Weird craving on Ozempic

Hi 👋🏻 I started Ozempic a few weeks ago, and recently I’m getting a prolonged craving for milk! It’s driving me insane. All other appetite has reduced greatly. I no longer feel like eating the fried, oily, stuff I used to love so greatly. But what is this obsession with milk?! lol. Day and night I am dreaming of drinking milk. Has anyone faced this type of problem? Where you fixate or can tolerate only one food item? Thankfully no problems with passing stuff, yet at least!
