The analysis revealed significant inefficiencies in the original process, particularly concerning delays and redundant movements. By combining the housing and clip prior to assembly and streamlining the handling of the screen and threaded spindle, a revised assembly sequence was developed. The improved process demonstrates a theoretical time saving of 38.64 seconds, resulting in a 59.26% reduction from the original 65.2 seconds. This optimized method enhances efficiency by reducing unnecessary delays and movements, leading to a more effective and time-efficient assembly of the EWY260S product.
