Article processing charges

Academia.edu Journals offers full publishing services to our authors, which include processing manuscript submissions, facilitating peer review, completing production, copyediting, and publication of the manuscript, as well as various post-publication services such as indexing and archiving the article.

This work is supported by Article Processing Charges (APCs), which enable the continuation and development of our journals, and allows us to maintain a gold open access policy for all of our publications.

APC Support

Partial or full waivers for APCs will be considered upon request. Prior to submission, authors who believe they are eligible for financial support should contact the journal's Editorial Office. A request for APC support will not influence the publication decision for your submission.

Charges per Journal

APCs are dependent on the article type of the manuscript, which are separated into the following categories:

• Type A: Research Article; Review Article; Systematic Review
• Type B: Brief Research Report; Mini Review; Case Study; Clinical Trial; Study Protocol; Brief Communication; Technical Note
• Type C: Commentary; Opinion; Perspective; Conference Report
• Type D: Editorial; Correction; Retraction
