Table 1. Descriptive statistics Descriptive statistics of this study shows that respondents have answered all variables between Natural and strongly agree (Table 1). Hence it means that all the independent variables will increase the employee performance and Outcome of the research study depicts that employees are happy with the compensation and benefits that they get from their employers. Thus Public universities should pay close attention to it for better performance.

Table 2. Correlation matrix This research has used Pearson Correlation. The correlation Table 2 shows the interdependency of the variables. The table above shows that all independent variables statistically significant because p-value (0.000) is less than level of significance at 0.01. Results which are drawn from correlation matrix shows that all independent variable like Salary (r = .827), Reward (r = .760), Promotion (r =.868) and Job security (r=.718) are positively high Correlated with depen- dent variable Job performance. It means that if there is an increase in Salary, Reward, Promotion and Job security then the Performance will also increase. So there is a direct relationship among these variables. This result means that within this population the perception of Salary, Reward, Promotion and Job security is associated to job performance, that is, the more the employees feel secure and motivated through compensation in their jobs, increases the tendency is to perform better in their jobs.
