Positive and significant output elasticities are estimated w.r.t both capital and labour for a large number of industry groups in this developing region of the state. The output elasticities w.r.t labours are higher compared to that of capital. Very few industry groups are operating at increasing returns to scale. Industry groups operating at constant returns to scale have higher output elasticities w.r.t labour.
