Frederick T . MARTENS

Frederick T. Martens is a retired Detective/Lieutenant of the New Jersey State Police. He was the Executive Director of the Pennsylvania Crime Commission. He is a past president of the International Association for the Study of Organized Crime. He is a charter member of the Vidocq Society. He is a reviewer for Criminal Law Criminal Justice, Rutgers University. He is the author and co-author of three books  i.e., Police Intelligence In Crime Control; We'll Make You An Offer You Can't Refuse; One Detective's Journey Into The Abyss, and numerous  articles in professional journals. He was an adjunct instructor at PennState University and The College of New Jersey. He has lectured throughout the United States, Europe and the Pacific Rim.
