Seeing as how there never have been a Navy Two or an Army Two, perhaps those extra lines are silly? Cornell Rockey 12:57, 5 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I say we merge Template:PresidentialCallsigns with Template:VicePresidentialCallsigns. Most of the ___ Two articles are just redirects to the _____ One article. Example:
I've listed these at TFD. bahamut0013 14:54, 18 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Unnecessary linked articles

[edit]

A Navbox is supposed to group a collection of related articles into an easily navigatable table. Space Force One, Army Two, Navy Two, Marine Two, Space Force Two, and Executive Two are all redirects to Transportation of the president of the United States, Army One, Navy One, Marine One, Transportation of the president of the United States again, and Executive One, all of which are already linked in the navbox on the first line (except for the article for Transportation of the president of the United States which is linked in the 'below' section of the navbox).

Additionally, neither the top row ("Ones") of linked articles nor the bottom row ("Twos") of linked articles have 'group' parameters, so it's not immediately obvious that the top row is for aircraft carrying the President and the bottom row carries the VP.

Shouldn't the navbox be used to link a collection of existing articles, and if they don't exist, there doesn't need to be redirects to pages that are already linked? Why don't we just delete all the "Two" links except for Air Force Two because that page does exist. Matthewedwards (talk · contribs) 20:18, 23 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]
