The current stage of mass digitization is to design an increasing number of managerial, technical and technological tasks in all sectors of society and economic activity. It won’t fall behind the financial sector, where digitalization is already having a rapid impact on the financial service sector, with a wide range of products, applications, and different processes, as well as the development of business models that transform the traditional way financial services are provided. Technological advances have occurred in all areas of economic and financial activity, from the boardroom to the regulatory and supervisory bodies in both private and public finance. It affects many domains of the human activities and also the health of the people. Climate-specific actions are needed to be taken in order to protect the people and to save the environment. For each affected domain, new regulations and actions regarding climate change prevention must be designed, promoted and implemented. Besides phenomena like heat waves, storms, increased temperature, forest fires, floods, etc. which represent direct results of the CC, also indirect results like human health may be encountered. Human health is affected by elements that are having a big impact over the environment of the people and over the resources that they need (resources like water, food, air, natural resources, etc.). For the EU, as a conglomeration of states and as an exponent of economic globalization, taxation has a strong influence on the multiple economic processes that take place within this structure, as well as within each member state. Undoubtedly, from the perspective of the possible association with the European Union, for the Republic of Moldova, the fiscal changes with subsequent impact on the socio-economic development have a special importance. However, Community tax policy is difficult to impose in the European area, especially because of the obstacles it faces, especially those caused by the Member States themselves, which are reluctant to apply common rules, in particular to the elimination of various forms of tax discrimination, double taxation or tax evasion. The main tools that the European Union intends to use to bring Member States’ taxation cl...

S-a discutat şi se discută în continuare zilnic, pe cel puţin un post de televiziune pe această temă. Faptul că acest fenomen a generat şi continuă să genereze subiecte de interes atât pentru talck-show-ri cât şi pentru comunitatea academică, ne-a făcut să reflectăm asupra unei idei: "Dacă acest fenomen este sursa atâtor polemici, înseamnă că informaţia deţinută de fiecare este incompletă într-un grad mai mic sau mai mare. Această informaţie incompletă este caracteristică a hazardului moral; şi oare nu aceasta este cauza realităţii economice actuale, sau este doar o externalitate a acesteia?". Acest articol reprezintă un studiu din punct de vedere al hazardului moral asupra crizei economice. Pilonul principal al acestui studiu îl constituie întrebarea: "Este hazardul moral cauză sau externalitate a situaţiei economice actuale?" Drept urmare, sunt urmărite şi analizate formele hazardului moral înainte şi după august 2008 (momentul declanşării crizei). Cuvinte cheie: criza economică, sistem financiar, hazard moral, informaţii economice şi financiare, politici reglementare;

This practice can be considered as the response found by the large companies to the problem of production costs that were in a continuous rising, concomitant with the rising of living standards and remuneration.
