Abstract

The accountability of village fund management has become a demand for local government. The existence of this demand results from the implementation of Law No. 6 of 2014 on the Village. The management of village funds in City 50 Regency is still far from the expectations. Problems emerging from the accountability of village fund management are related to the competence of village fund management officers, the commitment of village government organizations, utilization of information technology and community participation. This research aims to know and analyze the influence of competence of village fund management officer, commitment of village government organization, utilization of information technology and public participation to accountability of village fund management in City 50 Regency. This is a quantitative research study and data were collected by surveys or questionnaires. Population and sample are village fund management officers in City 50 Regency with 96 respondents. The hypothesis was tested by multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS application. The findings show that: (1). The competence of village fund management officers has a positive and significant impact on the accountability of village fund management; (2). The commitment of village government organizations has a positive and significant impact on the accountability of village fund management; (3). utilization of information technology has a positive and significant impact on the accountability of village fund management; (4) Community participation has a positive and significant impact on the accountability of village fund management. The coefficient of determination 0,866. This shows that the influence of independent variables namely: the JOM FEB, Volume 1, Edisi 1 (Januari – Juni 2018) 2 competence of the village fund management officer, the commitment of the village government organization, utilization of information technology and the participation of the society, towards the dependent variable (the accountability of village fund management) explained by the equation model in this research is 86,6%. While the rest 13,4% is explained by other factors which are not included in this model. The implications of this study are to encourage the accountability of village fund management through the increased competence of village fund management officers, village government organizational commitment, and community participation.Keywords : Competence of village fund management officers, Commitment of village government organization, Utilization of information technology, Community participation, accountability of village fund management.

Abstract

The research entitled "The Urgency of Citizenship Education Learning Against Student Discipline in the Covid-19 Pandemic Situation" was conducted to determine the learning discipline of high school students in a pandemic situation. The Covid-19 pandemic requires students to learn far away, and of course the learning process at home and at school is very different. This has an effect on student learning discipline, through Citizenship Education Learning is expected to improve student learning discipline in this pandemic. The research was conducted in March 2021 with a descriptive qualitative method through a questionnaire in the form of google form with 43 respondents' responses. The results showed that students' learning activities during the pandemic period were low. Penelitian yang berjudul “Urgensi Pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan Terhadap Disiplin Belajar Siswa Dalam Situasi Pandemi Covid-19” dilakukan untuk mengukur situasi belajar siswa Sekolah Menenagh Atas (SMA) di pandemi. Pandemi Covid-19 ini menuntut siswa untuk belajar jarak jauh, dan tentunya proses pembelajaran di rumah dan di sekolah sangat berbeda. Hal ini berpengaruh terhadap disiplin belajar siswa, melalui Pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan disiplin belajar siswa di masa ini. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret 2021 dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui kuesioner dalam bentuk google dengan 43 tanggapan responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas belajar siswa di masa pandemi cenderung rendah.

Abstract

Parenting is the way parents nurture, guide, train and direct their children. Caring for children is also the mindset and behavior of parents towards their children. Prosocial behavior is behavior that inevitably impacts others, fostering self-serving behavior without expecting anything for yourself. Prosocial behavior is behavior that is expected to provide physical or mental blessings to others. the prosocial behavior instilled in people from the formative years leads to charm and sophisticated social intelligence. Of course, when humans get used to prosocial behavior, children with excessive curiosity become very important, and this curiosity can be proven in a positive way.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan tanaman lingkungan sekolah dalam upaya Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5). Penguatan dalam memberikan P5 ini sudah berjalan pada pembelajaran mata pelajaran disekolah, namun kurangnya dilingkungan dan tanggung jawab siswa sehari-hari.  P5 ini diharapkan dapat menjaga lingkungan alam sekitar, kerjasama, serta tanggung jawab terhadap lingkungan sosial.  Metode ini dilakukan kualitatif deskriptif dalam pengabdian masyarakat dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara oleh mahasiswa lintas bidang keilmuan. Subjek meliputi guru serta siswa untuk menanam tanaman lingkungan sekolah. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Muhammadiyah 32 Medan. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa rasa tanggung jawab siswa sangat tinggi. Siswa terlibat mulai dari penyiapan lahan, penanaman bibit tanaman,  perawatan,  penyiraman  serta bertanggungjawab menjaga tanaman. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif pada karakter siswa terhadap  aspek  ke-Tuhan-an  Yang  Maha  Esa,  Berakhlak Mulia, tangggung jawab dan gotong royong terhadap lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

