Abstract

Many factors influence consumer decisions regarding Handbody Scarlett (Case Study, Environment XI Jl. Garu III, Amplas Community, Medan), including lifestyle, word of mouth marketing, and brand photography. This research aims to understand consumer welfare, word of mouth marketing and determine the image of Handbody Scarlett (Case Study of the Amplas Medan XI Community Circle Jl. Garu III). The research method used in this research is multivariate research, and the sampling method in this research is the Slovin sample, the population is 190 people, so the sample size is 85 participants. The data collection methods used are observation and surveys. The data analysis process used is multi-row iterative. The research results show that lifestyle changes have a partial effect on consumer decision making. Topic change messages influence consumer purchasing decisions. Changes in image patterns influence consumer purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, lifestyle changes, word-of-mouth marketing and brand image influence consumer decisions regarding Handbody Scarlett (Case Study of the Median Amplas XI Community Circle Jl. Garu III).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan kerja dan tunjangan kinerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai di badan pendapatan daerah kabupaten deli serdang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasional, terdokumentasi, dan survei melalui kuesioner kepada responden. Dalam penelitian ini seluruh populasi yang menjadi sampel, yaitu 99 orang pegawai di badan pendapatan daerah Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai badan pendapatan daerah kabupaten deli serdang, tunjangan kinerja berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai badan pendapatan daerah kabupaten deli serdang, kemampuan kerja dan tunjangan kinerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai badan pendapatan daerah Kabupaten Deli Serdang

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian baju thrift di kota Batam. Adapun yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah masyarakat kota Batam yang melakukan pembelian baju bekas (thrift). Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 80 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan simple random sampling. Data diperoleh dengan melakukan penyebaran kuisioner. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi pengolahan data SPSS. Dari hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian baju bekas (thrift), kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian baju bekas (thrift). Secara simultan, harga dan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian baju bekas (thrift). Nilai r square sebesar 0,455 atau 45,5%. Hal ini berarti harga dan kualitas produk mampu menjelaskan variabel keputusan pembelian sebesar 45,5%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 54,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pelatihan keuangan dan pemasaran berbasis e-commerce pada UKM Rafflesia di Kota Batam. Identifikasi permasalahan menunjukkan bahwa UKM Rafflesia menghadapi tantangan dalam pemasaran hasil produksi dan pencatatan keuangan yang tidak teratur. Analisis akar masalah mengungkapkan kurangnya pengetahuan tentang e-commerce dan ketidakmampuan manajemen keuangan sebagai akar permasalahan utama. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembinaan UKM Rafflesia yang akan diberikan yaitu metode survei, metode ceramah, metode diskusi dan metode latihan. Hasil dari pengabdian UKM merasakan masih perlu penyesuaian terhadap penyusunan laporan keuangan yang berstandar akuntansi keuangan entitas tanpa akuntabilitas publik, sudah ada pemisahan laporan keuangan yang telah biasa disusun oleh UKM melalui keuntungan usaha dan kas pribadi serta telah tersedianya laman media sosial UKM yang dijalankan peserta dan pahamnya mengenai yang harus dilakukan dengan laman tersebut untuk memaksimalkan penjualan. Kata kunci: Pembinaan, Pelaporan, Keuangan, Pemasaran, E-commerce. ABSTRACT This research aims to conduct e-commerce-based financial and marketing training for Rafflesia SMEs in Batam City. Identification of problems shows that Rafflesia SMEs face challenges in marketing their products and irregular financial records. Root cause analysis revealed a lack of knowledge about e-commerce and financial management incompetence as the main root causes. The methods used in developing Rafflesia UKM that will be provided are the survey method, lecture method, discussion method and training method. As a result of the service, SMEs feel that there is still a need for adjustments to the preparation of financial reports that are based on entity financial accounting standards without public accountability, there is already a separation of financial reports that are usually prepared by SMEs from business profits and personal cash and the availability of UKM social media pages run by participants and their understanding. about what to do with the page to maximize sales. Abstract

Pabrik Tahu Al-Jalil merupakan salah satu usaha rumah tangga yang terletak di Kec. Arjasa, Kabupaten Jember, Jawa Timur. Industri tahu ini selain dapat memberikan lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat juga dapat menimbulkan pencemaran lingkungan. Potensi pencemaran lingkungan yang dapat ditimbulkan berupa pencemaran air. Dari permamasalah tersebut, didapatkan solusi untuk mengurangi dampak pembuangan limbah pada lingkungan sekitar dengan memanfaatkan limbah cair tahu dan kotoran ternak warga menjadi biogas dengan nama “Ware Gas” yang dilengkapi dengan sensor monitoring. Sasaran dari kegiatan ini adalah memberdayakan warga sekitar Pabrik Tahu Al-Jalil. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah perancangan reaktor biogas, pembuatan reaktor biogas, perancangan sistem monitoring, pembuatan sistem monitoring, sosialisasi dan demonstrasi alat. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah reaktor biogas yang telah dilengkapi dengan sistem monitoring aplikasi Blynk. Selain itu, memberikan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang bagaimana mengelola limbah tahu dan memanfaatkannya menjadi biogas.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of ROA (Return On Assets), EPS (Earning Per Share), and CR (Current Ratio) on Stock Price for the period 2019 – second quarter of 2023. The study tested nine manufacturing companies listed on the LQ45 index during the period 2019 - the second quarter of 2023. Data collection techniques in this study use documentation studies and literature studies with purposive sampling techniques as sampling techniques. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of financial statements obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis and uses classical assumption tests including normality tests, multicollinearity tests, autocorrelation tests, and heteroscedasticity tests. Other tests used in this study are multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis tests using t tests (partial tests), f tests (simultaneous tests), and multiple coefficients of determination with the help of the SPSS program version 26. The conclusion in this study is that the t test states that partially EPS (Earning Per Share) affects stock price while ROA (Return On Assets) and CR (Current Ratio) do not affect stock price partially and based on test f simultaneously the variables ROA (Return On Assets), EPS (Earning Per Share), and CR (Current Ratio) affect stock price

