2.2 The Influence of Solar Irradiation Variation From the equations, an equivalent circuit can be easily determined, and this aids in the development of the simulation model. This equivalent circuit model is shown in Fig. 1. It includes a current source, a diode, a series resistance and a shunt resistance. Based on the above equation, the subsystem of Fig. 1 is obtained. The above model includes two subsystems: one that calculates the PV cell photocurrent which depends on the radiation and the temperature [23].
