Reproduction Number as defined by Fraser et al (2011), is the number of secondary infections generated by a primary infection in susceptible class of the population. This parameter is used in determining the likeliness of an infectious disease spreading through a given population or becoming extinct after some time in a population also known as Ro Number. From this, we have some basic assumptions about Ry number: If Ro<1 the infection will die out in the long run. If Ro>1 the infection will spread in the population.From the above Jacobian Matrix we have that
