk pengembangan sepeda “down hill”. Penghambatnya: a) Sumber dana, b) Lokasinya jauh dari sumber air, c) Akses jalan menuju lokasi belum memadai, d) Beberapa area sudah mulai rusak, 3) Potens: Wisata olahraga ini dapat dikembangkan menjadi media pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani karena: a) Pelajar menggunakan sebagai tempat berkemah, b) Digunakan sebagai tempat outbond, c) Mendorong kemandirian pelajar melalui alam, d) menumbuhkan budaya kerjasama. Dengan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pola pengembangan wisata olahraga rumpit bike and adventure terlaksana melalui tiga aspek yaitu upaya pengembangan, faktor penghambat dan pendukung serta potensi pengembangan.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on physical activity behavior globally. The pandemic has forced many people around the world to stay at home and isolate themselves for a certain period of time, this has a negative impact on health, especially physical fitness and mental health for the community in general and members of the MGMP Sub Rayon I Banyumas Regency in particular. Other problems that arise at this time include 1) Lack of knowledge about the importance of exercising during a pandemic, 2) Lack of understanding of the relationship between exercise, physical fitness, and mental health and 3) Lack of understanding of home-based training programs that can be a solution for sports activities in Indonesia. House. The solution to this problem is to conduct workshops related to sports, physical fitness, and mental health. From the results of data analysis, it is known that the significance value of the pretest and posttest is less than 0.05 (sig = 0.02), in other words, there is a significant effect of the workshop held on the knowledge level of the service participants. This is certainly an illustration that a workshop like this can be done to increase knowledge related to other materials.

