TABLE I. FATALITIES OF SEVERAL REPRESENTATIVE COUNTRIES This paper describes the specificities of both sites including data concerning the climate, the weather conditions and the geographical singularities. It also showcases the products installed and their functionalities. The acquired preliminary results are discussed, so it is possible to assess the lighting risk for the local human beings.

In spite the great distance separating it from INDELEC’s offices, some automatic processes implemented is helping in troubleshooting the whole system as the main local power are not very stable. In some years, when data will be sufficiently trustable, we would be able to draw conclusions and act upon it.
