ICT has increased its influence in every field like the education sector, defense sector, technology etc. In the 21st century, information and communication technology (ICT) has become an important and integral part of most educational organizations throughout the world.. The use of ICT in classroom teaching and learning processes has become indispensable as it gives teachers and learners the opportunity to operate, store, control and retrieve data in addition to promoting self-regulated and active learning. (Ali, Haolader & Muhammad, 2013) Today we are dependent on technology and the role of ICT is increasing day by day and is believed to be a new normal. Keeping that in view, the present paper attempts to examine the relationship between information and communication technologies (ICT) and student learning. This conceptual paper is based on secondary information collected from different sources such as books, journal articles, newspapers, reports of various government organizations, nongovernmental organizations and soon.

Some cases are reported but most of these are concealedin the appellationof pride.Patriarchal system is considered as the starting point of violence against women in Indian society as this system was completely developed by men to give importance to men. Several otherfactors like psychiatric morbidity, sociodemographic factors, family factors etc. and many other social and cultural factors are involved in prevailing violence against women. Legislations are always playing their role in combating it but have failed badly due to un accountable and inappropriatejudicial system also thelaw enforcement agencies have flopped to deter numerouscrimes.In this article we have highlight important factors involved in violence against women in Indian society and legislative system of India is compared with international legislative system. Moreover, improvements in legislative system to ensure completeeradication of violence in Indian society is also described.

Women have always taken a back seat in economic, political and social structure in any society across the globe and this all because of the socialization and the patriarchal society. Though half of the population of the world constitutes of women and girls but their contribution in most of the areas are not significant. The biggest challenge for any government is the empowerment of women to bring them and contribute in the mainstream activities. Today in 21stcentury there is no doubt that Information and Communication Technology (ICT) helps every one in every possible field. Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has become a significant and integral part of our life. Information and Communication Technology (ICT) can be defined as a diverse set of electronic technologies and technological tools and resources used to communicate, create, store, disseminate and manage information. Information and Communication Technology such as videos, televisions, multimedia and computer software which combines text, sound, and colorful moving images can be used to provide challenging and authentic content that will engage the learning process Women play an important role in various sectors such as economic, political, social, sports, educational, enterprising etc. The objective of the present paper is to examine the relationship between the role of information and communication technologies (ICT) and women empowerment and discusses the main challenges and impedimentsfaced by women, recommends strategies to address those challenges and ways to cultivate the conditions leading to women’s empowerment. The main objective of Right to Education and various schemes and policies related to education is to provide free and compulsory education to all the children so, that no one is deprived of education. In a disturbed state like J&K it is difficult for the children to get regular education in Emergency situations. Crisis situation is defined as made by manmade or natural disasters that affects and distorts the standard states of life, care and deny child to get his or her basic human rights. The United Nation said that approximate one billion children live in struggle influenced territories, of which 250 million are younger than five. These children, and those influenced by the developing number of catastrophic events around the globe, are at genuine danger of exploitation, neglect, violence and abuse. This is conceptual paper that throws light on the problems and challenges faced by the children to get education and also gives some recommendations or possible intervention to cope up with issue and so that children can enjoy Privilege to be educated in Crisis situations.

During the childhood children‘s face diverse kind of abuses beat it is sexual abuse or physical abuse. Child sexual abuse is a problem faced by the social community from very earlier times, neither the societies nor the governments could effectively implement any mechanism to deal with this menace. Sexual abuse is characterized as the sexual control of an individual by someone else in power or a person in a place of power that includes sexual contact (either verbal and/or visual contact or physical).The number of cases enrolled for child abuse brought from 8,905 up in the year 2014 to 14,914 in the year 2015, under the POSCO Act 2012, and this data were growing day by day. The impact of sexual abuse among the children is exceptionally risky in general for their development and improvement. This paper shows the prevalence of sexual abuse in children in Jammu by case studies and tried to give possible opportunities or Recommendation or intervention to curb this issue of sexual abuse among the children to ensure happy childhood

It is a respiratory disease which impacts the health of the individual as a whole. The first case of COVID-19 was first reported in China in December 2019. The WHO declared the novel Corona Virus as a Pandemic disease in March, 2020, which means that the new virus is spreading rapidly across the countries around the world. The symptoms of this virus include, fever, and cough, sore throat and difficulty in breathing. Man is a social animal and social relations and interactions are necessary to his existence. The novel Corona virus and the containment measures posed a challenge to the interpersonal and community interactions that with the social distancing measures and isolation, these social relations became severely impacted. From the human existence, these social connections, interactions and relations have become integral into our life. So, if there is an absence of such connection, definitely leads to stressful states of loneliness, anxiety, depression, mental disorders, health hazards, and many other issues which impact the life of the individual and the collective society as a whole.
