On the other hand, the percentage of those who did not agree with the existence of the committee was only 12.5%. n order for this committee to do its work correctly, many studies must be addressed for each c the three agencies concerned. In terms of investment, studies should be available on th preferred size of housing units, the type of construction and the preferred locations for housin projects. As for the municipal directorate, studies should be provided on the preferred areas fc plots of residential land and study of the preferred sites in the basic plan. But for the housin directorate, economic studies must be considered. These studies determine the annual incom rates for the family and determine the number of families that are unable to provide adequat housing.