Abstract

Kurikulum 2013 mengamanatkan pendekatan saintifik untuk mewujudkan cita-cita pendidikan nasional, 5M (Mengamati, Mencoba, Menalar, Menanya, Mengkomunikasikan). Melalui hal itu maka dalam penerapan pembelajaranya harus bisa mengamalkan 5M untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan pendekatan saintifik sudah berjalan dengan baik. Penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan pendekatan saintifik di SMP N 1 Kembaran untuk mengetahui jalannya penerapan pendekatan saintifik melalui fokus pembelajaran yaitu materi teknik dasar passing sepakbola pada mata pelajaran PJOK kelas VIII. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Keabsahan data dilakukan melalui metode trianggulasi. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Penerapan pendekatan saintifik sudah berjalan baik dalam pembelajaran penjas materi teknik dasar passing sepakbola kelas VIII. 2) Penerapan pendekatan saintifik sudah baik dan sudah membuahkan hasil namun belum bisa dikatakan sempurna karena harus menyesuaikan kondisi siswa.  3) Keberhasilan penerapan pendekatan saintifik secara sempurna dipengaruhi oleh kondisi siswa. Dari hasil diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan saintifik sudah baik dilakasanakan oleh guru dan sekolah serta sudah membuahkan hasil yang diinginkan namun belum bisa dikatakan sempurna karena masih harus disesuaikan dengan kondisi siswa.Kata Kunci: Pendekatan Saintifik, Pendidikan Jasmani, Passing, Sepakbola. Application of Scientific Approach to Physical Education Learning Basic Technical Material for Football PassingAbstractThe 2013 curriculum mandates a scientific approach to realizing the ideals of national education, 5M (Observing, Trying, Reasoning, Asking, Communicating). Through this, the application of the learner must be able to practice 5M to find out whether the application of the scientific approach is going well. This study analyzes the application of the scientific approach in SMP N 1 Kembaran to find out the way the application of the scientific approach through the focus of learning is the basic material of passing football in PJOK VIII subjects. This research is a qualitative research, the sampling technique used in this study uses purposive sampling. The validity of the data is done through the triangulation method. The analysis used in this study is the Miles and Huberman model. The results of this study are: 1) The application of the scientific approach has been going well in the learning of Physical Education basic techniques for passing grade VIII football. 2) The application of a scientific approach is good and has produced results but can not be said to be perfect because they have to adjust the conditions of students. 3) The successful application of the scientific approach is perfectly influenced by the condition of the students. From the results above it can be concluded that the application of the scientific approach has been carried out by both the teacher and the school and has produced the desired results but cannot be said to be perfect because it still has to be adjusted to the conditions of the students.Keywords: Scientific Approach, Physical Education, Passing, Football.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani untuk siswa yang layak dan efektif untuk digunakan dan dapat digunakan sebagai solusi pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani khususnya pada materi kesehatan reproduksi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (RnD) dengan langkah-langkah penelitian sebagai berikut: 1) studi pendahuluan, 2) analisis terhadap informasi, 3) Menyusun draft awal, 4) validasi ahli 5) Revisi Draft, 6) uji coba terbatas, 7) uji coba skala besar, 8) Revisi Produk Akhir, 9) Uji Efektivitas dan 10) diseminasi produk hasil pengembangan. Uji coba terbatas dilakukan pada siswa kelas 8 SMP Negeri 2 Purwokerto berjumlah 28 siswa. Uji coba skala besar dilakukan pada siswa kelas 8 SMP Negeri 1, 2 dan 8 Purwokerto berjumlah 90 siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model pembelajaran yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan metode pembelajaran meliputi 1) Studi Kasus, 2) Edukasi dan 3) Visualisasi. Berdasarkan penilaian beberapa ahli yaitu materi, media dan bahasa serta ahli pembelajaran dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani yang dihasilkan layak untuk digunakan pada proses pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil uji efektivitas disimpulkan bahwa model yang dikembangkan efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa dan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran siswa tentang kesehatan reproduksi. Kata Kunci: pengembangan, model pembelajaran, pendidikan jasmani, kesehatan reproduksi  Abstract This study aims to produce physical education learning models for students that are feasible and effective to use and can be used as learning solutions for Physical Education especially on reproductive health material. The research method used is Research and Development (RnD) with the following research steps: 1) preliminary study, 2) analysis of information, 3) Preparing initial drafts, 4) expert validation 5) Revised Draft, 6) limited trials , 7) large scale trials, 8) Final Product Revisions, 9) Effectiveness Tests and 10) dissemination of products resulting from development. Limited trials were conducted on 8th grade students of Junior High School 2 Purwokerto totaling 28 students. Large scale trials were conducted on 8th grade students of Junior High School 1, 2 and 8 Purwokerto totaling 90 students. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive analysis. This study produced a learning model consisting of three stages of learning methods including 1) Case Study, 2) Education and 3) Visualization. Based on the assessment of several experts, namely material, media and language and learning experts, it can be concluded that the physical education learning model produced is feasible to be used in the learning process. Based on the results of the effectiveness test, it was concluded that the model developed was effective in increasing students 'knowledge and could increase students' awareness of reproductive health. Keywords: Development, learning models, physical education, reproductive health

Abstract

This study aims to determine the potential of developing sports tourism as an alternative medium for physical education learning. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques were obtained through observation, focus group discussion, interviews and documentation. Determination of the sample is obtained by purposive sampling technique. Validity test uses data triangulation and data analysis techniques use interactive analysis. The results of the study, 1) the development of tourism carried out are: a) the formation of working groups, b) the arrangement of hill clumps, c) cooperating with youth leaders, d) expanding the network with the community, e) utilizing social media, e) making photo spots, f) impose the price of admission, 2) supporting and inhibiting factors are: supporters: a) there is a spot where the latest photo b) free bicycle lending, c) there are places with interesting natural scenery, d) potential for the development of "down hill" bikes. The obstacles are: a) the source of funds, b) the location is far from water sources, c) the access road to the location is inadequate, d) some areas have started to be damaged, 3) this sports tourism can be developed into a medium of physical education learning because: a) students use as a camping site, b) used as an outbound place, c) encourages student independence through nature, d) fosters a culture of cooperation.
