Tutoring

Tutoring is available free to all undergraduates.

Tutors hold regular hours on central campus and at some at some residence halls for introductory courses in math, chemistry, physics, biology and other subjects.

The Additional Course for Engineers (ACE) program provides exceptional tutoring in MATH/CS/CME courses here at Stanford.

Becoming a Tutor

Apply directly to VPTL during their annual application period. Only undergraduate and coterm students are eligible. VPTL and Stanford Engineering are also interested in reaching out to underrepresented students who wish to be trained and hired as tutors, particularly from the societies SWE, SBSE, SOLE, and AISES.