This research aims to improve fable text writing skills using audio-visual media for class VII students at MTs Darul Ulum Sipaho. This type of research is quantitative research with a pre-experimental method, the research design used is one group pretest-posttest. This research procedure includes preparation, implementation and completion. The subjects in this research were class VII students at MTs Darul Ulum Sipaho. totaling 36 people. The results of research and statistical data analysis show that the average pretest and posttest scores using audio-visual media in learning to write fable texts are 54 and 82.05. Furthermore, inferential statistical analysis of the t-test results obtained that thirung is 8.873 and ttable is 1.689 at a significance level of 0.05 or 5% so tcount (8.873) > ttable (1.689) means H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so the hypothesis is accepted. In the N-Gain test, students' ability to write fable texts using audio-visual media at the interval g ≥ 0.7 can be analyzed in the high category. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that fable text writing skills influence the use of audio-visual media on class VII fable writing skills at MTs Darul Ulum Sipaho.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of microteaching in enhancing teaching skills for prospective teachers. The method employed is a qualitative approach through literature review, where data is collected by searching for relevant information on academic platforms such as Google Scholar. The analysis results indicate that microteaching serves as an effective means of preparing students to teach systematically. This practice not only helps prospective educators master fundamental teaching skills but also provides direct experience in managing and leading a classroom. Given the complexity of teaching tasks, microteaching is crucial for students pursuing careers in education. Therefore, integrating microteaching courses into higher education curricula is highly recommended to improve the quality of future teachers. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran microteaching dalam meningkatkan keterampilan mengajar bagi calon guru. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi pustaka, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui penelusuran informasi terkait di platform akademik seperti Google Scholar. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa microteaching berfungsi sebagai sarana yang efektif dalam mempersiapkan mahasiswa untuk mengajar secara sistematis. Praktik ini tidak hanya membantu calon pendidik dalam menguasai keterampilan dasar mengajar, tetapi juga memberikan pengalaman langsung dalam mengelola dan memimpin kelas. Mengingat kompleksitas tugas pengajaran, microteaching menjadi krusial bagi mahasiswa yang akan berkarir di bidang pendidikan. Dengan demikian, pengintegrasian mata kuliah microteaching dalam kurikulum pendidikan tinggi sangat dianjurkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas calon guru.

Abstract

Background: Recorded violent behavior causes mental health cases to be frequently encountered in mental hospitals. The role of nurses in providing comprehensive services is very necessary to help patients control themselves. Every nurse must have the will to handle patients who behave violently. Purpose: To determine the relationship between nurse characteristics and readiness to handle patients with violent behavior. Method: Quantitative with a correlational approach to the characteristics of nurses in dealing with patients with violent behavior. The population is all nurses at the Regional Mental Hospital, Dr. Arif Zainuddin Surakarta with a sample size of 50 respondents using total sampling technique. The measuring instrument used was a questionnaire and analyzed using the Chi-square statistical test. Results: Each nurse characteristic such as age, gender, education and length of service has a p-value <0.05, which means it has a significant relationship with readiness to handle patients with violent behavior in mental hospitals. Conclusion: The higher age group, male gender, nurse education level, and work experience of more than 5 years are the groups most prepared to handle patients with violent behavior compared to other groups for each variable. Suggestion: Further research on other nursing factors that may be related to readiness in dealing with violent behavior in patients with mental disorders is needed to obtain broader data as material for evaluating the nursing profession.   Keywords: Mental Hospital; Nurse Characteristics; Patients; Violent Behavior.   Pendahuluan: Perilaku kekerasan di catatan keperawatan jiwa menjadi kasus yang sering dijumpai di rumah sakit jiwa. Peran perawat dalam memberikan asuhan yang komprehensif diperlukan untuk membantu pasien mengendalikan dirinya. Kesiapan perawat dalam penanganan pasien perilaku kekerasan harus dimiliki oleh setiap perawat. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara karakteristik perawat dengan kesiapan dalam penanganan pasien perilaku kekerasan. Metode: Kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasi terhadap karakteristik perawat dalam penanganan pasien perilaku kekerasan. Populasi adalah seluruh perawat di Sakit Jiwa Daerah dr. Arif  Zainuddin Surakarta dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden menggunakan teknik total sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik Chi-square. Hasil: Masing-masing karakteristik perawat seperti, usia, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, dan masa kerja memiliki p-value < 0.05 yang berarti memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap kesiapan dalam penanganan pasien perilaku kekerasan di rumah sakit jiwa. Simpulan: Kelompok usia yang lebih tinggi, jenis kelamin laki laki, jenjang pendidikan ners, dan masa kerja lebih dari 5 tahun adalah kelompok yang paling siap dalam penanganan pasien perilaku kekerasan dibandingkan dengan kelompok lainnya pada setiap variabel. Saran: Penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai faktor lain dari perawat yang mungkin berhubungan dengan kesiapan dalam penanganan pasien perilaku kekerasan pasien jiwa diperlukan untuk mendapatkan data yang lebih luas sebagai bahan evaluasi profesi perawat.   Kata Kunci: Karakteristik Perawat; Pasien; Perilaku Kekerasan; Rumah Sakit Jiwa.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian optimasi pencampuran jerami padi/batang pisang/Polipropilena/polipropilena-grafthing-maleat anhidrat aplikasi papan partikel (particle board) dalam pencampuran tersebut menggunakan PP-g-Mah sebagai bahan perekat dari hasil yang diperoleh ditemukan permukaan yang lebih homogen pada variasi yang optimum (70:40:10:30) dengan berbagai variasi konsentrasi. Permukaan yang lebih homogen memberikan gambaran hasil yang lebih baik dan berbanding lurus dengan peningkatan sifat mekanik yang diperoleh hasil tersebut juga dapat dilihat pada munculnya puncak (C-H bending)  pada panjang gelombang (1453,7 cm).

Abstract

The role of parents is very important in life skills education for early childhood, because at this stage children are in a period of rapid development both cognitively, emotionally, socially and physically. Life skills education includes basic skills such as the ability to be independent, regulate emotions, communication, and the ability to face daily challenges which will help children to become strong and independent individuals. This research aims to examine the role of parents in guiding, providing examples, and creating an environment that supports the development of children's life skills. This research method uses a qualitative approach with interview techniques and observations of parents and young children. The research results show that parents' active involvement, both in providing stimulation, emotional support, and organizing daily routines, has a positive impact on children's life skills. Parents who understand the importance of life skills and are involved in their children's learning process are able to help their children develop independence and self-confidence from an early age.
