Abstract

This research was aimed to see the research trend psychological flexibility last ten years. The literature review investigated research trend published in international journals, method in research problems, research method, and result of the research. Therefore, the researcher hope this research can contribute positively to the development of guidance and counseling faculty and can be one of the research development sources in the implementation of guidance and counseling services.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of psychological flexibility of Tenth Grade Students of Senior High School and Vocational School based on gender differences. Research activities are conducted in the even semester of the 2018/2019 school year. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The data measurement tool is a questionnaire in the form of a scale developed by Rolffs based on psychological flexibility indicators. The study participants were Tenth Grade Students of Daarut Tauhid Boarding School Bandung Vocational High School 2018/2019, totaling 116 participants consisting of 58 men and 58 women. The result showed in general psychological flexibility in male students is higher than the psychological flexibility of female stdents. As for the general description obtained general psychological flexibility of students that is about 14 (12%) students have psychological flexibility at a high level, 75 people (65%) are at a moderate level, and 27 people (23%) are at a low level. This data provides a strong position that efforts to develop psychological flexibility in students become an important issue and become the main goal with the need for guidance and counseling services

Abstract

keterampilan belajar yang rendah akan mengakibatkan hasil belajar yang rendah pula, salahsatu cara meningkatkan terampilan belajar tersebut adalah dengan menggunakan layanan penguasaan konten. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah eksperimen dengan desain one group pre test and post test design. sampel penelitian adalah seluruh jumlah mahasiswa Layanan BK I kelas Palembang yang dibina peneliti sebanyak 31 mahasiswa. Instrument keterampilan belajar menggunakan angket dengan skala Likert. Analisis data dalam studi ini menggunakan analisis statistic uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Terdapat peningkatan keterampilan belajar mahasiswa melalui layanan penguasaan konten pada perkuliahan Layanan BK I didapat nilai thutng (8,61) > ttabel (1,70) dengan ?=0,05. Keywords: Layanan Penguasaan konten, keterampilan belajar

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the VII grade students’ prosocial behavior of Junior High Boarding School based on genders. The study used a quantitative approach with survey methods. Data measurement tool was a questionnaire in the form of a scale based on indicators of prosocial behavior. The participant were 34 seventh grade students of Junior High Boarding School Academic Year 2017/2018 consisting of 17 boys and 17 girls. The result showed in general prosocial behavior of students in the high category, meaning that students were able to display and show prosocial behavior. Prosocial behavior of male students and female stucents show that there were significant differences between female students and male students.

Abstract

This research was arisen by the lack of an assessment in the form of test items as an interactive assessment for Computer-Based Test (CBT) based on Learning Management System (LMS). Previously, only topic-based tasks were available, particularly lacking in leadership project courses. In practice, assessment mainly relied on tasks in leadership project courses for teacher professional education students (PPG), resulting in suboptimal data collection for measurement which made educators difficult to assess or measure student performance. The research method used was Research and Development (R&D) with the Miles & Huberman model. This study aims to develop effective and efficient measurement data in the form of interactive LMS-based mechanical assessments (CBT). The research involved students who enrolled in the Leadership Project course at PPG Unsri. The research object was the measurement tool results from the collection of data from answered assessment items, to be effectively and efficiently presented in the form of interactive LMS-based mechanical (CBT) assessments. Data collection begins with observation and the creation of item grids. Data analysis techniques use the Miles & Huberman model analysis, which includes four stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data analysis was performed using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that the product in the form of LMS-based test items (CBT) is valid and reliable as an assessment tool in leadership project courses at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Sriwijaya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan melakukan analisis faktor-faktor yang memberikan pengaruh kesiapan pernikahan dan dampak terhadap kualitas hubungan suami-istri serta kesejahteraan psikologis individu agar permasalahan terkait pernikahan pada masa dewasa awal dapat diantisipasi dengan baik. Metode dari penelitian ini menggunakan metode review literatur (literature review) dan studi pustaka (library research). Jurnal artikel ini memetik dari 25 artikel yang sudah memenuhi syarat penentuan. Hasil penelitian tersebut mengatakan bahwa tingkat kematangan pasangan di umur muda berhubungan dengan berbagai aspek diantaranya aspek kontrol diri, aspek memahami diri sendiri, dan aspek kapabilitas memakai fungsi krisis mental dan menunjukkan kalau perempuan cenderung lebih siap ketimbang dengan laki - laki. Kesiapan menikah tidak hanya berkaitan dengan faktor usia, tetapi juga dengan kematangan mental, stabilitas finansial, dan pemahaman terhadap tugas perkembangan pasangan. Dengan demikian, mengetahui kesiapan menikah pada usia dewasa awal memungkinkan seseorang guna lebih waspada ketika menentukan pasangan hidup.

