Table 4. Sector-wise pending electricity bills in state 3.5 Credit Ratings of Power Distribution Utilities in the last twelve months is due, and the remainder of the arrears are removed. The principal is to be paid in monthly, bi-monthly, or lump sum instalments. The scheme also applies in the case of theft, provided that the consumer deposits 50 percent of the amount without surcharge and the compound amount in full. The detail of the scheme as on 31.01.2019 is given in Table 6.
