My research work is mainly based on analysing the issue of inefficient reservation policy, internal differentiation and sub categorization among scheduled castes of india. Their is a rising intra caste rivalry among such groups of people which is emerging as a pan Indian phenomenon. Each state has one dominant group of people or sub caste among scheduled castes which usurps all benefits and have became more mobile in comparison to other counter parts
