Mati Sepping (born on December 23, 1962, in Pärnu, Estonia) is an Estonian film producer and distributor.
He studied film production economics at the All-Union State Institute of Cinematography (VGIK) from 1985 to 1988, and in 1997 he furthered his education at a producers’ course at the European Film College in Ebeltoft, Denmark. He worked at Tallinnfilm from 1984 to 1993 as a film director. In 1992 he founded the film studio Faama Film (which operated until 2003), and in 1998 he established the film production and distribution company Estinfilm, where he works as a producer and film distributor.
Member of the European Film Academy since 2000.