Abstract

Diabetes Melitus menjadi salah satu masalah kesehatan dunia yang menempati peringkat ke-9 sebagai penyebab kematian utama di dunia, termasuk negara Indonesia. Sebanyak 19,47 juta masyarakat Indonesia mengidap Diabetes Melitus dan memprediksi bahwa di tahun 2045 angka penderita Diabetes meningkat hingga 28,6 juta. Hal ini dipicu oleh berat badan dan gaya hidup tidak sehat. Diabetes dapat dicegah dengan menghindari makanan dan minuman manis, serta mengkonsumsi roti putih atau mengganti nasi dengan jenis beras rendah gula. Terdapat beberapa jenis beras Adan diantaranya beras Adan putih dan beras Adan merah yang berbeda kandungan karbohidratnya dengan beras yang kita konsumsi sehari-hari serta beras merah yang biasa dikosumsi oleh para penderita Diabetes Melitus. Kandungan karbohidrat pada beras tersebut akan berpengaruh terhadap sumber energi utama pada manusia dan pengontrol kenaikan indeks glikemik (IG). Maka perlu diketahui kadar kandungan karbohidrat dan analisis perbandingan pada beras Adan putih, beras Adan merah, beras putih biasa, dan beras merah biasa dengan menggunakan metode Antrone sulfat. Dimana, metode ini yang paling umum digunakan dalam analisis karbohidrat dengan menggunakan instrument spektofotometer UV-Visible. Hasil dari hasil pengujian kadar karbohidrat dari 4 jenis beras yang berbeda, didapatkan kadar karbohidrat pada beras Adan putih sebanyak 76,32% , kadar karbohidrat beras Adan merah sebanyak 77,89% , kadar karbohidrat beras putih biasa 78,16% , dan kadar karbohidrat beras merah biasa sebanyak 74,58%. Yang menjadikan beras Adan putih dan beras Adan merah kurang efektif sebagai pengganti karbohidrat bagi penderita Diabetes Melitus.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product innovation (X₁), product quality (X₂) and service quality (X₃) on purchasing decisions (Y) at PT Citra Rasa Coklat Choco Bakery Tembung Branch. The number of respondents in this study were 85 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. All analyses contained in this study used the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) 24.0 program. Based on the results of multiple linear regression Y = 4.145 + 0.381X1 + 0.088X2 + 0.307X3 + e. These results illustrate that product innovation, product quality, and service quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. To see whether the hypothesis in the statement that product innovation partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions can be seen from the value of the t-count> t-table value 4.147> 1.66 at a significant 0.000 <0.05 in other words H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The results of research on product quality variables state that product quality partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions as evidenced by the value of t-count> t-table, 3.024> 1.66 at a significant 0.031 <0.05 in other words H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. Likewise, the service quality variable partially has a positive and significant effect with a t-count> t-table value, 4.470> 1.66 at a significant 0.000 <0.05 in other words H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. It can also be seen that simultaneously product innovation, product quality, and service quality have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at PT Citra Rasa Coklat Choco Bakery Tembung Branch with the value of F count> F tabel, namely 43.615> 2.98 in other words H0 is rejected and H4 is accepted. The level of the coefficient of determination reaches 0.603 where the independent variable has an influence of 60.30% on the dependent variable and the remaining 39.70% is influenced by other factors not examined

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is one of the ways you can get a side income to improve the family's economic life. At a time when there's a lot of competition in the world of work. On the other hand, there is a labor force that has not obtained a job that corresponds to the level of education it has. There is also a labour force that does not get a job because it does not have an education. Therefore, in addition to obtaining side income, entrepreneurship is one of the ways that can be done to make a living, because it is the only source of income. The first step that can be taken to foster entrepreneurial interest is the construction of entrepreneurship where the source is the source that really struggles in the business world so that it can motivate the participants. This dedication will be held in the Pondok Pesantren Ruhul Qur'an that lies in the Mediterranean extension Blk HH 3 A no. 18-23. This dedication is a young age, so it is worthy to be given an understanding and insight into entrepreneurship so that it can be one of the sources of economic income in the future. This dedication is expected to make a positive contribution to the participants

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the effect of product type, price, and service quality on purchasing decisions at CV Citra printing. As objectives include to determine the effect of product type on purchasing decisions, to determine the effect of price on purchasing decisions, and to determine the effect of service quality on purchasing decisions. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with questionnaire data collection methods, interviews, and documentation. The population in this study are consumers of CV Citra and the sample as respondents of this study will be taken using probability sampling with the lemeshow formula, namely 80 consumers who were met during the research. The results of this study indicate that the calculated F value of 303.761 is greater than the F table of 2.49, which means that simultaneously there is an influence on the type of product (X1), price (X2), and service quality (X3) on purchasing decisions at CV Citra printing. Partially, it can be seen that only the variables of product type (X1) and price (X2) have an effect on purchasing decisions, namely the variable type of product (X1) of 3.546 is greater than the t table of 1.665 and service quality (X3) of 6.702 is greater than the t table of 1.665, while for the price variable (X2) of -1.163 is smaller than the t table of 1.665 which indicates that the price variable (X2) has no effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the results seen from the coefficient of determination, the variable product type (X1), price (X2), and service quality (X3) have an effect, namely with an R2 value of 0.923 or 92.3%.