Abstract

Natural disasters are unexpected events that can cause severe material, physical, and psychological damage. Given the complexity of the impacts of natural disasters, careful preparation is key to reducing risks and improving community response capabilities. Factors such as extreme weather changes, community vulnerability and poor infrastructure resilience can exacerbate the impact of disasters. A solid understanding of disaster preparedness strategies such as evacuation planning, disaster simulations, and infrastructure hardening is critical to minimizing damage and protecting communities. In this context, the displacement of children and adolescents due to natural disasters is also a focus of concern. Separation from familiar surroundings, loss of social relationships, and changes in lifestyle can have lasting effects on the psychosocial well-being of children and adolescents. So there is a detailed introduction In order to design effective interventions, it is important to understand how displacement affects psychological, social and educational dimensions. The purpose of this study was to determine the prevalence of post-traumatic stress disorder among people in a region of Indonesia following natural disasters and to identify measures that could be taken to help victims of natural disasters. This study focuses on the literature research method and adopts the literature research method mainly based on magazine literature. Topic about victims of natural disasters in Indonesia. The results show that many children or young people in Indonesia still suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder after natural disasters. It can be concluded that different groups of natural disaster victims use different methods to describe the effects of PTSD. These studies span different time periods and locations, combine quantitative and qualitative methods, and examine the impact of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) symptoms, resilience, social support and coping styles. These studies have used these diverse methodologies to provide insights into the complexity and diversity of the effects of PTSD on survivors of natural disasters. Some studies use statistical methods to analyze data, such as B. descriptive analysis, chi-square test, and structural equation modeling.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the level of academic procrastination of class XI students at SMAN 6 Prabumulih in terms of the intensity of smartphone usage. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The data collection technique used was by distributing research instruments, namely questionnaires with a Likert scale model. The data obtained were then analyzed using categorization formulas and percentages (%). The population in this study were all 263 students of class XI at SMAN 6 Prabumulih with a sample selected by a simple random technique of 158 students based on the calculation of sampling using the slovin formula. The results of this study indicate that in general students have a medium level of academic procrastination when viewed from the intensity of their smartphone usage.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat gambaran stress akademik yang dialami oleh siswa di tingkat sekolah menengah atas. Penelitian ini disusun dengan menggunakan metode library research yang mengangkat tema Stress Akademik dengan subjek penelitiannya adalah siswa sekolah menengah atas. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan dan mengidentifikasi jurnal-jurnal yang terakreditasi pada Sinta Journal dengan fokus kajian yang terdiri dari aspek objek permasalahan penelitian, metode penelitian dan hasil penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa stress akademik yang dialami siswa SMA cukup tinggi terutama pada masa pandemi karena sistem pembelajarannya yang dialihkan menjadi Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh. Kesimpulannya stress akademik pada siswa SMA sudah menjadi hal umum, tetapi untuk tingkatannya tidak dapat diprediksi persamaannya karena tingkat stress akademik siswa dari sekolah yang satu dengan yang lainnya itu berbeda tergantung dengan cara penyusunan program dari sekolah tersebut. Jika program sekolah disusun dengan tepat maka stress akademik dapat diatasi, akan tetapi sebaliknya jika penyusunan program sekolah tidak tepat maka tingkat stress akademik bisa berada di angka yang tinggi. Adapun manfaat penelitian ini, untuk kemudahan melihat gambaran penelitian mengenai stress akademik rentang tahun 2019-2023 serta dapat menjadi sumber wawasan bagi guru bimbingan dan konseling dengan melihat faktor stress akademik siswa di jenjang SMA.

Abstract

Identity finding and personal fulfillment adding another layer to the Quarter Life Crisis. The attempt to find ‘myself’ is inextricably linked to societal expectations, family dynamics, and the constant comparisons that occur through social media. As a person to define their values, beliefs, and passions, they often struggle with fear of making the wrong choices and deviating from social norms. Robinson (2020) emphasizes that a Quarter Life Crisis is often a time in which individuals reflect on life values, search for meaning, and evaluate whether the path they have chosen is consistent with their identity. This research aims to gain deeper insight into the impact of QLC on Indonesia's young generation and how they can address the challenges that arose during this period. As well as identifying factors that influence QLC in early adult students in Indonesia. In this study, the researchers used a literature study method. The researchers have been searched the literatures from journal articles related to the Quarter-life crisis (QLC) in early adulthood from 2019-2023. The factors that could trigger new problems in this phase include lack of confidence in one's own abilities, negative perceptions of oneself and the influence of social media which results in the emergence of comparing behavior between self-achievements and others’ achievements. Quarter-life crisis is a crisis situation commonly experienced by young people in early adulthood, including students in Indonesia. Quarter life crisis is characterized by over-worry, pessimism, anxiety, and even depression. The triggers of a quarter-life crisis are diverse and include difficulty on finding a job that matches your passions, difficulty of making decisions, fears, and rapid change.
